Chemical weapons(CW), as weapons of mass destruction on the battlefield , made their debut in the First World War of the last century .To achieve total prohibition on CW , the international community concluded the Chemical Weapons Convention(CWC)in 1993, and it came into force in 1997.So far, only seven countries have been outside the CWC.The offensive and defensive pattern of the world changed then , and the world began to enter the post-CW era.A chemical terrorist attack perspective is needed in consideration of chemical threats facing the world .This article summarizes the experience on specific chemical attacks , analyzes the possibility , sources, types and developments of a chemical terror-ist attack, and puts forward countermeasures for any possible chemical terrorist attack .

OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC - UV method for determination of hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) in rabbit tissues (liver, kidney, stomach, lung, spleen, heart, intestine) .METHODS: After homogenization, tissue samples and internal standard, eamptothecine, were precipitated with CH3OH-CH3CN( 1 : 1) and then centrifugalized.20?l of supernatant was injected and measured by HPLC - UV method. The chromatographic column was Lichrospher C18 column: (250mm ? 4.6mm, 5?m), CH3CN - 0.075mol/L NH4AC buffer(pH6.4) (30 : 70, contain 5mol/L tyiethylamine) served as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0ml/ min .Detection wavelength was 384nm .RESULTS: The retention time of hydroxyeamptothecin was 4.5min.A good linearity was shown in the concentration range of (40- 1 600)ng/ml .The recovery was between 95.24% and 107.58% . The intra day RSD was less than 7.70% and the inter - day RSD was less than 6.69% .CONCLUSION: This method is simple, pratical and accurate. It could be applied to pharmacokinetic study of hydroxyeamptothecin.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of vascularized fibular head epiphysis and peroneal neurovascular reverse flap repair defects of bone and skin in lateral malleolus in children. Methods Eight children with defects of bone and skin in lateral malleolus were recruited from May,2009 to September,2014.The age of children was ranging from 4 to 12 years old.Four children were injured by wheel twist,2 children were injured by traffic accident,1 was injured by machinery, and 1 was crashed with heavy object. The size of soft-tissue defect was ranging from 3 cm × 5 cm to 7 cm × 9 cm.The flap and bone healing along with ankle joint function scoring were evaluated.Patients were reviewed every 4 to 6 weeks during one year after their surgery, and they were reviewed every 6 months one year later. Results Secondary repair were conducted in all children. The curative effect got well after follow up for 6 months to 2 years(mean,12 months). The flap and fibular head epiphysis were well developed. The ossification of fibular head epiphysis did not found.According to American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle function evaluation criteria, the results were excellent in 5 cases, good in 2 cases and poor in 1 at 10 months after operation. The shape and function of ankle joint were good, with one exception. The average motion degree of ankle joint was (68±5.12)°.Conclusion Combination of vascularized fibular head epiphysis and peroneal neurovascular reverse flap repair defects of bone and skin in lateral malleolus in children is effective.

AIM: To research the correlation factor of the anterior segment values of eyes with different axial lengths.METHODS: In this study, 697 cases 697 eyes were included.According to axial length we divided all the cases into short axial length group, normal axial length group, mild long axial length group, moderate long axial length group and severe long axial length group. The relevant indicators of the anterior segment values of patients in the five groups was comparatively analyzed.RESULTS: In the short axial length group, the anterior chamber volume (ACV) showed a significantly negative correlation with age;anterior chamber depth (ACD) showed a significantly negative correlation with age.In the normal axial length group, the ACV showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with axial length(AXL);the anterior chamber angle (ACA) showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL, and a significantly positive correlation with corneal curvature;the ACD showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL.In the mild long axial length group, the ACV showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL, and a significantly negative correlation with corneal curvature;the ACA showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL, and a significantly positive correlation with corneal curvature;the ACD showed a significantly negative correlation with age and a significantly positive correlation with AXL.In the moderate long axial length group, the ACV showed a significantly negative correlation with age;the ACA showed a significantly positive correlation with AXL;the ACD showed a significantly positive correlation with AXL.In the severe long axial length group, the ACV showed a significantly negative correlation with age. There were no significant differences on ACV, ACA and ACD among mild long axial length group, moderate long axial length group and severe long axial length group (P>0.05), while the difference between other groups was significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: There has a correlation between the anterior chamber values (ACV, ACA, ACD) age and AXL for eyes which AXL were 22-27mm, while the correlation would disappear as the AXL became shorter or longer. There was a significant growth trend of anterior chamber values for eyes with AXL <27mm.

Objective To evaluate the effect of three diamension-digital subtraction angiography (3D-DSA) or computed tomography angiography (CTA) on the patients with ruptured multiple intmcranial aneurysm (MIA). Methods A retrospective study on 21 patients with MIA was performed. After scanning with 3D-DSA or 3D-CTA, three-dimensional reconstruction of MIA was carried out by 3D workstation, then the diagnosis was decided and the treatment plan (endovascular treatment or microsurgery) was selected according to stereoscopic image of MIA. Results (1) 3D-DSA or CTA was performed in 21 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH),it was revealed these patients carried with 48 aneurysms, including 35 small aneurysms (25 mm).Not only miero-aneurysms and small aneurysms could be precisely showed, also the size of aneurysmal neck, the relationship of the aneurysm and the parent vessel and contiguous branches by stereoscopic image.(2) According to the standard of classification,9 patients with MIA for gradeⅠ(42.9%),10 for gradeⅡ(47.6%),2 for gradeⅢ(9.5%),0 for gradeⅣ.Endovascular treatment was selected prior to microsargery for those high grade patients. In this group,17 patients with 40 aneurysms underwent endovascular embolotherapy with GDC coils.Twenty four anemysms were completely occlusioned,12 beyond 90%,4 were left without treatment because of their small size.In microsurgery group,3 aneurysrus were totally clipped,1 could not be found during operation. No any treatment was accepted in 2 patients with 4 aneurysms. Conclusions 3D-DSA or CTA,which is very useful for the diagnosis and treatment of MIA,could improve the accuracy of diagnosis of MIA and clearly show the stereoscopic image of MIA,also the relation of sac and parent artery. For those patients with high grade MIA,endovascular treatment was selected prior to microsurgery, pro re nata, used to combine with mierosurgery.
