A large number of laboratory and clinical researches have indicated that the occurrence of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty is mainly related to the following factors: the inflammatory reaction,the injury of vascular wall,the aggregation of platelet,the formation of thrombus,the hyperplasia of vascular endotheliocyte,etc.The corresponding parameters related to the above mentioned factors can be regarded as the clinical predictors of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.This paper aims to make a summarization of some kinds of clinical predictors which are related to inflammation.

An introduction to general guidelines and practices of reforming the corporate governance of public hospitals in Weifang,Shandong province.Such guidelines and practices include the following:set up a government hospital administration,and clarify the rights and responsibilities of public hospital owners; clarify the independent status of legal person of the hospital to revitalize it; improve the check and balance mechanism to ensure its effectiveness and order.Such a reform has streamlined the management framework of public hospitals,and mobilized incentives of both the director and the staff,further enhancing the public benefit characteristics of the hospitals and satisfying the patients.

OBJECTIVE:To ensure a long-term medication in children with asthma,prevent the attack of asthma and ensure safe,effective and correct drug use in these patients.METHODS:The pharmaceutical care for the asthma children was carried out through pharmacists’ involvement in assisting doctors to establish the treatment plan,carrying out medicine-use education and drug use consultation for patients,setting up the medicine-use record and so on.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The practice of pharmaceutical care can markedly improve the compliance,safety and efficacy of drug use in asthma children as well as improving their quality of life.

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the contents of Ligustrazine in rat's plasma,brain and liver.METHODS:Ligustrazine was separated on Hypersil ODS-C18 column with aspirin as internal standard.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1.5% glacial acetic acid solution(45∶55,V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 279 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of ligustrazine in rat's plasma,brain and liver was 0.006 25～7.813 ?g?mL-1,The lowest detectable limits were 0.5 ng?mL-1,1.55 ng?mL-1,and 1.55 ng?mL-1 and the average recoveries were 97.26%,96.44%,and 95.43% respectively with RSD at 3.40%,4.19% and 4.94%,respectively.CONCLUSION:With good linearity,precision and recovery,the method is sensitive and simple,and suitable for pharmacokinetic study and the research of Ligustrazine preparation.

Three human leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains (LRIG) genes and proteins, named LRIG1-3, has been previously characterized and it was proposed that they may act as suppressors of tumor growth. The LRIG1 protein can inhibit the growth of tumors of glial cells and the down-regulation of the LRIG1 gene may be involved in the development and progression of the tumor. Real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) is a recently developed technique for quantitative assessment of specific RNA levels. In the current study, it was demonstrated that LRIG1-3 and EGFR mRNA was detected in human pituitary adenoma cell lines and a normal pituitary sample, with differences in the expression levels. Compared to the normal pituitary samples, the expression of LRIG1-3 in HP75 cell line was lower, but the expression of EGFR in HP75 cell line was higher. The results are consistent with LRIG1-3 being tumour suppressor genes, and LRIG genes decreasing the expression of EGFR. The ratio of EGFR/LRIG1 was increased at least 13-fold in HP75 cells compared with the normal pituitary cells, which was also the case for the ratio of EGFR/LRIG2 (14-fold increase in HP75) and EGFR/LRIG3 (11-fold increase in HP75). Further studies were needed to elucidate the explicit role of LRIG genes as negative regulators of oncogenesis in human pituitary adenoma.
