Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(5):517-520
Literatures of study on acupoint functional effect of encephalic region with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) are collected from the database of China National Knowledge Information (CNKI) and Wan fang database. Analysis and comments are made respectively from the status quo of studies on combination of single acupoint, two acupoints and multiple acupoints under both physiological and pathological conditions. The results show that the corresponding encephalic regions can be specifically activated by acupuncture. And different regions can be activated by different acupoints. However, studies on single acupoint, two acupoints and three acupoints are the major researches carried out at present. It is still lack of observation on effect of commonly-used combinations in clinic. Moreover, the reliability of the research results are also affected by disunity of operations protocol, reinforcing or reducing manipulations, intensity or depth of stimulation and duration of needling retention. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a unified and standard operation protocol to strictly control the bias factors which may affect the result of research in the future, and take patients as the study target as much as possible, so as to further explore the central effect mechanism.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the neuro psychological characteristics and their change in leukoaraiosis(LA).M ethods:29 asymotamatic LA sub jects and 25 normal controls were compared on a comprehensive neuropsychological test battery, which included Revised Visual Retention Test(VRT),Wechsler Adult I n telligence Scale-Revised in China(WAIS-RC),and Zung's Self-rated Depression Scal e (SDS).Both groups were matched for sex,age and education. Results:The LA group s cored lower on the VRT than did the control group ,and the mean standard score o f the Memory and/or Freedom From Distractibility factor(MFSs)of the WAIS-RC in t he LA group was lower than that of the control group. There were no significant d ifferences o f the Full Scale IQ of the WAIS-RC and the score of the SDS between the two grou ps. Conclusion:LA may contribute to cogniti ve impairment in the neurologically healthy elderly, especially involving deficits of visuospatial ability ,disfunct ion of memory and attention,as well as slowing of mental processing.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the availability and mechanism of recombinant adenovirus vector expressing wild type p53 in gene therapy of prostate cancer. Methods Prostate cancer cell line PC3M was cultivated and recombinant adenovirus vector expressing wild type p53 was added to the media. Then the levels of proliferation and apoptosis were detected and changes of bax were exa mined . Results AdCMVp53 is effectively transfected to the cells. The transfecting ratio is 95%. In the cells transfected with AdCMVp53, the level of proliferation decreased. Tested by BrdU, the absorbance rate decreased from 1.454 in the control group to 0.496 in the experimental group( P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
ObjectiveTo prospectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Alvenor on symptoms and signs of chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremities.MethodAccording to preset criteria, 133 patients from 8 hospitals in Hangzhou, Beijing, Guanzhou and Shanghai were recruited into this study including 78 males (58.6%) and 55 females (41.4%). The average age was 23~77 (55?13) years. The illness course was from 1~50 years with a mean of (11?11) yrs. Other therapeutic modalities were adopted in 34 before inclusion into this study and 38 cases (28.8% ) had suffered from certain complications. Classification was first defined when the patient was enrolled and clinical symptoms and signs were evaluated. Alvenor was given 500?mg, twice a day orally. Reevaluation and record by the same criteria was carried out 15, 30, and 60 days after treatment, and statistical analysis was conducted. ResultsSwelling, heaviness, spasm, and pain, etc, were statistically improved. ConclusionsAlvenor is effective in the treatment of symptoms and signs of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities.
9. Determination of aflatoxins in fruit traditional Chinese medicines by rapid-resolution liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2012;47(1):65-68
OBJECTIVE: To develope a method for determination of four aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2) in fruit traditional Chinese medicines by rapid-resolution liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization triple quadruple tandem mass spectrometry. METHODS: After being extracted with 70% methanol and purified by immunoaffinity columns, the four aflatoxins were separated on a Shim-pack XR-ODS column using gradient elution with the mobile phase of CH3CN-CH3OH-H2O mixtures monitored under MRM mode in ESI positive scan. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship over the range of 0.102 1-10.21 ng · mL-1 for AFB1, 0.061 2-7.65 ng · mL-1 for AFB2, 0.193-9.65 ng · mL-1 for AFG1, 0.121-7.55 ng · mL-1 for AFG2 (r > 0.999 8), respectively. The average recoveries ranged from 77.0%-102.4%. CONCLUSION: This method provides a simple and feasible way to determine aflatoxins.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Protein degradation is fundamental to cell viability, selective elimination of regulatory proteins in the cell is an effective mechanism for regulating vital cell processes.Rapid proteasomal protein degradation is key to activation of repression of many cellular processes, including cell-cycle progression and apoptosis.Bortezomib as a proteasome inhibitor has been approved by FDA for multiple myeloma treatment. This review summarizes current knowledge of the structure and function of the proteasome and its targets. In addition, preclinical findings obtained with Bortezomib are reviewed, and existing clinical data on Bortezomib are presented.
