Fifteen cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were treated by needling Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Zhongji (CV 3), Shidao (ST 28), Diji (SP 8), Zusanli (ST 36), Shenshu (BL 23), Dachangshu (BL 25) and Ciliao(BL 32) in combination with herbal enema effective to clear heat and relieve toxin, activate blood and resolve stagnant blood. After 2-course treatment, 13 cases were cured and 2 cases were improved.
2.HBV-DNA Detection in HBsAg Negative Blood Donors and Its Clinical Significance
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE Through detecting hepatitis B virus markers and hepatitis B virus DNA,to probe into the significance of HBV-DNA detection in HBsAg negative blood donors for blood transfusion safety.METHODS ELISA was used for detecting hepatitis B virus markers, and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR assay was introduced for measuring HBV-DNA.RESULTS Totally 1 698 samples from HBsAg negative blood donors were examined, the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 2.71%.The rate of the HBsAb positive and HBcAb positive group, the HBsAb positive,HBeAb positive and HBcAb positive group, the HBcAb positive group, the HBeAb positive and HBcAb positive group, the HBsAb positive group and the all hepatitis B virus markers negative group were 5.71%,3.60%,6.60%,2.77%,38.48% and 46.94%,respectively.The positive rate of HBV-DNA in these groups were 7.22%,8.20%,4.46%,8.51%,1.21% and 2.26%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS It′s very important for blood transfusion safety to detect HBV-DNA in HBsAg negative blood donors. The more economic, reasonable and effective detecting method should be developed for blood transfusion safety.
3.Study on in Vitro Dissolution Rate of Niaosaitong Sugar-coated Tablets and Film-coated Tablets
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the quality of Naosaitong Tablets by determing of the dissolution rates of different batches of tablets. Methods: The rotatory-basket method was used. The cumulative dissolution percentage was determined by UV. The dissolution parameters were got and their correlation was studied. Results: Statistics indicated there was a significant difference in dissolution parameter (T 50) between film-coated tablets and sugar-coated tablets. The dissolution percentage of film-coated tablets in 45 minutes was over 90%, whereas sugar-coated tablets was only 49-78%. Conclusion: Niaosaitong Film-coated Tablets in superior to its sugar-coated tablets in dissolution rate. It is necessary to improve the quality of Niaosationg Sugar-coated Tablets.
4.The detection of oh~8dG in Hp positive and Hp negative gastric tissue and its significance
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(05):-
Objective To detect the expression of oh8dG in gastric tissues and discuss the carcinogenicity of Hp.Methods oh8dG was detected with immunohistochemistry in Hp positive and Hp negative tissues. Results In immunohistochemistry, the positive rates of oh8dG expression in Hp positive and Hp negative tissues were 78% and 8%,respectively(P
5.EFFECTS OF PINGYANGMYCIN, ADRIAMYCIN AND THYMOSIN ON THE RELEASE OF IL-2 IN VITRO
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
The antineoplastic drugs pingyangmycin ( PYM ) and adriamycin ( ADM ) and biological response modifier thymosin were tested for the effects on concanavalin A ( Con-A ) induced interleukin-2 ( IL-2 ) production by MTT colorimetric assay. When the drug was added to splenocytes of BALB/c mice in the presence of suboptimal dose of Con-A for 24h ,PYM increased IL-2 release over a wide range of doses, and this effect was achieved when using less than 0.01mg/L PYM. However, 10mg/L PYM inhibited IL-2 activity in the supernatant of cultures. ADM was able to enhance the production of IL-2, and thymosin enhance production of IL-2 too. When PYM or ADM applied with thymosin, the additive effects were shown. The activity of IL-2 was increased significantly.
6.Analysis of the Use of Narcotic Analgetics in Our Hospital During 2005~2007
China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the utilization and its trend of narcotic analgetics in this hospital.METHODS: The use of narcotic analgetics during the period 2005-2007 in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS: The consumption quantity of narcotic analgetics in our hospital increased year-on-year,much as in the consumption of morphine preparations, with oral morphine preparations dominating the 3 first places over the 3 years, however, the increase of pethidine was slowed down in consumption quantity.CONCLUSION: The use of narcotic analgetics in our hospital is rational on the whole, but measures should be taken to tighten the control on the use of narcotic analgetics.
7.Cost-effectiveness Analysis of 2 Therapeutic Schemes in the Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infections
China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the economic-effectiveness of different therapeutic schemes in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections(LRTI).METHODS:86cases of LRTI were randomly divided into 2 groups:Group A received intravenous cefuroxime sodium while Group B received intravenous cefuroxime sodium and oral cefuroxime axetil sequential therapy.Cost-effectiveness of the 2 schemes was analyzed.RESULTS:The costs of the 2 therapeutic schemes were 677.60 yuan and 439.58 yuan(P0.05)respectively;the cost-effectiveness ratio of the 2 were 7.67 and 5.11 respectively.CONCLUSION:Scheme B was better than Scheme A in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.

9.Application of local ablative therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2016;32(1):56-61
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)is a common malignant tumor in the world, and surgical resection and liver transplantation are two radical treatment modalities, but only 10%-20%of all patients can receive such treatments. In recent years, local therapies including radiofrequency ablation, microwave ablation, cryoablation, and the irreversible electroporation ablation which appeared recently have gradu-ally become the alternative therapies for the patients who are unable to undergo surgery. In addition to local tumor growth control and im-provement in survival outcomes, the ablation technology also helps to downgrade tumor for secondary resection. This article focuses on the re-search progress in radiofrequency ablation alone and in combination with other therapies in the treatment of HCC,compares radiofrequency ablation with other local ablative therapies, and briefly introduces the application of intelligent navigation technology in adjuvant ablation. With the development of medical imaging and progress in related fields, the ablation technology will be widely applied in clinical practice in the future.
10.Effect of the culture supernatant of NPC cell line on cAMP、IL-2、and IL-2 receptor in lymphocytes
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
This paper reports on the effect of the culture supernatant of NPC cell line (CNE-2S) (400?l/ml) on cAMP、IL-2、and IL-2 receptor in normal lymphocyts. The cAMP levels of lymphocytes from 11 cases was 13.77?4.92pm/1?10~6. With lymphocytes suspensives added to the CNE-2S, the cAMP levels was increased to 26.1? 15.14Pm/1?10~6(P0.05)These results show that the immune function abnormality of the patients with NPC relates to the fact of that the NPC immunologic inhibitory factor declines the ability of lymphocytes to produce IL-2.
