Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To observe the expression of CD_(25),CD_(25) mRNA,interleukin-1?(IL-1?) in peripheral blood of newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and its clinical significance. Methods The peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) of newborns with HIE and normal controls were isolated by routine Ficoll-Hypaque,and the level of CD_(25) induced and non-induced by phytohernagglutinin(PHA) were detected by biotin-streptavidin(BSA),CD_(25) mRNA was detected by real-time PCR and IL-1? in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay on the first, third and seventh day after birth. The final expressive level of CD_(25) mRNA was based on rate of CD_(25) cDNA and gluceraldehyde phosphase dehydrogenase(GAPDH).Results On the first day,the positive rates of CD_(25) induced and non-induced by PHA and IL-1? were(3.6?1.1)%,(20.9?4.8)%,(17.7?8.2) ng/L,respectively.There were significant differences in HIE group and normal controls(P0.05).Conclusions There is obvious inflammatory(rea)ction in babies with HIE.The main character of PBMC of newborns is all infantile and undifferentiated, which surface sign is infantile, and lower level of CD_(25) is expressed. However, the level of CD_(25) mRNA can be expressed consistently during the course of disease. The immunity and immune regulative response in newborns is gradually built up during the growth and can participate in recondition of brain injury caused by HIE.
2.Advances in the pathogenesis of primary intrahepatic cholelithiasis
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2011;17(2):168-170
Primary intrahepatic stone is a common disease in China. It is difficult to treat this benign biliary tract disease because it has many complications and the surgery is difficult. Understanding the cause of this disease has important implications in prevention and treatment. This article reviewed the cause of primary intrahepatic stone from four aspects: imbalance of bile components, infection, bile protein, and macromolecular and metabolism of the cells.
3.Analysis of MRI Manifestations in Cerebral Multiple Sclerosis
Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To get a better understanding of the characteristic MRI appearances of cerebral MS lesions. Methods 61 patients with clinically diagnosed multiple sclerosis were examined with SE sequences, using 0.5T super-conducting scanner. The MRI features of MS were analyzed. Results All of the patients in 61 cases were found MS lesions in MRI.The lesions in cerebral, brainstem, and cerebellum were clearly visualized, but in optic nerves were not so good. The MS foci appeared low or middle signal intensity in T 1WI and high signal intensity in T 2WI.It was playing an important role in the diagnosis of the MS that the paraventricular lesions were perpendicular to the lateral ventricles and there were MRI abnormal signals in corpus callosum with shrinking. Conclusion MRI can show the characteristic appearances of MS lesions, demonstrate many more lesions that not visible on CT scan, provide informations about the number, size, location and extent of the lesions therefore MRI is the first method of choice in the diagnosis of MS.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(29):5303-5308
BACKGROUND:White spot lesions caused by enamel demineralization are a common side effect of orthodontic treatment. Resin infiltration treatment for white spot lesions has obtained favorable effects, but there is no report on the difference between resin infiltration and fluoride varnish treatment for post-orthodontic white spot lesions. OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficiency of resin infiltration and fluride varnish for treatment of post-orthodontic white spot lesions. METHODS:Twenty-nine patients with post-orthodontic white spot lesions were randomly divided into two groups:one group accepted the resin infiltration treatment and the other group accepted fluoride varnish treatment. Frontal intraoral photos before treatment and 6 months after treatment were col ected for study. The difference in efficiency of resin infiltration and fluride varnish for treatment of post-orthodontic white spot lesion was analyzed and evaluated by both dentists and College students who were not engaged in oral medicine. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Except one patient treated with fluride varnish, al the patients completed the referral on schedule. There was significant improvement in the two groups after treatment (P<0.05). Resin infiltration treatment was better than fluoride varnish treatment in post-orthodontic white spot lesions. Thus, resin infiltration that requires fewer referrals and has better effects is an ideal therapy for post-orthodontic white spot lesions.

