Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligands (TRAILs) and their receptors can specifically express in hepatocellular carcinoma cells.TRAIL can specifically induce tumor cells apoptosis through death receptors (DRs) ; TRAIL combined radiation and chemotherapy can effectively overcome the TRAIL resistance of tumor cells,and promote the apoptosis of tumor cells,meanwhile the gene therapy of TRAIL on anti-tumor clinical treatment has been widely used.
2.Effects of Yupingfeng Powder on Secondary Immunodeficiency Caused by Simple Nephrotic Syndrome in Children

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng powder in secondary immunodeficiency caused by simple nephrotic syndrome(SNS) in children.Methods Seventy-eight cases of SNS patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.One was control group which were treated with immunosuppressant only.The other group was Yupingfeng powder group which were treated with both immunosuppressant and Yupingfeng powder.The morbidity of infection,the relapse rate of SNS,and serum immunoglobulin IgA and IgG and the T-lymphocytes subtype were detected before and after treatment in two groups.Results The morbidity with infection was 55.3% in Yupingfeng powder group,which shows a remarkable decrease compared with control group(85%).The relapse rate of SNS was 39.5% in Yupingfeng powder group which was much lower than that in control group(67.5%).The level of serum IgA and IgG before treatment were(3.88?1.22) g/L and(0.83?0.14) g/L and rose up to(10.06?1.89) g/L and(1.38?0.10) g/L after treatment in Yupingfeng powder group.Whereas the control group with(6.23?1.55) g/L and(0.85?0.13) g/L was remarkably lower than those in Yupingfeng powder group.CD4+,CD8+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were(37.91?3.89)%,(30.69?3.08)% and(1.24?0.49)% respectively before treatment.They rose up to(42.38?4.89)%,(26.01?2.20)% and(1.63?0.41)% respectively in Yupingfeng powder group,while those in control group were(39.87?3.91)%,(29.76?3.55)% and(1.34?0.24)% respectively after treatment.Conclusion It is feasible to treat the Yupingfeng powder to cure the of secondary immunodeficiency caused by SNS in children.
3.Effects of Zafirlukast on Emotions and Th1/Th2 Cytokines in Asthmatic Children

Objective To investigate the effects of Zafirlukast on emotions and Th1/Th2 cytokines in asthmatic children.Methods One hundred and eight asthmatic children were randomly allocated to 3 groups.The children in group A inhaled Pulmicort aerosol 200 ?g twice every day.On the basis of inhaled Pulmicort aerosol,the children in group B took orally Zafirlukast orally 10 mg once every day.The children in group C only took orally Zafirlukast 10 mg once every day.The course of treatment of all children were 4 weeks.Anxiety,depression status and the levels of IFN-? and IL-4 in blood serum were respectively detected before and after treatment.Results Scores of anxiety and depression after treatment in 3 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(Pa0.05).Conclusions Zafirlukast or Glucocorticoid inhalation has the same effect on improving emotional status and accommodating disequilibrium of Th1/Th2 for asthmatic children,but effect of Zafirlukast combined with Glucocorticoid inhalation are better.

5.Comparative studies on HIV infection and related knowledge-based behavior between normal MSM group and MB group

ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics of sexual behavior and HIV infections between normal men who have sex with men (MSM) and money boy (MB) in Jining city,so as to provide the basis for intervention.MethodsSentinel surveillance,VCT and respondent-driven sampling were adopted to recruit the target population,and the data was aualyzed with SPSS13.0.ResultsThe average age of normal MSM was 26.45 ± 5.8 and MB was 22.23 ± 3.3.The rates of single,marriaged and divorced about normal MSM and MB were 48.24%,45.53%,6.7% and 85.4%,9.8%,4.9% respectively.The educational level of normal MSM(74.8% )was higher than that of MB(51.22% ).MB group's rate of condom used(75.61% ;51.22% ) was higher than that of normal MSM ( 52.03 % ;32.79% ).There was statistical significance in age,educational level,marital status and infecting rates of HIV between MB group and normal MSM group.ConclusionCompared with normal MSM,MB is the high risk population and bridge population of transmission of HIV.
6.Effect of fibroblast growth factor receptors 1-dominant negative strategy on alkaline phosphatase activity of bone marrow stromal cells after osteogenic induction

