1.The Problems and Countermeasures Existed in Network for Employment in the universities and colleges
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Giving full play to the function of the network and making it serve graduates for employment better has already been realized by all universities and colleges, but to make "five in one " of the employment network come true still needs the universities to increase input, strengthen management, and make a good construction of the campus employment network.

Objective To discuss the application effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods 168 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed from January 2009 to March 2011.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 84 patients in each group. The control group adopted traditional nursing mode, and the experimental group adopted clinical nursing pathway.Hospitalization time, hospital expenses, untoward effect, mastering of health knowledge, satisfaction degree of patients were analyzed. Results Hospitalization time, hospital expenses, untoward effect, mastering of health knowledge and satisfaction degree were better in the experimental group than those of the control group. Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing quality management can shorten hospitalization time, and reduce hospital expenses, promote mastering of health knowledge, and improve satisfaction degree of patients and their families with nursing service.

Objective:To study the expressions of E-cadherin(E-cad) an d CD44V6 in normal oral mucous, oral atypical hyperplasia and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:The expression of E-cad and CD44V6 in 1 7 cases of normal oral mucous,6 of oral atypical hyperplasia and 52 of OSCC was examined with immunohistochemistry. Results: E-cad expression was observed in all the cases of normal oral mucous and oral atypical hyperplasi a,and in 43/52( 82.69% ) of OSCC. CD44V6 expression was observed in all the ca ses of normal oral mucous and oral atypical hyperplasia, and in 32/52(61.54%) of OSCC.In OSCC, the expression of E-cad was decreased with the decrease of differ entiation degree(P

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2000;0(08):-
Objective: To screen the changes of immune-associate genes expression which is related with the ageing using cDNA microar-ray.Methods:The mRNA from the spleens of young and aged rats were extracted respectively and reversely transcribed to cDNAs with the incorporation of different fluorescent-labeled dUTP as the hybridization probes. The mixed probes were hybridized to the cDNA microarray that contains the cDNA products of 416 immune-associated genes. After high-stringent washing, the cDNA microarray was scanned for the fluorescent signals and showed the gene expression differences between the young and the aged. Some biochemical assays were used to confirm the physiological differences between the young rats and the aged rats. Results: Among the examined genes, 13 down-regulated genes were identified. These genes correlated with immuned response, cell proliferation, cell differentiation and DNA/RNA repair. Only one gene which encoded ?-amylase was much higher in the aged than that in the young. Conclusion: Further analysis of the differenially expressed immune-associated genes based on cDNA microarray will be helpful for understanding the molecular mechanism of the ageing.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(24):4723-4727
Proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) are common pathological features of diabetic vascular complications, such as atherosclerosis and hypertension. Phenotypic modulation of VSMC is the basis for VSMC proliferation and migration. Therefore, studies on VSMC phenotypic modulation and its mechanisms in diabetes mellitus were of important significance to the prevention and therapy of diabetic vascular complications. This paper introduces VSMC phenotypic modulation and the underlying mechanisms in diabetes mellitus, and summarizes advance of studies on traditional Chinese medicine intervention upon VSMC phenotypic modulation, so as to provide reference for preventing and treating diabetic vascular complications with traditional Chinese medicines.

National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(8):733-736
OBJECTIVETo investigate the progressive motility, (PR), total motility (progressive + non-progressive motility, PR + NP), and acrosin activity of sperm from normal and infertile men at different time points after sperm activation.
METHODSBased on the 5th edition of the WHO Laboratory Manual for the Examination and Processing of Human Semen and the results of modified Papanicolaou staining, we divided the semen samples into groups A (normal, n = 28), B (oligoasthenoteratospermia, n = 30), and C (asthenoteratospermia, n = 32). At 1, 24, and 48 hours after sperm activation, we detected sperm PR and PR + NP by CASA and chemical colorimetry, and determined sperm acrosin activity using the modified Kennedy method.
RESULTSSperm PR and PR + NP were significantly decreased in all the three groups at 1-24 hours and even more significantly at 24-48 hours after sperm activation as compared with the baseline (P < 0.05). Sperm acrosin activity showed remarkable reduction in group A (P = 0. 013) , even more significant at 1-24 hours than at 24-48 hours after sperm activation, but not in groups B and C (P = 0.519 and 0.979).
CONCLUSIONSperm PR, PR + NP, and acrosin activity are all decreased with the extension of time after sperm activation, each in a specific manner. Examination of sperm acrosin activity should be applied as a routine tool in the assessment of male fertility.
