1.Pathogenic significance and possible pathogenic mechanism of human endogenous viruses in development of schizophrenia.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2014;30(1):98-102
The association between psychogenic illness and human endogenous viruses (HEVs), including human endogenous retrovirus and Borna disease virus, remains unclear. As the component of human genome, HEVs may become the joint of various pathogenic factors of schizophrenia (SZ), such as heredity, environment, and immunity. In this review, we strive to uncover the clinical and laboratory evidence for the roles and possible pathogenic mechanism of HEVs in the development of SZ.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1988;0(04):-
The present paper reports the distribution of ALADH phenotypes in 170 Chinese peoples living in Nanjing area by means of the mixed starch get electrophoresis. The gene frequencies are ALADH~1=0. 359, ALADH~2=0.641, which are compared with the gene frequencies of some other countries.
3.The treatment of tubal pregnancy by MTX drug perfusion and vascular embolization
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To study the feasibility of the treatment of tubule pregnancy by interventional technique. Methods By using Seldinger′s method, 40 cases of tubule pregnancy received superselective angiography of uterine artery, followed by perfusion of methotrexate (MTX) through the catheter and embolization of uterine artery with gelatin sponge. The concentration of serum ? HCG, the change of pelvic cavity, and the open condition of oviduct were regularly monitored postoperatively. Results Angiographic findings of tubule pregnancy were classified into 3 types. Type Ⅰ, no abnormal vascular appearance were found in 3 cases (7.5%). Type Ⅱ, patchy vascular staining of villi in parauterine area was observed in 4 cases (10.0%). Type Ⅲ, a round vascular staining of villi surrounded by small blood vessels in parauterine area occurred in 33 cases (82.5%). The cure rate in total 40 cases achieved 97.5% (39/40). After treatment, the mean time that the serum ? HCG concentration returned to normal was (7.66?2.01) d and the mean time that the menstruation returned to normal was (29.78?7.14) d. In 21 cases who hoped their fertility remaining intact, the oviduct were verified open by hysterosalpingography (HSG) in 20 cases, the open rate was 95.24%. Conclusion The treatment of tubule pregnancy by interventional technique was proved no harmful effect to reproductive organs and would expect to preserve fertility. This method could resolve the difficult problem of celiac hemorrhage which making conservative treatment impossible and internal hemorrhage happened in the course of traditional conservative therapy leading to treatment failure finally. This method might be a new conception and a choice to treat tubal pregnancy through artery.

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(03):-
Objective To analyze the dietary behavior and blood lipid profiles of the local elderly Tibetans and Han people living in Tibet and in Beijing, and to advise some steps to promote the health of local elderly Tibetans. Methods We collected the data of diet and blood lipids of the local Tibetan and Han people living in Tibet and in Beijing aged over 35 yrs by the method of migration epidemiology. Results The diet pattern of Tibetan was high intakes of coarse grains(219.8?123.3 g/day),meat(226.2?210.1 g/day),and wine(580.8?1 049.0 g/day),but low intakes of fresh vegetable & fruits(217.8?160.4 g/day).The prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia(5.0%) and low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(3.1%) of Tibetan was lower than that of other two groups(elderly Han people in Tibet 22.5% and 10.7%;elderly Han people living in Beijing 14.7% and 8.4%,all P

International Eye Science 2016;16(11):2124-2126
AIM: To analyze the associated factors of poor vision after phacoemulsification operation.
METHODS:Clinical data of cases with poor vision after cataract phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation from 341 patients(418 eyes) during Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 in our hospital were collected and logistic correlation analyzed.
RESULTS: The incidences of postoperative low vision were 10. 3% for one month after operation. Forty-three eyes were reported low vision, and 41 of 43 the patients with postoperative low vision had fundus oculi disease before operation, which included 20 eyes ( 48. 8%) with age-related macular degeneration, 16 eyes(39. 0%) with diabetic retinopathy, 3 eyes ( 7. 3%) with glaucomatous optic neuropathy, 1 eye(2. 4%) with pathologic myopia of retinopathy and 1 eye ( 2. 4%) with branch retinal vein occlusion.
CONCLUSION: The associated factors of poor vision after phacoemulsification operation are preoperative eye diseases and the nuclear hardness, and preoperative eye diseases may be the main causes of postoperative low vision. Comprehensive examination should be attached importance to, and be careful in the operation to decrease the harm for visual performance.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
Objective To explore the relationships between erythropoietin( EPO), endothelin - 1 (ET - 1) and perinatal anoxia. Method ELISA was used to test cord blood EPO and ET-1 in 54 high risk neonates as subjects and 14 healthy neonates as controls. Results The cord blood EPO levels in amniotic fluids turbid Ⅲ degree group and group eclampsia/pre - eclampsia were higher than those in control group (t= 4.0842,3 680 allP
