Objective To investigate present situation of mental health of university teachers and the application effect of EAP modes. Methods 500 university teachers were selected as the research object and were managed with EAP modes. Before and after the use of EAP modes, mental health was investigated and analyzed. Results The score of SCL-90 factors after application of EAP modes was significantly better than prior to implementation. Conclusions The situation of mental health of university teachers is relatively poor, the implementation of the EAP modes can help to improve their mental health.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(08):-
Objective:To explore the correlation of stress, coping style and the concentration of dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in umbilical blood between preterm birth and normal birth.Methods:46 with preterm birth and 42 normal birth controls were assessed with Life Event Scale (LES) and Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ) at 28th-week of pregnancy. The concentrations of DHEA-s in umbilical blood were determined by ELISA for the two groups. Results:Of the scales of malignant life events (frequency: 1.24?0.74 vs 1.04?0.03; strength: 56.21?4.03 vs 44.35?1.06)、immature and middle type defense style scales (4.24?0.13 vs 3.55?0.11; 3.86?0.08 vs 3.64?0.06), and DHEA-s (0.72?0.02 vs 0.33?0.03) there were significant difference between preterm birth and normal birth controls (P
4.The relationship between serum uric acid and percutaneous oxygen partial pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(4):345-348
Objective To explorethe relationship between serum uric acid (SUA ) and transcutaneousoxygenpressure(TcPO2)inpatientswithT2DM.Methods 622hospitalizedpatients with T2DM were recruited and divided into high SUA (HUA) group and normal SUA (T2DM) group. The differences in TcPO2 (initial value ,stable value ,initial value‐stable value ,leg‐raising initial value and leg‐raising maximum value)were compared between two groups. The correlations between SUA and TcPO2 were evaluated. Results The levels of TcPO2 were lower in HUA group than in T2DM group [initial value:left (34.05 ± 13.17) vs (39.26 ± 15.82) ,right (34.71 ± 14.90) vs (40.15 ± 16.23);stable value:left (38.93 ± 12.23) vs(45.19 ± 13.40) ,right (39.98 ± 12.34) vs (45.90 ± 16.77) ,P<0.05]. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the SUA levels negatively related with the stable TcPO2 value of leftor right side ,and with the change between the initial value and the stable value of TcPO2 (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that SUA level was the impact factorof the left TcPO2 stable value. Conclusion HUA may be one of the risk factors microcirculation disorder in T2DM patients.

Objective To study the structure and the use of the information sharing platform for long-distance medical information network in integrating long -distance medical information network, HIS, PACS system and other resources, thereby enhancing the quality of long -distance medical consultation. Methods The study was conducted by integrating hospital internal data resources, structuring information platform and standardizing consultation process. Results The information sharing platform was achieved based on long-distance medical information network, thus achieving the greatest degree of information sharing and raising the level of long-distance medical consultation.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)is the most common vasculitic disease affecting children, which is a multisystem immunoglobulin A mediated vasculitis with a self-limited course affecting the skin, joints, gastrointestinal tract and kidneys.Antiphospholipid syndrome(APS)is a systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by a combination of arterial or venous thrombosis and recurrent fetal loss, accompanied by elevated titers of antiphospholipid antibodies. Both HSP and APS are multisytem diseases and are thought to result from immunologically mediated processes. It was known that APS can associated with HSP,but the relationship between the 2 diseases is unclear. The literature on HSP associated with APS was reviewed and the possible mechanism was analyzed.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(9):537-538
ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect and prognosis of nimodipine on severe traumatic brain injury. Methods64 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were divided into the nimodipine group(32 cases) and the routine treatment group(32 cases). The Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) was assessed before and after the treatment. The Activities of Daily Living(ADL) and cognitive ability were evaluated in clear-headed patients. After 6 months follow-up, the Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS), Bathel index and Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score were carried on.ResultsIn both of the two groups, GCS score were increased distinctively after treatment. The MMSE score in nimodipine group was higher than that of routine treatment group. There was no statistic difference in GOS and ADL between two groups after 6 months, but MMSE in nimodipine group was higher than that of routine treatment group. Conclusions Nimodipine could be helpful in cognitive function. The prognosis of severe traumatic brain injury lied on the degree of cerebral damage.

ObjectiveTo explore the renal functions of vasopressin-deficient Brattleboro(BB) rats by using different concentrated Gadolinium-diethylenetetramine pentaacetic acid(Gd-DTPA) dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).MethodsThe study included 14 BB rats(male rats of 3 month-old) and 14 normal male Wistar rats used as control group.Dynamic MRI was performed by using either a low dosage(0.05 mmol/kg) or a high dosage of Gd-DTPA(0.5 mmol/kg).Data of 0-60 min renal cortex, medulla and pelvic were obtained after using contrast medium.MRI of kidneys at different time was analyzed and the mean relative signal intensity(RSI) was measured. Then the RSI curves of different groups were marked.Data of each group were caculated separately by SPSS 11.0 software.ResultsThe findings demonstrated that RSI curves of the vasopressin-deficient kidneys showed different patterns as compared with those of the control group(P