Objective To explore the effect of fibroblast growth factor receptors 1-dominant negative strategy (FGFR1-DN) on alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of bone marrow stromal stem cells (BMSCs) after osteogenic induction.Methods BMSCs were transfected with eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA 3.1 (+)-DN FGFR1 and pcDNA3.1 (+)-FGFR1.The experiment was conducted in 4 groups:FGFR1-DN transfection group,FGFR1 transfection group,pcDNA3.1(+) empty vector transfection group and non-transfection group.The ALP activity of BMSCs was detected in logarithmic growth phase after osteogenic culture.The qualitative detection of ALP activity was carried out immunohistochemically while the quantitative detection by cALP kit.The ALP activity was compared between the 4 groups at 7 and 14 days after osteogenic induction.Results Compared with 7 days,the ALP activity at 14 days was significantly increased in the 4 groups,and the increase in FGFR1-DN transfection group was significantly higher than in the other 3 groups (P < 0.05).At both 7 and 14 days,the ALP activity in FGFR1-DN transfection group was the highest while that in FGFR1 transfection group was the lowest (P < 0.05).Conclusions FGFR1-DN can promote the ALP activity of BMSCs during osteogenesis.This may provide an experimental basis for the joint application of local gene therapy and tissue engineering and for construction of tissue engineered bone with better biocompatibility.
7.Detection and resistance of bacterial isolates from milk in 114 acute mastitis patients

Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance characteristics of pathogen in mastitis patients and to provide important foundation for clinical rational antibiotic use .Methods The bacterial isolates from 114 mastitis specimens were collected .Identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing were carried out .Results A total of 67 strains were isolated from clinical specimen ,in which Staphylococcus aureus[50 .7% (34/67)] and Staphylococcus epidermidis[44 .8% (30/67)] were themostcommonisolate,also Escherichiacoli[1.49% (1/67)],Klebsiellapneumoniae[1.49% (1/67)]andAcinetobactercalcoace-ticus[1 .49% (1/67)] were isolated .The rates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and methicillin-resistance to coagulase-negative Staphylococci(MRCNS) were 8 .8% and 46 .7% ,respectively .The sensitive rates of minocycline ,vancomycin , teicoplanin ,furadantin to MRSA strains were 100 .0% .The sensitive rates of vancomycin ,teicoplanin ,levofloxacin ,furadantin and oxacillin to methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA) were 100 .0% .The sensitive rates of minocycline ,rifampin ,furadan-tin ,vancomycin ,teicoplanin and oxacillin to methicillin-sensitive to coagulase-negative Staphylococci(MSCNS) were 100 .0% .The sensitive rates of vancomycin ,teicoplanin ,minocycline and furadantin to MRCNS were 100 .0% .The resistance rates of penicillin to MRSA ,MSSA ,MSCNS ,MRCNS were 100 .0% .Conclusion Staphylococcus is the main pathogen of mastitis patients .Penicillin is not a first selective drug for acute mastitis .
9.Antioxidant Effect of Selaginella Medicinal Plants and Its Quality Review

This paper aimed to introduce and review the antioxidant and material base of selaginella medicinal plants.On the basis of the systematic identification of selaginella medicinal plants,we found that the ethyl acetate extract and flavonoids could inhibit the activity of XOD,LOX or/and COX-2 to some extent.Fourteen biflavonoids,one flavonoid and five flavonoid glycosides have been isolated from three resource plants,among them five compounds were firstly reported and fifteen compounds were firstly isolated in selaginella plants.Amentoflavone (AME),robustaflavone and robustaflavone-4''-dimethylether are three common characteristic constituents of selaginella plants,which can act as marks of common active ingredients and be applied to evaluate the quality of selaginella.Further studies found that some plants had stronger anti-Coxsackie virus and anti-tumor effects,and their mechanisms were associated with inhibiting multiple oxidase and mitigating harm of free radicals due to whole function.
10.Effect of topical application of tranexamic acid on blood loss and safety of total hip arthroplasty

Objective To study the effect of topical application of tranexamic acid(TXA)in total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 63 patients with unilateral THA were enrolled in this study from November 2014 to March 2016.All patients were randomly divided into group A(n=37)and group B(n=26).Group A was injected with 2.0 g TXA(dissolved in 10 mL saline)in the joint cavity tube after the end of the surgical dressing.Group B injected the same amount of saline.The hemoglobin,hematocrit,postoperative blood loss,blood transfusion,blood transfusion and replacement of 24,48,72 h after the replacement,24,48 and 72 h after fibrinogen,prothrombin time and activation of part of the thromboplastin time,lower extremity deep vein ultrasound between the two groups were compared.Results The hemoglobin,hematocrit,postoperative blood loss,blood transfusion and blood transfusion were significantly better in group A than those in group B at 24,48 and 72 h after replacement(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fibrinogen,prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time between the two groups before and after replacement for 24,48,72 h(P>0.05).Conclusion The local application of TXA group can significantly reduce the THA perioperative blood loss without the increase of the risk of deep vein thrombosis.
