Objective:
To explore the relationship between physical fitness and energy balance related behaviors (EBRBs), and their influencing factors among primary school students, so as to provide a scientific basis for the improvement of physical fitness in primary school students.
Methods:
By using a random sampling method, a total of 1 451 pupils aged 10-12 were selected from 8 regions of Shannxi Province (Fengxiang, Weibin, Danfeng, Shangzhou, Huazhou, Linwei, Gaoling, Weiyang). According to the total score of physical fitness test, pupils were divided into the excellent good physical fitness group and the pass failed group. The students EBRBs and their influencing factors were investigated cross sectionally, and the Mann-Whitney U test and stepwise linear regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between physical fitness and EBRBs.
Results:
Breakfasts behavior( r = 0.061 ) and physical activity behavior( r =0.105) among primary school students were positively correlated with total physical scores, with the excellent good physical fitness group (757.56, 768.57)were higher than that of the pass failed group(710.93, 705.67) ( Z= -2.41, -2.69, P <0.05). The screen behavior ( r =-0.065) was negatively correlated with the total physical fitness scores, with the excellent good physical fitness group (681.96) was significantly lower than the pass failed group(747.04) ( Z=2.78, P < 0.05 ). There was no statistically significant correlation between the frequency of beverage behavior and the total score of physical fitness ( P >0.05). The excellent good physical fitness group scored(762.22, 761.19, 758.82, 756.00, 761.20, 755.57, 761.52, 759.48, 781.78) higher than the pass failed group(708.70, 709.19, 710.32, 711.67, 709.19, 711.88, 709.04, 710.01, 699.36) including health beliefs, parental norms and parental role models for breakfast behaviors, and preferences, self efficacy, and self regulation for physical activities, as well as self efficacy, parental role models, family rules for screen behavior ( Z=-2.40, -2.78, -2.35, -2.48, -2.52, -2.27, -2.35, -2.22, -3.65, P <0.05).
Conclusion
The physical fitness of primary school students is affected by EBRBs. Parents should model positive behaviors in the family, promote the health behavior of primary school students, improve the physical health of primary school students health.

Objective:To explore the expression level of exosomal miR-218-5p in the serum of patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) and its correlation with the clinical pathological characteristics, and evaluate its diagnostic efficacy in CRC.Methods:A group of 78 patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed in Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji University from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected. Blood was collected before operation and serum was preserved. Forty cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. ExoQuick kit was used to extract serum exosomes. Transmission electron microscope, NTA and western blot were used to identify the morphology and molecular phenotype of exosomes. MiRNeasy kit was used to extract total RNA in serum exosomes. Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) was used to detect the expression level of serum exosomal miR-218-5p in each group. CRC patients were divided into high expression and low expression groups using the median relative expression level of miR-218-5p as the cut off value, and the four-square chi-square test (χ 2 test) was used to judge the relationship between miR-218-5p and clinicopathological features. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of miR-218-5p in colorectal cancer. Results:The exosomes in serum were successfully extracted by kit method. The expression level of serum exosomal miR-218-5p in patients with colorectal cancer was significantly lower than that in normal healthy people [0.566(0.364, 0.850) vs 1.054(0.781, 1.709), P<0.001]. The low expression level was significantly better then the correlated with tumor size, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion (all P<0.05). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of serum exosomal miR-218-5p for the diagnosis of CRC was 0.827 (95% CI 0.754-0.900), which was significantly better than the conventional tumor marker carcinoembryonic antigen CEA (AUC =0.718, 95% CI 0.626-0.811) and carbohydrate antigen CA199 (AUC = 0.661, 95% CI 0.564-0.758). Conclusions:The down-regulation of miR-218-5p expression in serum exosomes of colorectal cancer patients is associated with a variety of adverse clinicopathological factors, which has the potential to become a diagnostic biomarker for colorectal cancer.

BACKGROUND:In recent years, with the development of biological scaffold materials and bioprinting technology,tissue-engineered bone has become a research hotspot in bone defect repair. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the current treatment methods for bone defects, summarize the biomaterials and bioprinting technology for preparing tissue-engineered bone scaffolds, and explore the application of biomaterials and printing technology in tissue engineering and the current challenges. METHODS:Search terms were"bone defect, tissue engineering,biomaterials,3D printing technology,4D printing technology, bioprinting, biological scaffold, bone repair"in Chinese and English.Relevant documents published from January 1,2009 to December 1,2022 were retrieved on CNKI,PubMed and Web of Science databases. After being screened by the first author,high-quality references were added.A total of 93 articles were included for review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The main treatment methods for bone defects include bone transplantation,membrane-guided regeneration, gene therapy, bone tissue engineering, etc. The best treatment method is still uncertain.Bone tissue engineering technology is a new technology for the treatment of bone defects. It has become the focus of current research by constructing three-dimensional structures that can promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and enhance the ability of bone formation.Biological scaffold materials are diverse, with their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages.A single biological material cannot meet the demand for tissue-engineered bone for the scaffold.Usually, multiple materials are combined to complement each other, which is to meet the demand for mechanical properties while taking into account the biological properties of the scaffold.Bioprinting technology can adjust the pore of the scaffold, build a complex spatial structure, and is more conducive to cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. The emerging 4D printing technology introduces"time"as the fourth dimension to make the prepared scaffold dynamic. With the synchronous development of smart materials,4D printing technology provides the possibility of efficient repair of bone defects in the future.

By reviewing the ancient and modern literature, the name, origin, medicinal parts and other aspects of Linderae Radix in famous classical formulas were systematically sorted out, so as to provide a basis for development of famous classical formulas containing this herb. Linderae Radix was first recorded in Bencao Shiyi in the Tang dynasty under name of Pangqi, and since Rihuazi Bencao of the Five dynasties, all generations of materia medica have used Wuyao as its proper name of the herb. The mainstream source of Linderae Radix used in the past dynasties is dried tuberous roots of Lindera aggregata contained in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The origins of Linderae Radix recorded in the past dynasties are mainly Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Zhejiang, Anhui and others, since the Song dynasty, Tiantai county in Zhejiang province has been regarded as the authentic producing place, in modern times, it is still the authentic place of origin. At harvesting, in ancient times, the harvesting time of the roots was mostly in August, while in modern times, Linderae Radix is mostly harvested in winter and spring or throughout the year, and is dried directly after harvesting or cut thin slices and dried in the place of production. At processing, Linderae Radix was processed by removing the peel and heart, wine roasting, vinegar roasting and other methods in ancient times, and in modern times, it is mostly used in raw form as medicine. In conclusion, it is suggested that the processing method of fresh slicing and drying in the place of origin in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia should be adopted if Linderae Radix is involved in the development of famous classical formulas.
