Objective To explore the unique relationship between Willis circle and cerebral watershed infarction in a Chinese population. Methods A retrospective analysis of cerebral CT angiography was conducted in 471 non-cere?bral watershed infarctions and 93 MRI-diagnosed cerebral watershed infarctions (CWI)(including External CWI and In?ternal CWI)in Department of Neurology of our hospital and compare the related variations and types of Willis circle be?tween these groups. Results Compared with non-cerebral watershed infarctions, the prevalence of Uni-FTP (short for“fetal type of the Posterior cerebral artery”) in E-CWI (36.4%, P<0.05) and Bi-FTP in I-CWI (0%, P<0.05) was signifi?cantly higher in cerebral watershed infarctions. Conclusion FTP is probably an unique risk factor in Chinese patients with CWI.

Objective To investigate the value of imaging-pathology fusion guided targeted cryoablation for localized prostate cancer.Methods Between June 2014 and February 2017,64 patients undergoing targeted cryoablation for localized prostate cancer were retrospectively collected and analyzed.The average age was 77.8 years old,ranging 45-87 years old.The preoperative valne of PSA ranged from 5.1 to 19.8ng/ml,with mean of 15.3 ng/ml,including 6 case of cT1c,35 cases of cT2a,and 23 cases of cT2b,and 35 cases of Gleason score 6,8 cases of 3 + 4 and 21 cases of 4 + 3.All patients had good continence and 11 cases had good erectile function before operation.All the patients received MRI or contrast-enhanced ultrasonography examinations before biopsies,and the sites and range of cryoablation were determined by MRI or contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and biopsy pathological results.Results All the patients underwent the surgery successfully.The average postoperative hospital stay was 1.6 days,ranging 1 to 3 days,including 22 cases discharged within 24 h after surgery.The operative duration ranged from 85 to 152 min,with mean of 99.6 min.The satisfaction rate of the patients was 100％.Seven patients had Clavien Ⅰ or Ⅱ postoperative complications,and recovered after symptomatic treatment.The follow-up duration ranged from 0.5 to 32.2 months,with median of 11.8 months.All patients were alive without new metastasis.Eight patients developed biochemical recurrence,5 of those underwent intermittent endocrine therapy,resulting in stable PSA levels.Conclusion Imaging-pathology fusion guided targeted cryoablation was safe and effective for localized prostate cancer with the advantages of few complications,high satisfaction rate and quick recovery.

Objective To evaluate the effect of staged repair for tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) associated with pulmonary artery hy- poplasty.Methods From June 1996 to June 2006,37 patients with TOF were operated on.There were 26 males and 11 females. Their age was 5 months to 17 years(mean 3.6 years) and weight was 4.6～38.0 kg.All patients were diagnosed as TOF with pulmo- nary artery hypoplasty by cardiac catheterization.The mean pre-operative arterial saturation of the patients was (68.2?6.5) %,Mc- Coon ratio was 0.95?0.26 (0.81～1.17) and Nakata index was 82.7?21.6(71.6～97.5) mm~3/m~2.At the time of the first surgi- cal procedure,17 patients underwent central aortopulmonary shunt,13 patients received modified Blalock-Taussig shunt in the left side and 7 patients had modified Blalock-Taussig shunt in the right side.Results There were no easly operative deaths and no late deaths after the first stage repair.Pleural effusion after shunt occurred in 5 patients.The mean arterial saturation was significantly increased to (91.3?10.4) %,P

Objective To investigate the effects of titanium dioxide ( TiO2 ) nanoparticles coupled with nuclear localization sequence ( NLS ) on the radiosensitivity of U251 glioma cells. Methods Synthesis and characterization of the TiO2-NLS nanoparticles with nuclear targeting property. U251 cells were treated with nanoparticles and/or ionizing radiation. Flow cytometry analysis was performed to measure the ROS content and the cell apoptotic percentage. The DNA damage was detected by using γ-H2AX foci staining. Clonogenic survival assay was used to evaluate the radiosensitivity of U251 cells. Results NLS modification promoted nuclear translocation of TiO2 nanoparticles. Compared with the control nanoparticles, TiO2-NLS treatment increased radiation-induced cell apoptosis (t=8. 96, P<0. 05). Clonogenic survival assay showed the radiosensitization ratios of TiO2 nanoparticle-treated group and TiO2-NLSnanoparticle-treated group were 1. 18 and was 1. 29, respectively. These two ratios had statistically difference ( t =14. 72, P< 0. 05). Conclusions Nuclear targeting TiO2 nanoparticles enhances the radiosensitivity of U251 glioma cells.

