0.05),(5.45 ? 0.58)% and (11.60 ? 0.87)%,(P 0.05)of the control team and test team. Conclusions 125Ⅰ seeds implantation can induce tumor cell apoptosis, beginning at 72 h and reached peak at 2 w and kept the high level here afterword. The apoptosis rate descended rapidly along with the increase of distance away from the 125Ⅰ seedling.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2017;30(4):261-266
Objective To explore the classical clinical features of mitochondrial encephalomyopathy with lactic acidosis and stroke like episodes (MELAS) syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 1 MELAS syndrome patient was analyzed retrospectively. Results This patient suffered from the symptoms of stroke such as speech disorder and abnormal behavior at the beginning. She had a medical history of maternal family. There were headache and seizure in the process of the disease. The result after a physical examination showed that the patient had hearing loss, visual field defect and decrease of muscle strength. The CT and MRI scan of head showed that the patient had a stroke like lesion which did not follow the distribution of blood vessels. The blood and cerebrospinal fluid examination has ruled out viral and autoimmune encephalitis. The final diagnosis of MELAS syndrome was confirmed by gene analysis. The gene mutation was the m.3243A>G mutation. The clinical symptoms of the patient were comprehensive and the imaging findings were typical. Conclusions Main clinical manifestations of MELAS syndrome are stroke like seizures, epilepsy, headache, dementia, hearing impairment, peripheral neuropathy, myopathy, lactic acidosis, diabetes and so on.Main imaging features of the disease are stroke like lesions, basal ganglia calcification and brain atrophy.

Objective To study the effect of the treatment of epiglottis cyst by Nd:YAG laser combined with clamp under electronic laryngoscope. Methods Under superficial anesthesia, ninety cases of epiglottis cyst complicated with a series of pharyngeal clinical symptoms which were treated by Nd:YAG laser combined with clamp guided under electronic laryngoscope. Results Eight patients were not reexamined, and the rest 82 patients were followed up after one month, the body sensation and laryngeal obstruction disappeared or relieved signiifcantly. After further conifrmation by laryngoscope, the cysts of 79 cases were disappeared, and 3 cases were considered residual, the cysts was clamped out and treated by biopsy forceps Laser, further checked after 2 months by laryngoscope, the cysts disappeared! 100%recovered. Conclusion Treatment of epiglottis cyst by Nd:YAG laser combined with clamp under electronic laryngoscope has many advantages such as clear vision, accurate positioning, less hemorrhage, less postoperative complications, less recurrence rate and less pain. Treatment is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the economics of alendronate sodium preventing osteoporotic fractures in postmenopausal women, and to provide reference for osteoporotic and osteopenia patients to select economical and effective therapy plan. METH-ODS:Using Markov economic model,TreeAge Pro 2011 software was used for cost-utility analysis using RCTs literature data of basic medication(calcium and vitamin D3)and basic medication combined with alendronate sodium as baseline data. Using quality adjusted life years(QALYs)and incremental cost utility ratio(ICUR)as economics evaluation indexes, the stability of established model was investigate by single factor sensitivity analysis. RESULTS:QALYs of the basic treatment group was 0.704 years, and QALYs of drug combination group was only 0.708 years. However,ICUR of two groups reached 714252.44. For the late period of hip fracture and other fractures, drug combination group was in high cost and low benefit, obviously had no economic advan-tage. For vertebral fractures, the cumulative probability of fracture in drug combination group was significantly lower than basic treatment group, and ICUR of the two groups was only 13902.17,with economic advantage. For hip fracture, the cumulative prob-ability of fracture in basic treatment group was the same as drug combination group, and ICUR was 19109.00,with economic ad-vantage. For wrist fractures, curative effect and economy needed further study. CONCLUSIONS:For the low-risk population with osteoporotic fractures, calcium and vitamin D3 are more economical in preventing osteoporosis fractures. For the high-risk popula-tion with vertebral and hip fractures, alendronate sodium combined with basic treatment is effective and economical.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the method and approach for traditional Chinese pharmacists to play an active role in case of emergent epidemic situation. METHODS:Taking the opportunity of H1N1 flu treatment, the traditional Chinese pharmacists carried out pharmaceutical services such as drug counseling, establishing medication history for typical cases, offering guidance and advice on medication, retrospectively analyzing prescription and consulting records. RESULTS & CONCLUSION:In the differential treatment, pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine should take full account of patients' individual differences, actively participate in the design of individualized dose scheme and offer medication guidance so as to enhance patients' medication compliance meanwhile enhancing the status of pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective To investigate the effect of health education under Doctor-nurse-therapist Integrated Model on patients after lower limb amputation. Methods 70 patients after lower limb amputation were divided into experimental group (n=35) and control group (n=35). The experimental group received health education under the Doctor-nurse-therapist Integrated Model, while the control group received the routine health education. The success rate of health knowledge, satisfaction to nursing care, activities of daily living (ADL) and time stay in hospital were compared. Results The success rate of health knowledge, satisfaction to nursing care and score of ADL were more in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05), while the time stay in hospital was less (P<0.01). Conclusion The Doctor-nurse-therapist Integrated Model can make the health education continuous and comprehensive, and it is more effective on patients with lower limb amputation.

Objective To probe the characteristic ultrasonic appearances of hepatic adenoma. Methods The appearances of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in 10 cases of hepatic adenoma were analyzed. Results Rich blood flow signals were found in all the hepatic adenoma lesions on CDFI.Large blood flow signals were detected in the periphery of all tumors. On CEUS,peritumoral feeding vessels displayed in early arterial phase and homogeneous enhancement in arterial phase was observed in all the 4 cases. The tumor capsule was enhanced continuously in all cases. One case with isoechoic enhancement in delayed phase was found the contrast agent wash out in portal phase. The other 3 cases showed the‘fast-in and slow-out'appearance.which was iso-echoic enhancement in portal phase and slightly hyperechoic enhancement in delayed phase. Conclusions The rich blood flow signals, early displaying of peritumoral feeding vessels, homogeneous enhancement in the arterial phase and continuously enhanced tumor capsule on CEUS are the distinctive appearances of hepatic adenoma.
