Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chuankezhi Injection atomization inhalation in treating capillary bronchitis.Methods 93 ninety-three children cases of capillary bronchitis were in our hospital from January to December 2015were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(50 cases) and control group(43 cases) according to the random number table method.The two groups were given the same routine treatment.The treatment group was simuhaneously given 1 mL of Chuankezhi Injection adding into 4 mL of 0.9％ Sodium Chloride Injection,the mixture was inhaled by oxygen atomization at a speed of 4-5 L/s for 10-12 min,with 7 d as one treatment course.The clinical effect,clinical symptom disappearance situation and hospitalization time in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.0％ (49/50),which was higher than 79.1％ (34/43) in the control group;the disappearance time of cough,dyspnea and pulmonary wheezes and crackles and rales,and hospitalizatiorn time in the treatment group were (6.15 ± 1.50)d,(4.5 ± 1.90)d,(4.60 ± 1.70)d,(5.52 ±1.31)d and (6.55±2.30) d respectively,which were significantly better than (7.19 ± 1.85) d,(5.7 ± 2.10) d,(5.81 ± 1.82) d,(6.50 ± 1.83)d and (7.48 ± 2.51) d in the control group,the differences of various indexes between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chuankezhi Injection in the assisted treatment of capillary bronchitis has significantly effect and better clinical application value.

Objective Renal ischemia-reperfusion may cause myocardial injury and dexmedetomidine ( DEX)is a new alpha-2 adrenergic agonist which has the effects of antisympathia , sedation and analgesia.The article was to observe the effects of different doses of dexmedetomidine on myocardial injury induced by renal ischemia -reperfusion(I/R) in Rats. Methods 40 male Wistar rats were randomized into 5 groups(n=8 each)using a random number table: sham operation group(isolation of bilateral renal pedicles without ligation), I/R group (3 hours′reperfusion 120 minutes after the right nephrectomy and the ligation of left renal artery ), DEX low dose group, DEX middle dose group and DEX high dose group (DEX 25, 50, 100 μg/kg were respectively injected intraperitone-ally in rats of the three groups plus 3 hours′reperfusion after 120 minutes′ischemia ) .Blood samples were collected at 3 hours′reper-fusion to determine serum creatinine(Cr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) concentrations.Kidney and myocardial specimens were ex-tracted for microscopic examination and IL-10,TNF-αcontent were detected by ELISA. Results In sham operation group, renal structure was normal.In I/R group, a great amount of erythrocyte infiltration and interstitial infiltrating inflammatory cells were found in glomerulus and a lot of exfoliative cells were found in renal tubules .In DEX low dose group , erythrocyte infiltration and interstitial infiltrating inflammatory cells were found in glomerulus and a few exfoliative cells were found in renal tubules .In DEX middle dose group, erythrocyte infiltration and interstitial infiltrating inflammatory cells were found in partial glomerulus and a few exfoliative cells were found in renal tubules .In DEX high dose group , erythrocyte infiltration and interstitial infiltrating inflammatory cells in partial glomerulus were found and rare exfoliative cells were found in renal tubules .In sham operation group , cardiomyocytes were arranged in perfect order and normal structure , and chromatins and cytoplasms were in uniform distribution .In I/R group, edema and spongiform were obvious in cardiomyocytes , and focal coagulative necrosis was observed along with a great amount of infiltrating inflammatory cells and rare flaky bleeding .In DEX low dose group , edema and spongiform were found in cardiomyocytes , and focal coagulative necrosis was observed along with a great amount of infiltrating inflammatory cells and rare flaky bleeding .In DEX middle dose group , edema was found in cardiomyocytes , and mini focal coagulative necrosis was observed along with a small amount of infiltrating inflammatory cells.In DEX high dose group , edema was found in cardiomyocytes along with a small amount of infiltrating inflammatory cells .Com-pared with sham operation group , Cr, BUN concentrations in serum and IL-10,TNF-αcontents in kidney tissue and myocardium signif-icantly increased in I/R group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group(P<0.05).Compared with I/R group, IL-10 contents kidney tissue and myocardium significantly increased in small dose group (P<0.05).Cr ([167.11 ±18.81, 135.46 ± 9.80, 114.29 ±12.50, 100.15 ±8.81]μmol/L), BUN ([13.42 ±1.25, 11.73 ±1.15, 10.27 ±0.78, 9.28 ±0.52] mmol/L) concentrations in serum and TNF-αcontents in kidney tissue ([578.45 ±30.59, 530.76 ±20.59, 482.23 ±27.12, 423.14 ± 21.16]ng/L) and myocardium ([565.00 ±37.66, 517.82 ±36.89, 469.99 ±32.43, 407.41 ±23.77] ng/L) significantly de-creased in a dose-dependent manner in low , middle and high groups (P<0.05).Microscopic examination showed that the pathological changes of both kidney tissue and myocardium were significantly attenuated in low , middle and high dose group . Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can allenuate myocardial tissue injury induced by renal ischemia -reperfusion in a dose-dependent manner in rats and its mechanism may be involved with the inhibition of inflammatory factors .

Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to analyze the clinical value of serum CEA and CA19-9 in patients with chole-lithiasis.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with cholelithiasis and 44 patients with inguinal hernia received treatment in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The expressive levels of CEA and CA19-9 of the patients were detected and compared.The important roles of CEA and CA19-9 in the patients with cholelithiasis were analyzed.Results The levels of CEA,CA19-9 and inflammatory factors in normal group and control group had no statistical differences (P>0.05).The levels of CEA,CA19-9 and inflam-matory factors in rising group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The levels of CEA,CA19-9,inflammatory factors before and after the treatment had no statistical differences (P>0.05),but the levels of CEA,CA19-9,inflammatory factors in rising group were obvi-ously decreased( P<0.05) .Conclusion The levels of CEA and CA19-9 in patients with cholelithiasis had correlation with inflammation of biliary tract,which will increased by severe choleithiasis.

This article reviewed our experience, with the introduction of producing-studying-researching platform built on original innovative achievements of Chongqing medical university,of training physical medicine physician to be practical talents of large-scale diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipments, and was aimed to explore introducing producing-studying-researching platform into undergraduate education as well as improve personnel training quality of undergraduates.

50?mol/L induced markedly oncotic cell death,but no apoptosis was observed.TEM examination indicated that a form of cell death accompanied by cellular swelling,organelle swelling and vacuolization,mitochondrial swelling and cristae membrane loss,and nucleus swelling, chromatin scattering or karyolysis,which characterized as oncosis.When treated with 50,200?mol/L of ART for 5 h, the intracellular ROS level of Panc-1 cells markedly increased to 1.60 and 4.49 fold compared with that of untreated cells,respectively.Pretreatment with TCEP effectively attenuated ART-induced intracellular ROS level and decrease the oncosis in Panc-1 cells.Conclusions:ART exerts profound cytotoxic effects on Panc-1 cells and induces an oncosis- like cell death,which is quite different from apoptosis.The cellular generation of ROS and its peroxidation damage may be one of the mechanisms for its anti-tumor effect on pancreatic cancer.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64 multidetector-row CT angiography for internal carotid artery(ICA)stenosis and the application in the follow-up of carotid endarterectomy and percutaneous transluminal stenting.Methods Forty transient ischemie attack(TIA)patients with interpretable CTA and DSA of the cervical carotid arteries were selected from May 2005 to December 2005. This yielded a total of 80 vessels.The CTA curved planar reformations(CPR)and DSA images referenced to the distal cervical internal carotid were graded by two senior neuroradiologists blindly,according to the North American Symptomatic Carotid Endarterectomy Trial(NASCET)guidelines.The paired-t test was used to verify the statistical significant difference between pre-operating and post-operating of carotid endarterectomy or percutaneous transluminal stenting in measuring the vascular diameter and area of cross section using CTA.Results When the 70% stenosis was used as the cut-off value,the seasitivity,specificity,negative predictive value,and the positive predicting value were 97%,95%,95%,and 98%,respectively.There was statistically significant difference in measuring the vascular diameter(P