【Objective】 To investigate the intrinsic relationship of social support and psychological capital with college students’ volunteer motivation in the post-epidemic era so as to provide theoretical basis for formulating policies and measures to increase college students’ participation in volunteer activities. 【Methods】 In March 2022, 1 120 college students from 15 universities in Henan Province were selected by convenient sampling method. Their general information, social support, psychological capital, and volunteer motivation were investigated, and univariate analysis, correlation analysis and intermediary effect analysis were performed. 【Results】 The differences of scores in six dimensions of volunteer motivation (i.e., values, understanding, enhancement, career, social interaction, and self-protection) were statistically significant (F=124.90, P<0.001). There were significant differences in social support level of college students of different genders (t=-2.40, P<0.05), and the difference in volunteer motivation level among different grades of college students was statistically significant (F=6.72, P<0.001). Social support, psychological capital, and volunteer motivation were positively correlated with one another (r=0.41, r=0.35, r=0.50, P<0.001). Part of the intermediary effect of psychological capital between social support and volunteer motivation was significant (intermediary effect value=0.49, 95% CI: 0.39-0.59). 【Conclusion】 Colleges and universities can take corresponding measures to improve college students’ volunteer motivation level by improving social support and psychological capital level.

OBJECTIVE： To study the mechanism of Prunus persica-Carthamus tinctorius couplet medicine in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head （ONFH）. METHODS： The network pharmacology was adopted. The active components of P. persica -C. tinctorius couplet medicine and ONFH target were screened through TCM systematic pharmacological analysis platform target （TCMSP）， DRAR-CPI， hnuman gene database （GeneCards） and online medelian inheritance in man （OMIM） using oral availability of compounds （OB）＞30％ and drug like （DL）＞0.18 as standard. Network topology attribute analysis software Cytoscape 3.6.0 was utilized to construct the active components-ONFH targets network. Target protein interaction network was established on the basis of STRING database， and top 5 target proteins in the list of connectivity were screened， and molecular docking server was used to predict the combination activity of active components from P. persica -C. tinctorius couplet medicine. The biological processes of target gene ontology （GO） and metabolic pathways in Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes （KEGG） were enriched and analyzed by DAVID. RESULTS： A total of 44 active components were screened from P. persica -C. tinctorius couplet medicine， including baicalin， quercetin， etc.， and 78 targets related to ONFH including VEGF， VEGI， CRP， etc. Through analysis of molecular docking server， binding activity of active components of P. persica -C. tinctorius couplet medicine to target protein was strong. GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that biological process of P. persica -C. tinctorius couplet medicine for ONFH was related with negative regulation of apoptosis process and positive regulation of nuclear factor-κB transcription factor， mainly through regulating secretory glycoprotein signaling pathway， melanogenesis signaling pathway， VEGF signaling pathway， signaling pathway of basal cell carcinoma， adenosine-activated protein kinase signaling pathway. CONCLUSIONS： This study preliminarily validates the major targets and pathways of P. persica -C. tinctorius couplet medicine for ONFH， which lay a foundation for further study on their pharmacological action.