China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Rho(Ras homologue) family play an import ant role in intracellular signal-transduction pathways. Not until recently have they been found to overexpress in many kinds of tumors such as testicular germ cell tumor, colorectal tumor, breast cancer, ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas and prostate cancer and been linked to the tumorigenesis and metastasis. So the members of the Rho family of small guanosine triphosphatases would be new marker s for tumor diagnosis、new markers for the prediction of metastatic potential an d new important prognostic factors. Moreover, they have the potential as therape utic targets for the prevention of cancer invasion and metastasis. In this artic le, we review the recent progress in this field.

Objective To observe the clinical results of free dorsal forearm mini-osteo-cutaneous flap to repair the bone and soft tissue defect of finger. Methods The mini-osteo-cutaneous flap pedicled on the osteo-cutaneous branch of dorsal branch of anterior interosseous artery was designed on the radial side of the distal dorsal forearm along the connective line between the Lister's tubercle and the lateral epicondyle of the humerus, the point of the cutaneous branch of dorsal branch of anterior interosseous artery entry the skin was about 3.5 cm proximal to the Lister's tubercle. The dimensions of the osteo-cutaneous-flap were planned according to the defect of recipient. The incision begins along the ulnar board of the flap and the septum between the extensor pollicis brevis muscle and the extensor pollicis longus muscle was exposed, the osteo-cutaneous branch of dorsal branch of anterior interosseous artery was indentified, then the cutaneous flap and osteo-flap was raised respectively, the osteo-cutaneous branch was dissected deeply to the origin and sectioned, the donor site was closed directly. The vascular pedicle of the osteo-cutaneous flap was anastomosed with the digital artery and dorsal vein respectively. From Jul. 1999 to Jan. 2005, 7 fingers of 7 males suffered bone and soft tissue defect with the average of 25 years old ranging from 18 to 37 years old were performed. Results All the 7 free mini-osteo-cutaneous flaps were survived completely, the dimensions of the cutaneous-flap and osteo-flap were 2.5 cm ? 3.0 cm to 4.5 cm ? 3.5 cm, 2.5 cm ? 1.0 cm to 3.5 cm ? 1.2 cm respectively. The osteo-flap was united with recipient bone 2 to 3 months after the transplantation and the donor site was closed by direct suture without tension, the appearance of the reconstructed finger by mini-osteo-cutaneous flap was perfect. Conclusion The free dorsal forearm mini-osteo-cutaneous flap pedicled on the osteo-cutaneous branch of dorsal branch of anterior interosseous artery was one of the optimal flap to reconstruct bone and soft tissue defect of the finger.

Objective To explore the pathogenesis and diagnosis of chronic granulomatous disease. Methods Clinical features and laboratory examination results of a child with chronic granulomatous disease were retrospectively analyzed. Genome DNA was extracted from peripheral blood of the child and his parents. The high-throughput sequencing was performed by Illumina sequencing platform, using the Agilent SureSelect exome capture method. Results The child had recurrent infections along with liver enlargement and dysfunction. The anti-infection and symptomatic treatment were unsatisfactory. Gene sequencing analysis revealed a homozygous point mutation (c.7C?>?T, p.Gln3*) in CYBA gene. His mother had the same heterozygous mutation in this locus, and his father had a large fragment heterozygous deletions. No other candidate gene mutations were identiifed. Conclusions The diagnosis of chronic granulomatous disease is conifrmed in this child. It is caused by CYBA gene mutation.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate MRI in diagnosis and follow-up of Achilles tendon rupture. Methods From April 2003 to May 2005, 24 cases of closed Achilles tendon rupture were examined in our department with MRI. It was performed through sagittal T1WI, T2WI, GE-STIR and axial TME imaging. Four cases were followed up with MRI after 4 to 8 weeks. Results MRI could determinate the severity and exact location of Achilles tendon rupture by demonstrating signal changes of Achilles tendon. In this series, complete rupture of Achilles tendon mostly occurred at the median part, with augmentation and high signal on T2WI. MRI demonstrated high signal on T2WI in partial rupture of Achilles tendon. The signal intensity in the four cases followed up by MRI was shown to decrease. Conclusion MRI is a valuable tool for clinical diagnosis and follow-up of Achilles tendon, because it provides enough information through signal changes at the tendon.
