Objective To approach therapeutic effect of captopril combined with amiodarone in treating acute myocardial infarction complicating atrial fibrillatio. Methods Select acute myocardial infarction complicating atrial fibrillatio 62 patients, divide into two groups, therapy bundle offer captopril combine amiodarone, control bundle offer propafenone, compare rate of atrial fibrillatio turn over with 24 houres, control rate of atrial fibrillatio attack (reduce atrial fibrillatio attacking over 60%), tetain sinus rhythn, backward heart failure incidence rate, repeated infarct rate, hospitalization death rate, death rate one year later, stroke incidence rate within one year. Results Captopril combined with amiodarone in treating acute myocardial infarction complicating atrial fibrillatio, it can turn over atrial fibrillatio utility, control atrial fibrillatio attack (reduce atrial fibrillatio attacking over 60%), reduce repeated infarct rate (6.3% vs 16.7%), death rate (9.4% vs 16.7%), backward heart failure incidence rate (9.4% vs 30.0%), stroke incidence rate (3.1% vs 13.3%)(all P<0.01). Conclusions The therapeutic effect is certain about captopril combine amiodarone in treating acute myocardial infarction complicating atrial fibrillatio. And this method is safety. The patient profit from it in many ways. It deserves generalization and application.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(5):516-520
Tumor surface antigen human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her2) is a type I receptor tyrosine kinase, which belongs to human epidermal growth factor receptor family. Her2-overexpression is associated with tumorigenesis and metastasis. Due to significant clinical effects, Her2-targeted cancer therapy especially therapeutic antibody has become the hot spot in the field of cancer treatment. Anti-Her2 antibody drugs include monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, bispecific antibodies and emerging "two in one" antibody. Based on structure and function of Her2, this review focuses on recent advances in active mechanisms and clinical researches of these antibodies.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2014;34(6):671-675
OBJECTIVETo systematically evaluate the effectiveness of integrative medicine (IM) for preventing postoperative recurrence of primary hepatic carcinomas (PHC).
METHODSSuch databases as The Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP Database, Wan-fang Database were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on preventing postoperative recurrence of PHC by IM. The retrieval period started from database establishment to June 2013. Literature screening, data extraction, and quality evaluation were performed by two reviewers strictly according to inclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.2 Software.
RESULTSA total of 5 RCTs involving 367 patient cases were included. Results of Meta-analysis showed that the IM group was superior to the Western medicine (WM) group in the 1-, 2-, and 3-year recurrence rates (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONIn the prevention of postoperative recurrence of PHC, the effectiveness of IM was more significant, when compared with treatment of Western medicine.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2021;23(2):179-184
The ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) of the elbow is the primary stabilizer to resist valgus stress. Its injury is common in overhead throwing athletes, mainly caused by repeated valgus forces, and can cause elbow pain and affect the career of athletes. A common treatment of ulnar collateral ligament injury for overhead throwing athletes is ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction (UCLR). At present, the UCLR techniques have been constantly improved, mainly in graft structure, incision exposure, management of the ulnar nerve, and methods of humeral and ulnar fixation. This paper is to review the anatomy and biomechanics of UCL, as well as techniques, key points, postoperative complications and rehabilitation of UCLR so as to deepen the understanding of UCLR in clinicians.

Objective To investigate the efficiency, decision of intra-operative puncture route, treatment of perioperative complications and discuss the other relative problems of the treament for lumbar disc herniation with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy. Methods To excise the nucleus pulpesus under percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy, use the Macnab standard, visual analogue scale and infrared thermal imaging to estimate the efficiency. Results Among followed-up of 208 patients,182 patients were excellent and good outcome,23 patients favorable,2 patients fair,0 patient poor. The leg and back VAS was a significant improvement 1 week post-operation compared with pre-operation (P < 0.05),but no statistical difference among 3 months,6 months,12 months and 1 week post-operation (P > 0.05).The infrared thermal imaging point out that the legs skin temperature of D-value was a significant improvement post-operation compared with pre-operation (P < 0.05).Conclusions The method excised the nucleus pulpesus, and provided the spine maximum protection about the stability and flexibility.Intra-operative puncture route of individuation design can reduce the complications of intervertebral foramen perioperative, and the key to improve the effectiveness.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(10):-
Objective To construct the ?-gal reporter genes containing the 5′-end flanking of endothelial-overexpressed lipopolysaccharide-associated factor 1 (EOLA1) gene in different sequence lengths and identify the sequence, which regulates the gene expression of EOLA1 by the ?-gal analysis system. Methods The target sequences were amplified by the method of genome walker, and were inserted into the upstream of ?-gal gene located in the ?-gal enhancer vector by the directional clone technique respectively; the regulative sequence was identified by analyzing the ?-gal activities of reconstructed plasmid in ECV304 cells. Results The regions, containing 2 659 bp and 1 951 bp upstreaming from exon 1, significantly stimulated the reporter gene activity as compared with that of the ?-gal control vector in transfected cells. But the region, containing 361 bp upstreaming from exon 1, did not stimulate the reporter gene activity. Conclusion There is an up-regulative element of gene transcription in the region of -361 to -1 951 bp in EOLA1 gene upstream.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(23):-
Objective To identify the promoter sequence of endothelial-overexpressed lipopolysaccharideassociated factor 1 ( EOLA1) gene and to elucidate the molecular mechanisms controlling EOLA1 expression. Methods A DNA fragment containing 1 723 bp 5' upstream of the EOLA1 gene and the transcription start site was generated by polymerase chain reaction and then cloned into a luciferase reporter gene vector,pGL3-basic. The relative luciferase activities driven by this 5'-upstream fragment and a series of deletion mutants were measured in transiently transfected human ECV304 cells, respectively. At last, the 1 723 bp upstream of the EOLA1 gene was analyzed online with Cluster Buster. Results A fragment 785 bp upstream of the EOLA1 coding region was sufficient to promote transcription. Further deletion analysis of the 785 bp fragment indicated that a 68 bp element from-738 to -676 was important for EOLA1 transcription in ECV304 cells. The 1 723 bp sequence contains binding sites for Sp1 and Myf. Conclusion We map the EOLA1 promoter by deletion analysis and reveal that the proximal region ( -738 to -676 bp) ,which contains binding sites for Sp1 and Myf,is essential for human EOLA1 promoter activity in ECV304 cells.
