Aim The effect triptolide(Tri) on local stimulation was observed .Methods Tri solution in different concentrations was applied in rabbits, rats and mice and the respenses were observed .Results 1.11 ,2.22 and 4.44 mmol?L-1 of Tri induced obvious erythema and edema on both intact skin and injured skin of rabbits.The pathological histology revealed the evident inflammation in scarfskin and corium 2.22 mmol?L-1 and 4.44 mmol?L-1 of triptolide significantly induced swelling of auricle in mice.0.55 mmol?L-1 and 1.11 mmol?L-1 of Tri significantly induced swelling of planta in rats.The response of inflammation reached to peak at the third day after hypodermic injection and lasted a week.Tri also significantly induced pain reaction and enhanced the permeability of capillary after local injection in mice.Conclusion Tri has a local stimulation effect and induces inflammation which can not be antagonized by its anti-inflammation effect.

B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a receptor of B lymphocyte stimulator (BLyS). Human IgG1Fc fusion proteins with the extracellular domain of BCMA(eBCMA), also called decoy receptors, have beenused as a potential BLyS antagonists to block BLyS activities. In order to design novel BLyS antagonistpeptides, computer-aided homologue modeling was used to construct an eBCMA-Fc fusion protein based on thecrystal structures of BCMA and Fc fragmant. To ensure the activity of eBCMA not to be interfered by Fcfusion, the root mean square distance (RMSD) for eBCMA and Fc were calculated to be 0.036 nm and 0.064nm, respectively, based on molecular docking modeling. An eBCMA-Fc fusion gene was constructed andintroduced into E. coli for expression. As expected, the purified 36 kD eBCMA-Fc fusion protein was able tobind BLyS in vitro at a dosage-dependent manner and demonstrated an anti-proliferative activity induced byBLyS in Daudi cells. The results have provided useful information on the evaluation of computer modeling andthe in vitro biological activity for the design of potential BLyS antagonist peptides.

Objective To observe and analyse the therapeutic effect of pentoxifylline in treating traumatic cerebral infarction.Methods Besides routine treatment received in control group,PTX 0.2～0.6 injection plus 500ml normal saline was intravenously dripped once a day,in the treatment group.Duration ten days as a treatment course in both groups and three courses were carried out.N-acetylaspartate(NAA),choline(Cho),Creatine(Cr) and lactate(Lac) in infarct part of brain were measured with proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1HMRS).Results Compared with control group,ability of daily life were better,N-acetyl aspartate(NAA) and creatine(Cr) were obvious higher.Lactate(Lac) were obvious lower,in the treatment group.Conclusion PTX has a better therapeutic effect in traumatic cerebral infarction.

Objective To analyze genetic and clinical features of 14 children with ?-thalassemia intermedia in Guangxi area.Methods ?-thalassemia genes,?-thalassemia genes,single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) at position-158 of()~G?-globin gene,AT repeats polymorphisms of DNase I-hypersensitive site 2 of the ?-globin gene cluster locus control region(?-LCR-HS2) were detected by PCR techniques.Clinical data were analyzed.Results Genotype:1.Seven cases were homozygous or compound heterozygous for nt-28(A→G).Among them,2 cases′ genotypes were nt-28/nt-28,1 case was ?~E/ nt-28,2 cases were ?~0/nt-28,1 case(?~0/nt-28) co-inherited()~G?158(T) and 1 case(?~0/nt-28) co-inherited simultaneously()~G?-158(T) and——SEA ?-thalassemia-1 genes.2.Three cases with ?~0/?~0 presented()~G?-158(T),and other 3 cases co-inherited——SEA ?-thalassemia-1 genes.3.One patient with ?~0/?~0 co-inherited()~G?-158(T) and——SEA ?-thalassemia-1 genes.4.Six cases carrying()~G?-158(T) had(AT)_9 N_(12)(AT)_(10) sequences in ?-LCR-HS2.Phenotype:The values of Hb,MCV,HbF of 14 patients were(75.9?9.7) g/L,(68.9?5.9) fL,66.9%?16.3%,respectively.Except for 2 cases with genotypes of nt-28/nt-28 and 1 case with ?~E/nt-28 who had never been transfused,the others had more severe symptoms and required irregularly transfusion.Conclusions In the 14 children with ?-thalassemia intermedia from Guangxi area,nt-28(A→G),()~G?-158(T) and——SEA ?-thalassemia-1 gene are main alleviating gene factors.Incidence of(AT)_9 N_(12)(AT)_(10) sequence in ?-LCR-HS2 in these patients is high.Patients who are homozygous for nt-28 or compound heterozygous for ?~E have milder phenotypes.

Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of a case of pseudomonas aeruginosa septic shock with massive gangrene in infants, and to explore the nursing method of pseudomonas aeruginosa septic shock with massive gangrene in infants. Methods: Shock was treated by close observation, establishment of effective venous channels and effective dilatation; daily infusion of virus inactivated plasma supplemental immunoglobulin; planned detoxification and dressing change, as well as effective management of stool, urine and body position enable gangrene to be effectively controlled;At the same time, necessary nutrition and psychological support were given to the children. Results: After 15 days of careful nursing, the wound surface recovered well and the vital signs were stable. Pediculated skin grafting may be performed at a scheduled time. Conclusions The practice of this case proved that the above nursing measures were effective for pseudomonas aeruginosa septic shock with massive gangrene.

Objective:To investigate the polymorphism of HLA-DQA1 genes in Jing nationality of Central Vietnam.Methods:Applied PCR-SSP tecnique to determine the polymorphism of the HLA-DQA1 alleles of 105 healthy children and youth,unrelated individuals in Central of Vietnam.Results:10 HLA-DQA1 alleles were detected of which DQA1*0104 were the most common allele with frequency of 21.3% and lowest frequency is DQA1*0601.Conclusion:The results indicate that HLA-DQA1 alleles polymorphism of Jing nationality in Central Vietnam is different from the other Chinese.
