Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(4):270-272
OBJECTIVE:
To study the causes of false-positive hyoid fractures and forensic identification.
METHODS:
Twelve cases of false-positive hyoid fractures were collected and analyzed.
RESULTS:
Improper dissection technique (4 cases) and congenital separation (8 cases) were the main reasons for false-positive hyoid fractures.
CONCLUSION
True fractures can be differentiated from false-positive hyoid fractures. False-positive hyoid fracture caused by improper dissection technique can be identified through examination of peripheral muscle, soft tissue hemorrhage, and the characteristics of fracture end.

The index components contents of different time and different stubbles in honeysuckle were measured by HPLC, and were analysis by using the method of SPSS. Results showed that the content of index ingredients of different time had differences, and firstly decreased, then increased with time. The content of index ingredients of different stubbles had significantly differences, and firstly decreased, then increased with time. The chlorogenic acid contents were 2.059%-3.593%. The luteolosid contents were 0.110%-0.171%. Results indicated that the best picking buds time is before seven o'clock in the morning and evening at before and after seven o'clock, the index component content is higher. Picking buds in spring and at autumn index component content is higher; Picking buds in summer index component content is low. The experiment provides theoretical support for quality control in the whole process of the honeysuckle harvested and comprehensive utilization of honeysuckle.

The accurate medical treatment is based on the information of the genome, which is the best treatment for the patients. Population pharmacokinetic study can be formulated according to the individual differences of patients to the dose, in the accurate medical model which has a unique advantage. At present, there are many problems such as adverse drug reaction in Chinese traditional medicine, and it is necessary to introduce a group of medicine on the basis of precise medical treatment. However, due to the different characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and chemical medicine, it is necessary to combine the population pharmacokinetics, genetics and statistical methods to establish a research method which is in line with the characteristics of Chinese medicine. The key scientific problem is to make clear the active components of Chinese medicine metabolism of the drug metabolic enzyme gene, and pay attention to the analysis of the polymorphism of the overall role of drug metabolism enzymes in the human body. Clear key scientific issues and break through the bottleneck, so as to achieve the precise medical treatment, to international.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective:To study the cognitive function and brain white matter fiber change in major depressive patients prior and post-treatment.Methods:Eleven major depressed patients were given antidepressants for 10 weeks, and their conditions were evaluated using 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).The cognitive function was determined by using Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),part of Wechsler memory scale and diffusion tensor ima- ging(DTI)was scanned before and after treatment.11 healthy people as control group were involved and given the same tests at the same time.Results:(1)The WCST scores of patients increased significantly after treatment(prior treatment Cc:1.6?1.6,Re:67.9?20.0,Rpe:51.5?24.8;post treatment Ce:4.0?2.1,Re:43.2?18.8,Rpe:22.8?16.0,P=0.001/0.000/0.003).There was no difference in number sequence memory in Wechsler memory scale. No difference was found between patients after treatment and control group in either WCST or number sequence memory. The patients made significant improvement in the total score of HAMD after treatment(16?14/54?13,t=6.60,P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To explore the characteristics of MR perfusion imaging in normal pancreas and pancreatic cancer. Methods 20 cases of normal pancreas(without pancreatic diseases)and 20 cases with pancreatic cancer, underwent MR perfusion imaging using PHILIPS 1.5T unit with T1WI 3DFFE.12?4 collimation, 4 mm slice thickness ,20ml Gadopentetic Acid Dimeglumine 0.5mmol/ml Magnevist were used, the flow rate was 3.5 ml/s with a power injection,5 seconds delay, and data acquisition lasted for 90 seconds. These data were processed on a View Forum workstation using MR Brest Imaging(in Qualitity Analysis)software package ,and the mean maximum relative enhancement, wash in rate, wash out rate, time to peak, time of arrival and area under the curve were measured and statistically analyzed. Results The data of perfusion imaging in normal pancreas and carcinous pancreas were as followed respectively:maximum relative enhancement 95.69% and 50.74%,wash in rate 19.511/s and 4.471/s,wash out rate 26.051/s and 19.151/s,time to peak 31.33 s and 106.84 s,time of arrival 20.53 s and 64.70 s,area under the curve 15924.56 ml/(min? kg) and 5542.85 ml/(min ?kg).t-test showed that the difference of the perfusion data between normal pancreas and carcinous pancreas were significant(P
