1.Effect of edaravone combined with batroxobin in treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To discuss the efficacy of edaravone combined with batroxobin in the treatment of patients with acute progressive infarction,and its influence on neurological deficit and coagulation.Methods 64 patients with acute and progressive infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,32 cases in each group.The patients of the observation group were given edaravone combined with batroxobin,while the patients of the control group were given batroxobin only.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.63%,which was obviously higher than 78.13% of the control group(χ2 =11.274,P <0.05).The NDS of the observation group was (14.8 ±2.9 )points,which was obviously lower than (17.9 ± 3.3)points of the control group(t =9.98,P <0.05).The level of Fib of the observation group was (2.9 ±0.3)g/L, which was obviously lower than (3.2 ±0.4)g/L of the control group(t =9.34,P <0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with batroxobin in the treatment of patients with acute and progressive infarction has significant effect and deserve promotion.
2.The selection of irradiation volume for neck lymph node-negative nasopharyngeal carcinoma: the results based on a Meta-analysis study

Objective To study the appropriate neck irradiation volume for neck lymph nodenegative nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients by Meta-analysis.Methods The related references published from Jan 1990 to Jun 2013 were searched in Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane and Wangfang Databases.The qualified references for enrollment criteria were screened and the relative data were collected.The OR (Odds ratio) value by fixed effect model was used to evaluate the data for patients who received radiotherapy between the upper neck and whole neck irradiation.The endpoints including 5-year neck local control rate (LCR),neck-in-irradiation LCR,and neck-outsides-irradiation LCR.Results Five qualified references were screened and belonged to respective research.There enrolled 1 333 patients,including 970 patients who received the upper neck irradiation and 363 patients who received the whole neck irradiation,respectively.The forest plots revealed that there were no significant differences for 5-year neck LCR,neckin-irradiation LCR,and neck-outsides-irradiation LCR for patients received radiotherapy between the upper neck and whole neck irradiation.These OR values were 0.89 (95% CI:0.41-1.94),1.29 (95% CI:0.58-2.88) and 0.42 (95% CI:0.07-2.36),respectively.Conclusions The Meta-analysis results suggest that irradiation to the upper neck for neck lymph node-negative nasopharyngeal carcinoma can be appropriate.
3.Suppression of RNA Interference Pathway in vitro by Grass Carp Reovirus

The means of survival of genomic dsRNA of reoviruses from dsRNA-triggered and Dicer-initiated RNAi pathway remains to be defined.The present study aimed to investigate the effect of Grass carp reovirus (GCRV) replication on the RNAi pathway of grass carp kidney cells (CIK).The dsRNA-triggered RNAi pathway was demonstrated unimpaired in CIK cells through RNAi assay.GCRV-specific siRNA was generated in CIK cells transfected with purified GCRV genomic dsRNA in Northern blot analysis; while in GCRV-infected CIK cells,no GCRV-specific siRNA could be detected.Infection and transfection experiments further indicated that replication of GCRV correlated with the increased transcription level of the Dicer gene and functional inhibition of in vitro synthesized egfp-siRNA in silencing the EGFP reporter gene.These data demonstrated that although only the genomic dsRNA of GCRV was sensitive to the cellular RNAi pathway,unidentified RNAi suppressor protein(s) might contribute to the survival of the viral genome and efficient viral replication.

According to the infection characteristics of batches of patients with extensive burns in dust explosion, the article focused on the concept and mode of whole-range fine management.Based on the characteristics and rules of infection prevention in bat-ches of patients with extensive burns, the measurement and examination of infection management were refined, the infection monitoring indexes were designed scientifically, the infection prevention scheme and monitoring table were formulated.By early and whole-range intervention of infection prevention, quantitative evaluation, fine management and precise control at different times, all levels of infec-tion management teams could fully serve their purposes in order to realize effective infection prevention.
5. The relationship between dietary pattern and serum C-reactive protein concentration

In order to explore the relationship between dietary pattern and C-reactive protein (CRP) in Xiamen residents, 2 904 subjects from 3 districts of Xiamen City were selected by a multi-stage stratified random sampling method. The food frequency questionnaire was used for dietary survey and serum CRP concentration was determined simultaneously. The dietary model was established by factor analysis and the relationship between different dietary patterns and serum CRP concentration was analyzed. Five dietary patterns were obtained by the factor analysis. After the adjustment of gender, age, occupation, education, marriage status, income, smoking, drinking and body mass index, the healthy dietary pattern was negative associated with the serum CRP concentration [
6.The Research of Quality of Life in Higher Medical College Freshman

Objective To understand the life quality status of freshmen in higher medical colleges,and discuss the factors influencing the quality of life,in order to improve their life quality,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.Methods We randomly selected a higher medical colleges and universities in Yunnan,the grade one students were investigated with SF-36 scale investigation,the data were analyzed by t test and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The quality of life scores (PCS,MCS) of freshmen in this medical college are lower than the national norm,the segmentation in the field of eight only GH is higher than the national norm,and the RP,BP,VT,RE are lower than the national norm.There are six factors into the regression equation of the quality of life:health,insomnia,life pressure,communicating with people,life rule.Conclusions The QOL of freshmen in higher medical colleges and universities is low,relevant departments should be caused to take seriously.To improve the QOL,the government,society,school,personal must make joint efforts in many ways,and take targeted measures.
7.Auricle reconstruction with prefabricated expanded fascial flap covered on Medpor support

