Objective To investigate MRI appearances of aquaporin(AQP) and its effect in different brain regions of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods A prospective study was carried out in 33 PD patients(PD group) and 23 gender-and age-matched healthy controls (control group).Clinical data of PD patients were collected.The aquaporin imaging of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRDWI) with multiple b-values in different brain regions were performed to detect the apparent diffusion coefficient(AQP-ADC) values of aquaporin.The PD patients were assessed and graded by modified Hoehn-Yahr grading,then the AQP-ADC values of control group,mild PD group,moderate and severe PD group were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance.The correlation analysis was carried out to detect the relationship between AQP-ADC values in different brain regions and Hoehn-Yahr grading of PD patients.Results Compared with control group,mild PD group had significantly higher AQP-ADC values in red nucleus(RN) and globus pallidus(GP) ((0.24±0.04) vs (0.21±0.04),(0.21±0.04) vs (0.16±0.04);both P＜0.05);while the AQP-ADC values in RN and GP of moderate and severe PD group were significantly lower than that of mild PD group((0.21±0.02) vs (0.24±0.04),(0.18±0.03) vs (0.21±0.04);both P＜0.05);but there was no significant difference between moderate and severe PD group and control group(P＞0.05);and there was also no significant difference in substantianigra (SN),putamen (Pu) and thalamus (THA) among control group,mild PD group and moderate and severe PD group(P＞0.05).The correlation analysis showed that there were negative correlations between the AQP-ADC values in RN and GP and Hoehn-Yahr grading(r=-0.479 and-0.395,P＜ 0.05),while there was no correlation in SN,Pu and THA (P＞ 0.05).Conclusion The AQPADC values are increased in RN and GP of mild PD patients,and decreased in moderate and severe PD patients,while there is no significant change in SN,Pu and THA of the two groups,suggesting that the expression of AQP in different brain regions may be related to the severity and pathological stage of PD.

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of long non-coding RNA DiGeorge syndrome critical region gene 5 (DGCR5) on proliferation, invasion and migration of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) TE1 cells and its mechanism. Methods: qPCR was used to detect the expression level of DGCR5 in ESCC cell lines (TE1, Yes-2, KYSE150 and Eca9706). TE1 cells were transfected with siRNA-DGCR5(si-DGCR5) and negative control (si-NC) plasmids, respectively. CCK-8, Wound healing and Transwell assay were used to detect the proliferation, migration and invasion of TE1 cells before and after DGCR5 knockdown. The relationship between DGCR5 expression and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in ESCC tissues was analyzed by GEPIA database. The mRNA and protein expressions of EGFR in ESCC cell line were examined by qPCR and Western blotting (WB). WB was further used to detect the expression of EGFR protein in TE1 cells before and after DGCR5 knockdown. Results: lncRNA DGCR5 was highly expressed in ESCC cell lines (all P<0.01). qPCR confirmed that the expression of DGCR5 in TE1 cells of si-DGCR5 group was significantly lower than that of si-NC group (P<0.01). The proliferation, migration and invasion ability of TE1 cells in si-DGCR5 group were significantly lower than those in si-NC group (all P<0.01). GEPIA database showed that the expression of DGCR5 was positively correlated with EGFR in ESCC tissues (P<0.01). WB showed that the protein level of EGFR in TE1 cells of si-DGCR5 group decreased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: lncRNA DGCR5 is highly expressed in ESCC cells, and promotes the proliferation, invasion and migration of TE1 cells possibly by up-regulating EGFR expression.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the status quo and related factors on low vision (LV) among students of Beijing. Methods: All the students in Beijing were included as the subjects of interest, based on the reference of the Chinese National Survey on Students’ Constitution and Health. Results: The overall rate of LV among students in Beijing was 58.6% in 2017, with 61.6% in females, higher than 55.9% in males. LV also appeared higher in urban than in rural areas. The rates of LV appeared as 46.8%, 78.0%, 89.0%, 71.0%, in students from primary, middle, high or vocational high schools, respectively. Rates on light, moderate or severe LV were 8.4%, 17.8% and 32.5%, respectively. Conclusions The overall rate of LV among students in Beijing was considered high. Students in preschool, in 4-6 grades and the 2^nd grade of middle schools, were at the key stages of developing vision-related problems. Factors as heavy load on homework, lack of outdoor activities and 'limit of vision space’ as well as incorrect reading behavior during puberty, need to be of concern.

[摘 要] 目的：探讨PD-1抗体联合化疗对比抗血管生成药物联合化疗在晚期驱动基因阴性肺腺癌一线治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法：收集2018年3月至2021年8月河北医科大学第四医院收治的141例不可手术切除的ⅢB/ⅢC和Ⅳ期驱动基因阴性肺腺癌患者，回顾性分析PD-1抗体联合化疗对比抗血管生成药物联合化疗在一线治疗中的疗效与安全性。主要研究终点为无进展生存期（PFS），次要终点为客观缓解率（ORR）、疾病控制率（DCR）和不良反应。结果：141例患者均纳入生存分析，中位随访时间为13.0个月（95% CI：12.0～14.0）。PD-1抗体联合化疗组（A组）和抗血管生成药物联合化疗组（B组）的ORR分别为33.33%和27.38%，DCR分别为98.25%和89.29%，差异均无统计学意义。A组和B组的中位PFS分别为8.4个月（95% CI: 7.3～9.9）和6.9个月（95% CI: 6.1～7.7），差异无统计学意义。亚组分析结果显示，ⅢB/ⅢC期、肝或脑转移患者中，A组中位PFS较B组均延长（均P<0.01）。A组和B组不良反应发生率分别为26.32%和14.29%，多数为1~2级。结论：PD-1抗体联合化疗对比抗血管生成药物联合化疗一线治疗晚期驱动基因阴性肺腺癌疗效相当，不良反应可耐受，可成为晚期驱动基因阴性肺腺癌标准一线治疗。

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has continued to spread globally since late 2019, representing a formidable challenge to the world's healthcare systems, wreaking havoc, and spreading rapidly through human contact. With fever, fatigue, and a persistent dry cough being the hallmark symptoms, this disease threatened to destabilize the delicate balance of our global community. Rapid and accurate diagnosis of COVID-19 is a prerequisite for understanding the number of confirmed cases in the world or a region, and an important factor in epidemic assessment and the development of control measures. It also plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the appropriate medical treatment, leading to optimal patient care. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technology is currently the most mature method for detecting viral nucleic acids, but it has many drawbacks. Meanwhile, a variety of COVID-19 detection methods, including molecular biological diagnostic, immunodiagnostic, imaging, and artificial intelligence methods have been developed and applied in clinical practice to meet diverse scenarios and needs. These methods can help clinicians diagnose and treat COVID-19 patients. This review describes the variety of such methods used in China, providing an important reference in the field of the clinical diagnosis of COVID-19.
