1.Protective effects of sodium ferulate and oxymatrine on rats cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by reducing oxidative stress

Objective To observe the protective effects of Sodium Ferulate (SF) combined with Oxymatrine (OMT) on rats cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI) and its mechanisms.Methods Rats were divided into a sham-operation, a model, a edaravone, a SF, a OMT and a low, a middle, a high dose of combination groups by random number table, with each group contained 12 rats. Edaravone (3 mg/kg), SF (25 mg/kg), OMT (50 mg/kg) and combination (SF 12.5 mg/kg + OMT 25 mg/kg; SF 25 mg/kg + OMT 50 mg/kg; SF 50 mg/kg + OMT 100 mg/kg) were injected intravenously to the rats. Normal saline were injected to rats of the sham-operation and the model groups. One injection was operated for continuous 5 days. At 30 minutes after last administration, CIRI was made on rats except for sham-operation. At 24 hours after reperfusion, rats were sacrificed. Infarcts volumes, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured.Results Infarcts volumes (F=73.183,P<0.01) and MDA contents (F=17.104,P<0.01) were significantly reduced and SOD vitalities (F=11.417,P<0.01) was increased in the SF, OMT and the combination groups. Effects of the combination groups were significantly better than the SF or the OMT groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of SF and OMT had good effects to treat CIRI. The mechanisms were connected with anti-oxidative damages.
2.Raman spectrum technology in tumor research application

The protein,the fats,the carbohydrate and the nucleic acid are the main constituent material of normal cell and organizations. In the early process of becoming malignant,these chemical substance's structure,the conformation and quantity has had the obvious change,but this time clinical symptoms and medicine phantom study still has not obvious change.But the Raman spectrum can actually reflect these changes.Therefore the Raman spectrum technology becomes important means of the malignant tumor early diagnosis and the cancer mechanism research hopefully.This article makes a summary on the present as well as the progress reviewed of Raman spectrum technology in the tumor research application.

4.Standardization of the reports for carotid artery stenting

Objective Stroke is one of the leading causes of death.Carotid occlusive diease is responsible for 25% of the ischemic strokes.Surgical carotid endarterectomy has been accepted as the best maragement for the extracranial caroid occlusive disease.However,in recent years,with the development of the endovascular technology,carotid artery stenting becomes more and more popular accompanied by increase of articles in this field correspondingly.The practical difficulty exists in comparison hetween the carotid stenting and endarterectomy through randomized controlled trials.Standardized report including trial design,patient selection,outcomes,statistical disposition thus hecome extremely necessary.This article gives a detailed description concerning about the patient selection,pretreatment evaluation,treatment description,curative effect evaluation and complications of carotid artery stenting.The purpose of this article is to standardize the reports of carotid stenting so that the descriptive and statistical data from different authors and agents can be compared.
5.Comparison between Laparoscopic Surgery and Open Surgery for Patients with Bigger Adrenal Adenoma in Qinghai

Objective To compare effects between the laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for the bigger adrenal adenoma(>4cm) patients in Qinghai.Methods Altogether 57 cases of bigger adrenal adenoma patients(>4cm)in the affiliated hospital of Qinghai university and Qinghai People's Hospital from 2012 to 2016 were selected and divided into two groups (A and B) according to surgical programs difference.Group A (23 cases)wcre givcn laparoscopic surgcry and Group B (34 cases)were given open surgery (And 2 cases in group A turned into open surgery were out of statistics).The operative time,blood loss,hospital stay and drainage tube removal time were compared.Results The operative time,blood loss,hospital stay and draiuage tube removal time in Group A were significantly better than those in Group B,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion The use of laparoscopic surgery for the bigger adrenal adenoma(>4cm) patients is safer and more effective than open surgery.
6.The differential diagnosis of hyperintensity lesions on high diffusion sensitive gradient diffusion-weighted imaging

Objective To summarized the diseases which were demonstrated as hyperintensity lesions on high diffusion sensitive gradien(high b value) diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) To investigate the differential diagnosis of the diseases and to discuss the corresponding biophysics mechanism Methods 90 cases were studied, which were clinically highly suspected of brain ischemic stroke onset and in which hyperintensity lesions were demonstrated on DWI The patients were divided to 2 groups according to the time between the onset and the MR examination:group A(1 5-6 0 h)with 13cases, group B(7 h to 8 d)with 77cases The appearances of the lesions on conventional MRI, ADC values and anistropy(CV )of the lesions were studied Results hyperintensity lesions on high b value DWI were demonstrated in following diseases: acute ischmia, hematoma, abcesses, mengioma, mutiple sclerosis(MS) The ADC value was decreased to(5 87?1 02)(10 -4 mm 2/s in superacute cerebral ischemia, while the ADC value increased to (8 08?1 15)?10 -4 mm 2/s in active MS The CV in cerebral ischemia lesions was higher than the control group( P
7.Dispute and consensus about surgical approaches and lymph nodes excisional area of esophageal carcinoma.

Surgical approaches for esophageal carcinoma are many and varied. Minimally invasive techniques are increasingly used widely in esophagectomy as they not only ensure patients' therapeutic effects, but also reduce trauma and accelerate recovery. The lymph nodes excisional area of esophageal carcinoma is still in controversy. It is necessary to carry out further researches on selective lymph nodes excision, which can decrease complication rate and improve patients' survival in the meantime.