OBJECTIVE： To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Compound xuanju capsules combined with chemical medicine versus chemical medicine alone in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）， in order to provide evidence-based medicine guidelines for clinical medication. METHODS： Retrieved from PubMed， Embase， Cochrane library， CBM， VIP， CJFD and Wanfang database from database establishment to Apr. 5， 2019， randomized controlled trials （RCTs） about therapeutic efficacy （total response rate， ovulation rate， pregnancy rate， FSH level， LH level， testosterone level， degree of endometrial thickening） of Compound xuanju capsules combined with chemical medicine （trial group） versus chemical medicine alone （control group） in the treatment of PCOS were collected. After data extraction and quality evaluation of included studies with modified Jadad scale， Meta-analysis was conducted by using STATA 14.0 software. Trial sequential analysis （TSA） was conducted by using TSA 0.9 software. RESULTS： A total of 15 RCTs were included， involving 1 259 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total response rate [RR＝1.27，95％CI（1.13，1.44），P＜0.001]， ovulation rate [RR＝1.18，95％CI（1.03，1.37），P＜0.001]， pregnancy rate [RR＝1.34，95％CI（1.11，1.61），P＜0.001]， serum hormone level {FSH [SMD＝－0.66，95％CI （－0.51，  －0.82），P＜0.001]， 95％CI（－1.76，－1.41），P＜0.001]， LH [SMD＝－1.24，95％CI（－1.39， －1.08），P＜0.001]， testosterone [SMD＝－1.59，95％CI（－1.76，－1.41），P＜0.001]} and endometrial thickness [SMD＝1.20，95％CI（1.04，1.37），P＜0.001] of the trial group were better than those of the control group， with statistical significance. The results of TSA were reliable. CONCLUSIONS： In the treatment of PCOS， Compound xuanju capsules combined with chemical medicine is better than chemical medicine alone in improving total response rate， pregnancy rate， ovulation rate and endometrial thickness， and reducing serum hormone levels.

Currently, there is still no effective curative treatment for the development of late-stage liver fibrosis. Here, we have illustrated that TB001, a dual glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor/glucagon receptor (GLP-1R/GCGR) agonist with higher affinity towards GCGR, could retard the progression of liver fibrosis in various rodent models, with remarkable potency, selectivity, extended half-life and low toxicity. Four types of liver fibrosis animal models which were induced by CCl₄, α-naphthyl-isothiocyanate (ANIT), bile duct ligation (BDL) and Schistosoma japonicum were used in our study. We found that TB001 treatment dose-dependently significantly attenuated liver injury and collagen accumulation in these animal models. In addition to decreased levels of extracellular matrix (ECM) accumulation during hepatic injury, activation of hepatic stellate cells was also inhibited via suppression of TGF-β expression as well as downstream Smad signaling pathways particularly in CCl₄-and S. japonicum-induced liver fibrosis. Moreover, TB001 attenuated liver fibrosis through blocking downstream activation of pro-inflammatory nuclear factor kappa B/NF-kappa-B inhibitor alpha (NFκB/IKBα) pathways as well as c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK)-dependent induction of hepatocyte apoptosis. Furthermore, GLP-1R and/or GCGR knock-down results represented GCGR played an important role in ameliorating CCl₄-induced hepatic fibrosis. Therefore, TB001 can be used as a promising therapeutic candidate for the treatment of multiple causes of hepatic fibrosis demonstrated by our extensive pre-clinical evaluation of TB001.

Objective    To investigate the early clinical results of MitraClip system in domestic patients. Methods     We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 36 patients who underwent transcatheter edge-to-edge repair procedure using MitraClip system in Beijing Fuwai Hospital, Shenzhen Fuwai Hospital and Fuwai Yunnan Cardiovascular Hospital between January and June 2021. There were 24 males and 12 females, with a median age of 70 (47-86) years. Ten (27.8%) patients had 3+ mitral regurgitation (MR) and 26 (72.2%) patients had 4+ MR preoperatively. Results    All procedures were successfully performed. The reduction in MR was 2+ at least immediately after surgery, and 91.7% of patients had MR≤2+ at 3 days postoperatively. There was no statistical difference in left ventricular ejection fraction change postoperatively. Forward velocity and peak gradient of mitral valve were increased after the procedure. Mean gradient of mitral valve were increased at 3 days postoperatively than immediately after surgery (P<0.001). Two patients had acute pericardial effusion intraoperatively, and received pericardial puncture and drainage immediately. Conclusion    MitraClip system has been applied well in domestic patients and can significantly improve MR. This sutdy has a good consistency with foreign studies, and the early results are satisfactory.
