1.Treatment of Colles fracture with manipulative closed reduction and U-shaped gypsum functional fixation.
China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2016;29(1):18-20
OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of U-shaped gypsum functional fixation after closed manipulative reduction for treatment of Colles' fractures.
METHODSFrom January 2011 to April 2014,47 cases of Colles fracture were treated by closed reduction and U-shaped gypsum functional fixation including 12 males and 35 females with an average age of 54.8 years old ranging from 8 to 72 years old. The time from injury to treatment was 40 min to 3 d. The patients were closed fractures without neurovascular injury. After manual reduction and U-shaped gypsum functional fixation, the thumb of injury hand were traction by contralateral hand, and other fingers of injury hand were taken flexion to exercise grip function. According to the situation of fracture healing, plaster was removed at 4 to 8 weeks' fixation, the wrist joint functional exercise was strengthened after plaster removed.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months with an average of 6.4 months, the fracture healing time was 4 to 8 weeks. According to the Cooney wrist function scoring: the result was excellent in 44 cases, good in 2 cases, 1 case.
CONCLUSIONU-shape gypsum functional fixation for treatment of Colles fracture limits the activity of thumb and extensor tendon, can reduce shortening of radial by traction of the injury thumb with the contralateral hand; it is good for blood circulation of hand and wrist, and swelling.

2.Application of case base study combined with evidence-based medicine in internal medicine practice
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;(5):518-520
There are some disadvantages in internal medicine practice teaching now. To find a new teaching model, and implement a teaching reform is the key to improve teaching quality. We try to apply the case introduction to the teaching method of evidence based practice in the department of internal medicine . The new teaching model which combined case base study with evidence-based medicine in internal medicine practice can help put forward questions and guide students to analyze questions by the case. It also helps find evidence and solve questions by evidence-based method. The organic combination of the two, not only can stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, de-velop the correct clinical thinking, but also can effectively promote students' self-learning ability to update their knowledge. It is worth widely developing in internal medicine practice.
3.Brief cognitive screening instruments and their application
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(12):925-929
In the occurrence and development of neurological diseases,it often accompanied by cognitive impairment, which severely decreases the quality of life of the patients. Therefore,it is necessary for patients with neurological diseases to rapidly screen cognitive function. This aricle reviews the advances in research on the brief cognitive rating scales commnly used in clinical.
4.TLC-scanning Determination of Geniposide in Compound Zhizi Granules(Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis, Radix Scutellariae, etc.)
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
The content of geniposide in Compound Zhizi Granules was determined With TLC-scanner. The optimum experiment design obtained with orthogonal test could eliminate the disturbance of other components. The result was satisfactory.
5.Relations between ET, NO and blood stasis due to cold accumulation of emmeniopathy
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(11):-
0.05). The serum levels of E_2 in patient group were significantly lower than those of the regular menses group (P0.05). The serum levels of E_2 were significantly higher in patient group after treatment (P0.05). The menstrual blood levels of NO, E_2 were significantly higher, and ET were significantly higher, respectively, in patient group after treatment (P
6.Regularity of solutions of obstacle problems
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(1):7-8,50
In this paper, we improved the regularity results of obstacle problems, in which the smooth conditions of the coefficients aij(x) are released from C1(-/Ω) to L∞(Ω).
7.Evaluation on rapid ELISA method in detecting D-dimer combined with cardiac troponin I for early exclusion of myocardial infarction
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(24):3586-3587,3590
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of rapid ELISA method in detecting D‐dimer combined with cardiac tro‐ponin I (cTnI) for early exclusion of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) .Methods The samples from 178 consecutive patients with chest pain and suspected AMI were tested for cTnI and D‐dimer on admission;then cTnI was also tested at 6 h after admission . AMI was definitely diagnosed by echocardiography combined with angiography .The cTnI cut‐off for diagnosing AMI was 0 .11μg/L (accounting for 10% of total CV lowest level) .Results AMI was diagnosed in 40 cases(22 .4% ) .The negative prediction value (NPV) on admission was 87 .9% for single cTnI and increased to 98 .4% at 6 h after admission .The cut‐off for single D‐dimer on admission was 200 ng/mL FEU and its NPV was 87 .9% .No false negative was observed when both cTnI and D‐dimer were nega‐tive on admission .Conclusion The combination detection of cTnI and D‐dimer has the potential to be used as an early exclusion di‐agnosis of suspected AMI in the patients with chest pain at arriving in the emergency department ,thus shorten the patient′s hospi‐tal duration and save costs .
8.Effect of Modified Wenjing Decoction on Vasomotion in Patients with Menstrual Disease of Blood Stasis Due to Cold Accumulation
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(04):-
Objective To study the effect and its mechanism of Modified Wenjing Decoction(Decoction for warming channels)on vasomotion in patients with menstrual disease of blood stasis due to cold accumulation. Methods The 50 patients of emmeniopathy with blood stasis due to cold accumulation were successively treated with Modified Wenjing Decoction for three menstrual cycles. The therapeutic effect and changes of nitrous oxide(NO),endothelin(ET),thromboxane B2(TXB2),6 ketone prostaglandin F1?(6-keto-PGF1?)of menstrual blood, reproductive hormones estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)before and after treatment were observed. Results Of the 50 patients,19(38.0%)were short-term cured,24(48.0%)effective,and 7(14.0%)ineffective.After treatment, the levels of menstrual blood ET and TXB2 were decreased significantly(P
9.Changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the plasma of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
The activity of SOD in the plasma of patients with NPC and the effect of the culture supernatant of NPC cell line (CNE-2s) on SOD activity were examined by method of Oyanagui. The results showed that the activity of total-SOD, Mn-SOD, CuZn SOD in the plasma of patients with NPC decreased significantly than those of the normal (P
