Methods Bone marrow aspirate and smear were initially abtained, then bone tissues encircled drill and section at the same point which is called as. easy one-step technology to 86 MDS patients were analysed. Results In 86 cases of MDS patients, there were 30 cases of hyperplasia extreme degree of reduction by 34.88 %, 56 eases of active, obvious and extremely active active (65.12 %), 43 cases for red RCMD (50.00 %), 32 cases for the granulocyte dysplasia (37.21%), 22 cases for megakaryocyte RCMD (25.58 %) in bone marrow aspiration smears; compared with 15 cases of hyperplasia extreme degree of reduction and the reduction (17.44 %), 71 eases of active, obviously active and extremely active (82.56 %); 16 cases for red RCMD (18.61%), 52 cases for the granulocyte dysplasia (60.47 %), 56 cases for megakaryocyte RCMD (65.12 %) in bone marrow biopsy sections. 66 cases in 86 cases of bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow smear of WHO classification were in line with the rate of 76.74 %.Conclusion The biopsy slide and the puncture smear synchronization observation is more advantageous than the conventional puncture smear morphology observation and combining two method may increase the accuracy in the MDS diagnosis.

OBJECTIVETo study relationships between the main active ingredients and physical and chemical parameters of dangguibuxue decoction, and to explore the feasibility of characterization the quality of decoction by physical and chemical parameters.
METHODSolutions of ferulic acid and astragaloside with different concentrations were prepared, of which physical and chemical parameters such as surface tension, pH value and conductivity, etc were determined at 25 degrees C. And polynomial regression analysis was used to analyze these data.
RESULTWith the increase of concentration of ferulic acid, pH value was decreased and conductivity was increased. And surface tension was decreased in the aqueous solution of astragaloside. In the combined solution of ferulic acid and astragaloside, ferulic acid was the main influencing pH value and conductivity, while astragaloside was the main factor influencing surface tension.
CONCLUSIONOn one hand, astragaloside concentration has a significant correlation with surface tension, but almost no correlation with pH value and conductivity. On the other hand, ferulic acid concentration has a strong correlation with pH value and conductivity, but almost no correlation with surface tension. In addition, each parameter has strong anti-interference ability and almost didn't change with the addition of another material. These preliminary results suggested that such characteristic parameters could be used to characterize the decoction quality.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 2018;36(3):235-238
Objective To summarize and explore the morphological characteristics, genetic alterations, immunophenotype and characteristics of molecular marker of acute eosinophilic leukemia (AEL),and improve the awareness for AEL.Methods A case of refractory hematopoietic dysplasia (MDS-RCMD) transformed to AEL in our hospital was retrospectively reviewed. Results The MDS-RC-MD patient transformed to AEL in 12 months after diagnosis. In his special bone marrow 10.4% was blasts, while 70.8% of bone marrow cells were eosinophils including 69.3% of promyelocyte, myelocyte and metamyelocyte.Eosinophils accounted for 13.5% in his peripheral blood. The blasts in bone marrow expressed CD34,CD117,HLA-DR,CD33,CD38 and CD13,and accompanied by complex chromosomal abnormalities.FI1L1/PDGFRα and ETV6/PDGFRβ fusion gene were negative. The patient died two months later following treating with AML regimen. Conclusion The AEL patient with negative FI1L1/PDGFRα and ETV6/PDGFRβ gene rearrangement, imatinib treatment is ineffectual.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2017;33(5):621-624
Objective:To investigate the stress distribution and the initial displacement of maxillary anterior teeth during en-masse retraction with clear aligner. Methods:The initial 3D finite element model of the maxillary teeth,PDL and alveolar bone was constructed by CBCT image reconstruction technique.Laser scanned image of crowns was merged with initial 3D model. The stress distribution and the initial displacement were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench when aligner was loaded. Results:The high simulation maxillary complex was constructed.Distal and lingual crown tipping of central incisors and lateral incisors were observed. The tendency of extrusion of the central and lateral incisors was consistant. The same tendency of stress distribution in PDL and initial displacement was appeared on incisors. The distal tipping movement was occurred on canine. Conclusion:Tipping movement along with extrusion can be produced by maxillary anterior teeth during en-rnasse retraction in extraction treatment with clear aligner.

Objective:To analysis the correlation of eating speed with obesity. Methods:A total of 644 people aged 40-65 from Caihe Community in Hangzhou were enrolled to collect clinical and demographic data, undergo extensive physical examination and laboratory tests. Participants were divided into two groups according to their eating speed (non-fast and fast). Obesity-related parameters were compared between two groups. Multivariable logistic regression was conducted to explore the relationship between eating speed and obesity after adjusting confounders. Results:Body mass index, waist circumference, and visceral fat area were greater in the fast eating group than non-fast eating group(all P<0.01). After adjusting for age, gender, smoking, alcohol drinking, physical activity level per week, and principal food intake, logistic regression analysis showed that eating fast was correlated with abdominal obesity( OR=1.66, 95% CI 1.11-2.48, P=0.014) and visceral obesity( OR=1.65, 95% CI 1.14-2.39, P=0.007). After stratified by gender, in the group of men, eating fast was correlated with abdominal obesity( OR=2.04, 95% CI 1.07-4.04, P=0.032) and visceral obesity( OR=1.85, 95% CI 1.04-3.31, P=0.037); In the group of women, eating fast was correlated with overweight and obesity( OR=1.59, 95% CI 1.04-2.42, P=0.031). Conclusion:Eating fast is positively associated with obesity. Interventions for reducing eating speed may be effective for weight control.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2021;27(6):523-526
Objective:To explore the effect of decision-making assistance during the implantation selection of breast augmentation patients to provide a reference for improving decision-making aids. Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020, the decision-making assistance programs were used in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital for prosthesis selection in 51 breast augmentation female patients, aged 23 to 42 years, with an average of 31 years old. The BREAST-Q scale was applied to assess the postoperative results of augmentation patients. Postoperative breast satisfaction was also evaluated by the physicians. Results:With decision-making assistance, breast augmentation patients' satisfaction with breasts was (80.27±11.45) points, satisfaction with surgical results (83.41±12.29) points, social and psychological status scores (87.24±7.62) points, and sexual life status scores (85.49±7.90) points, physical condition score (73.94±8.98) points. There was no statistical difference in the scores of breast size between physicians and patients ( P>0.05). In the satisfaction score and total score of breast shape and feeling, physicians' scores were higher than patients' self-report scores, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The patient self-reported postoperative outcomes are at a high level under the application of decision aid program. We can further improve the decision aid program for breast augmentation patients, adjust patient's surgical expectation, and realize shared decision making.