Objective To study the methodology and effect of auricle reconstruction with prefabricated expanded fascial flap in temporal and parietal area and skin flap in mastoid area, covered on the Medpor support. Methods Thirty cases of congenital vestigial auricle were involved in this study. The operations were divided into two stages: in the stage I,the temporal and parietal superficial fascia flap was cut with a vascular pedicle in the parietal and temporal superficial area, which was implanted under the skin of mastoid, and then both layers of those were expanded at the same time; in the stage II, this fascial skin flap was cut down and covered on the whole Medpor support to rebuild the man-made auricle. Results Thirty cases were successful after following-up for 6 months to 3 years. Their auricle shapes were vivid; their skin color was normal, and it had no any difference from all around skins, or no any appearance of the support. Conclusions With best understanding the biological characteristics of the Medpor support and choosing the suitable procedures and using the prefabricated expanded support, we could minimize the surgical complications in this operation. The results show that this procedure is satisfactory, without any necrosis of flap, swelling of contour, or appearance of the support. The combination of two flaps is the best method for the auricle reconstruction.
8.Employment quality of public health graduates and feedback from employing units in one school

Objective:To investigate the current status of the employment quality of public health graduates and feedback from employers.Method:s The questionnaires covering employing fields, coherence between major and employment, ways to find job and feedback from employers were used. A total of 309 bachelor graduates majoring in public health from Grade 2011 to Grade 2016 were selected as study objects via random cluster sampling method. In addition, online and offline synchronization survey were adopted to collect employment data; SPSS 22.0 was used for analyzing the data. Employment quality of graduates from different specialties as well as feedback of employers were compared.Result:s Bachelor graduates in public health had an employment rate of 100%; 19.75% (61/309) graduates in public health changed work place, while the most had a stable job; 50.10% (155/309) graduates had work relatively or fully related to their specialties. Bachelor graduates in public affairs management had a relatively high level of satisfaction in salary, welfare insurance and others (χ 2=18.805, P=0.043). Employers were satisfied with the bachelor graduates generally, but also believed that their professional knowledge and innovation ability should be improved. Conclusion:The overall employment quality of bachelor graduates in public health is good, but there is still room to improve the quality. The overall evaluation for graduates is high, and few organizations consider bachelor graduates of poor quality. In summary, schools should optimize course setting, cultivate comprehensive quality, and strengthen students' humanistic education.
9.Mechanism of NETosis Regulating Cardiomyocyte Autophagy to Promote Acute Myocardial Infarction in Mice

Objective To explore the correlation between acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and neutrophil extracellular traps-os-is(NETosis)in the regulation of cardiomyocyte autophagy in mice.Methods The mouse model of AMI was established in C57BL/6mice by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery.Mouse primary cardiomyocytes were treated with oxygen glucose deprivation(OGD)to build an in vitro model of cardiomyocyte injury.Neutrophils were treated with PMA(NETosis inducer)/DNas Ⅰ(NETosis in-hibitor),the supernatant was taken to treat OGD-induced cardiomyocytes,and rapamycin(Rap)was used to treat OGD-induced car-diomyocytes.The myocardial infarction area was detected by TTC staining;serum cTnI level was detected by enzyme-linked immunoad-sordent assay(ELISA);cardiomyocytes apoptosis was detected by TUNEL staining;NETosis marker levels in neutrophil supernatant were detected by ELISA,and related protein expression levels were detected by Western blot.Results TTC staining showed that compared with the sham-operated group,the myocardial infarction area of the mice in the model group was significantly increased,the level of cTnI in serum was significantly increased(P<0.05),the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes was increased,and the levels of Beclin-1 and LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ were significantly increased,the p62 protein expression level was significantly decreased.Compared with the control group,the expression levels of apoptosis and cleaved caspase-3 were significantly increased under OGD conditions(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of NETosis markers MPO-DNA,MPO,and NE in the neutrophil supernatant in the PMA group were signifi-cantly increased;compared with the PMA-treated group the apoptosis level of cardiomyocytes in the PMA + DNas Ⅰ group was signifi-cantly decreased;the levels of Beclin-1 and LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰwere significantly decreased,and the protein expression level of p62 was significantly increased;compared with the PMA + DNas Ⅰ group,Rap treatment could enhance the levels of Beclin-1 and LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ,and inhibit the level of p62(P<0.05).It also significantly reversed the decrease in apoptosis induced by PMA + DNas Ⅰ.Conclusion Neutrophil NETosis can promote AMI in mice by regulating cardiomyocyte autophagy,which can provide a new direction and theoretical basis for the research and development of therapeutic drugs for AMI.
10.Discovery of a new nosiheptide-producing strain and its fermentation optimization for nosiheptide production

Nosiheptide is a typical thiopeptide antibiotic displaying potent activity toward various drug-resistant strains of Gram-positive pathogens.Although nosiheptide lacks in vivo activity, and good water-solubility with a series of uncontrollable analogues, which may limit its clinical application, glycosylated analogues may overcome problem of low activity and may improve its druggability.In search of novel glycosylated nosiheptide producers, we applied a genome mining strategy that identified Actinoalloteichus sp.AHMU CJ021 that contains all genes required.However, despite the presence of a predicted glycosyltransferase, glycosylated derivatives of nosiheptide were not detected, after following one strain many compounds (OSMAC) strategy and heterologous expression of a regulatory protein NocP.Nevertheless, nosiheptide produced by this strain was remarkably pure, and further experiments were conducted to improve its production by optimization of the culture medium.Under optimal conditions, 58.73 mg/L nosiheptide was produced, representing an almost 6-fold improvement compared to the original fermentation medium.Therefore, we consider Actinoalloteichus sp.AHMU CJ021 a suitable potential candidate for industrial production of nosiheptide, which provides the basis for solving the problem of nosiheptide structural analogues.
