Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
20(S)-9-nitrocamptothecin was synthesized from camptothecin by nitration reaction using mixed nitrate salts in sulfuric acid medium. The yield was raised from 31% to 40% after chromatographic purification treatment. The best reaction conditions was as follows:0.5 g of camptothecin;30ml of sulfuric acid;0.007mol of nitrate salts(NH4NO3/CaNO3=1/1).The reaction was completed in 24h at 20℃.The advantage of this method is high yield and easily purification.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(04):-
We summarized the researches of syndrome differentiation for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in this article. According to the constitution feature of obesity and non-obesity and analysis of researches of different medical scholars, we put forward that the easy-suffering constitutions were the basis of the evolution and development of syndromes of T2DM, and the different inducements were the conditions of that courses. The persons whose constitutions were of qi-deficiency of spleen and kidney and excessive stomach often appeared a obese physique, and the people whose constitutions were of yin-deficiency of both the liver and kidney usually showed a non-obese shape. Affected chronically by the inducements, the evolution and development of the syndromes had its own rules respectively corresponding to the different constitutions as the diseases go on. Therefore, to integrate the constitution, disease stage and pathological change with specific zang-fu organs can better grasp its rules of syndrome differentiation.

Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(8):812-815
Objective To study the association of insulin resistance ( IR ) with aortic compliance impairment in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods Thirty-five patients with EH and 35 healthy control subjects were enrolled. The two groups were matched by sex, age and weight Blood pressure was measured and high resolution color Doppler examination was performed. Pressure-strain elastic modulus ( EP) and stiff index were calculated to reflect the change of aortic compliance in all subjects. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) was assayed with oxidase technique, serum fasting insulin ( Fins) was assayed with chemoluminescent technique, Calculate insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was calculated using FPG and FINS. Results In the EH group, Fins, HOMA-IR and EP of ascending aorta were ( 10. 15 ± 1.03) mU /L, 2. 21 ± 0. 68, (250. 79 ± 85. 52 ) kN/m2, respectively, and the stiff index( β) was 15. 60 ±7. 55. In the control group, Fins,HOMA-IR, EP and stiff index β were (6. 80 ± 3. 05) mU/L, 1. 48 ± 0. 16, (183. 90 ± 64. 65 ) kN/m2 and 10. 86 ± 4. 92, respectively. There were significant difference on these above mentioned indices between the two groups (P < 0. 05 ). In the EH group, HOMA-IR were positively correlated with the ascending aorta EP and stiff index β ( r = 0.558 and 0.601 respectively, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Aortic compliance impairment and IR are found in patients with EH. There is significant association of IR with aortic compliance impairment Hyperinsulinemia related to insulin resistance might be an important influential factor which promote large artery remodeling in patients with EH.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2009;17(5):1127-1129
PPP2R5C is one of the members of regulatory subunits of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), which plays a critical role in cell proliferation, differentiation and transformation, based on its induction of dephosphorylation of P53 at various residues. Recently, it was characterized that the alteration of expression pattern of PPP2R5C is associated with cell malignant transformation, thus PPP2R5C was thought as a marker for progressive disease in B-CLL. In this article the gene structure and biological function of PPP2R5C as well as relation of PPP2R5C with genesis and development of cancer were discussed.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of sequential diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).Methods A case with sequential DLBCL after PTCL was reported, and the characteristics and responses of this case were analyzed. The previous literature was reviewed in order to explain the mechanism and prognosis of such type of disease. Results This patient was diagnosed as PTCL not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS) definitely, but after a period of treatment,DLBCL was developed as a second tumor. The characteristics and onset interval were just similar to those described in the literature,in which the mechanisms were mentioned as common effects of tumor cell, microenviroment and therapies. This patient got effects through the initial treatment, but considering the poor outcome by former researchers, the prognosis needed to be closely followed up.Conclusion Sequential development of EBV-unrelated DLBCL after PTCL-NOS is very rare, and the mechanism, therapy and prognosis need further investigation.

Objective To discuss the effects of Deming cycle on reducing adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by injections of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Methods The TCM injections which induced much more ADRs in 2013 were selected. The usage of these TCM injections and characteristics of the ADRs were analyzed. Strategies for controlling ADRs were developed according to Deming cycle and put into the recycle implementation in 2014. Results The ADRs induced by TCM injections were all reduced; the number of total cases was reduced by 41.3% compared to 2013, among which Tanshinone IIA Sulfonate injection,Xinmailong injection, Mylabris injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection andShengmai injection were reduced significantly, and their reduction rates were all more than 50%. The clinical manifestations of ADRs, including rash, itching, chills, fever, phlebitis, chest distress and palpitation, were all reduced in 2014 compared to 2013, among which especially the allergic reactions, including phlebitis, rash and itching, were reduced by 14.9% and 13.4%.Conclusion Application of Deming cycle in the practice of TCM injections for clinical rational medication can effectively reduce the occurrence of ADRs and better ensure the safety of clinical use of TCM injections.
