To explore the related risk factors and outcome in pregnancy- induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy.
●METHODS: A total of 105 pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy in our hospital from Januany 2012 to December 2013 were enrolled. Clinical date of them were collected to analyze.
●RESULTS: The occurrence of pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy were positively correlated with the course of the disease, blood pressure, proteinuria, and it was higher occurred in cold winter and spring, timely termination of pregnancy and appropriate hormone therapy can promote the recovery of vision, and improve outcomes of pregnancy.
●CONCLUSlON: The occurrence of pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy associated with season and disease severity. Timely treatment can restore normal vision, improve maternal and neonatal prognosis. Routine examination of fundus examination should be used as the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.

Objective: To explore the core composition and compatibility features of Ershiwuwei Songshi pills in the treatment of liver disease, in order to provide ideas and methods for the optimization of Tibetan medicine prescriptions and the creation of new medicine. Methods: In this study, I checked common prescriptions for the treatment of liver diseases from the Tibetan Medical Classics, such as Four Medical Classics, Xin Xiu Jing Zhu Ben Cao, etc., summarizing the flavor, nature and efficacy of the 25 herbs in Ershiwuwei Songshi pill, and analyzing the compatibility features of flavor and of nature and efficacy of the 25 herbs in Ershiwuwei Songshi pill. And I also sorted out 21 common prescriptions for the treatment of liver diseases in the Tibetan Medical formula, counting and analyzing the using frequency of the ingredient medicine of Ershiwuwei Songshi pill in the 21 Tibetan medical formula for the treatment of liver and the compatibility frequency. Conclusion: The results show that Ershiwuwei Songshi pills are composed of a heat clearing formula, mainly for the treatment of heat liver diseases.

Molecular genetic map is a fundamental organizational tool for genomic research. However, a genetic linkage map for Bupleurum chinense DC. has not been developed. In this study, with the theory of pseudo-testcross, 96 F1 plants from an intraspecific cross of B. chinense were used as mapping populations. Twenty eight ISSR (inter-simple sequence repeat) primers and 44 SSR (simple sequence repeat) primers were used to detect the polymorphisms between the parental plants, and of them, 28 ISSRs and 14 SSRs were selected to analyze the F1 populations. The map consisted of 13 linkage groups which included 80 (72 ISSRs and 8 SSRs) loci, and covered 2 633.9 cM with an average density of 33.4 cM. All 13 linkage groups consisted of 2-31 loci ranging in length from 15.4-1295.7 cM. This map will provide a basis for studies on gene mapping, map-based cloning and maker-assisted selection of important traits in B. chinense.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of mutation in PxxP domain of SHIP on migration and invasion of leukemia cells and its mechanism.
METHODSThe lentiviral vector mediated wild type SHIP (wtSHIP) and mutant SHIP (muSHIP) plasmids were transfected into K562 cells through gene transfection techniques. Expression of SHIP at mRNA and protein level was detected by real-time PCR and Western blot, respectively. Transwell assay was used to analyze the difference between the migration and invasion ability of the K562/wtSHIP and the K562/muSHIP cells after transfection. Primary migration associated factor FAK, MMP and NF-κB were assayed by Western blot.
RESULTSAfter transfection, the SHIP expression in transfected K562 cells were significantly increased. Compared with the migration ability of K562/wtSHIP\[(15.8 ± 1.4)%\], that of K562/muSHIP cells \[(54.3 ± 2.4)% \] increased greatly and almost at the same level of that of K562/pFIV\[(50.3 ± 3.8)%\] (P < 0.01). The invasion assay also showed that K562/wtSHIP\[(32 ± 6)/HP\] has a lower invasion ability than that of the K562/muSHIP group \[(83 ± 16)/HP\] and K562/pFIV group \[(78 ± 13)/HP\] (P < 0.01). Western blot analysis showed that the expression of p-FAK and NF-κB was up-regulated in K562/muSHIP group compared to that of the K562/wtSHIP group.
CONCLUSIONSThe results confirmed that mutation in PxxP domain of SHIP gene played an important role in negative regulating function of SHIP gene. The mutation affects the cell migration and invasion ability through increase in MMP-9 expression, FAK phosphorylation and NF-κB activation. It suggested that the mutation of PxxP domain in SHIP gene might be pathogenic, and be one of the reasons for SHIP abnormality in leukemia.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2012;32(3):368-370
OBJECTIVETo investigate contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging features of diabetic foot ulcers.
METHODSSixteen patients with diabetic foot ulcers underwent conventional and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations, and the features of contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging were analyzed. Pathological examination was also carried out in some cases.
RESULTSContrast-enhanced ultrasound showed slow enhancement in the artery phase in the 16 ulcers after administration of SonoVue. The mean time of initial enhancement was 30.02 ± 2.35 s, and the mean time for the occurrence of peak enhancement was 37.54 ± 4.13 s. In 5 cases a homogeneous enhancement pattern was clearly displayed, and in the other 11 cases, a pattern of homogenous peripheral enhancement with non-enhanced patches within the ulcers was found. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed a greater ulcerous area than conventional ultrasound.
CONCLUSIONContrast-enhanced ultrasound is a valuable means for evaluating the ulcerous area and the treatment efficacy for diabetic foot ulcers.
