Objective To observe the proportion changes of CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ T cells in peripheral blood of patients with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease(VKH)before and after one month of treatment. Methods The peripheral blood samples from 15 patients with VKH disease before and after one month of treatment by glucocorticoid, and from 15 healthy volunteers were collected, and lymphoeytes were separated from them.CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells were Iabeled by antibodies of cell surface marker CD4、CD25 and transcription factor FOXP3.The proportion of CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ T cells were detected by flow cytometry. Results Before the treatment, the percentage of CD4+ CD25+FOXP3+ T cells in periphery blood was(0.30±0.19)%of CD4+ cell in VKH patients,and(1.41±0.52)%in control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=7.665,P<0.01);after one month of treatment, the VKH patients group was(1.28±0.54)%which close to the control group. However there were two patients whose CD4+ CD25+ T cells inereased extraordinarily after one month of treatment. Conclusions The proportion of CD4+ CD25+ FOCP3+ T cells in periphery blood in VKH patients were lower than control group obviously before treatment, but were close to eontrol group after treatment. Those results indicated that VKH diseases may be associated with the decreased proportion of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells.

Drug delivery system in tumor targeting research has always been a difficult problem.Apoptosis in vitro experiments and body pharmacokinetic experiments can not reflect the targeting of drug delivery system indirectly.Imaging techniques both in vivo and in vitro solve the problem, researchers can not only observe the drug delivery system in the target organ, the target tissue and target cell directly, but also analyze quantitatively and qualitatively.

Objective To observe the effects of drainage with vacuum and closure (VAC) on acute wounds, and explore the mechanism of drainage with VAC in promoting wound healing. Methods Twenty-four acute wounds were inflicted on the backs of 12 New Zealand white rabbits (each rabbit two wounds), and the rabbits were divided into a drainage with VAC group and a control group randomly. The drainage with VAC group was treated with drainage with VAC. The control group was treated with wet saline gauze. The wounds were observed 3 and 7 days after treatment. Patho-morphological changes in tissues from the compressed area were observed by HE staining. The expression level of Cx 43 mRNA was detected using a RT-PCR.Results At the 3rd and 7th day after treatment, the wounds of the drainage with VAC group were clean, fresh and had less edema compared with those of the control group. Pathomorphological tissue changes were more obvious in the drainage with VAC group. The expression of Cx 43 mRNA in the drainage with VAC group had declined significantly compared with the control group. Conclusion Drainage with VAC can promote inflammatory cell infiltration, down-regulate the expression of Cx 43 mRNA, and promote wound healing.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic surgery combined with chemorad-iotherapy in patients with N2 stage ⅢA non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 40 patients (study group) received thoracoscopic surgery and another 40 patients (control group) received traditional thoracotomy. Combination therapy with navelbine and cisplatin were postoperatively administered for four cycles and one cycle lasted for 3 weeks. 7 to 14 days after chemotherapy , sequential conformal radiotherapy were delivered. The one-year survival and two-year survival rates , duration of tatal treatment , and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group, duration of total treatment time and time to postoperative chemotherapy were significantly shorter (χ2=9.45,P=0.002 andχ2=41.324, P=0.000), and the KPS score was significantly higher (χ2 = 15.118,P = 0.002). No significant differences were found between the two groups in bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions, and one- or two-year survival rate. Conclusions As compared with conventional surgery,post-thoracoscopic surgery sequential chemoradiotherapy for patients with N2 stage ⅢA NSCLC could achieve a better efficacy with less surgical trauma , shorter hospital stay , faster recovery , and shorter time to postoperative chemotherapy and total treatment duration;it is worth further researching and popularizing.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of consolidation chemotherapy after thoracic radical concurrent chemoradiotherapy for patients with oligometastatic non?small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) . Methods Sixty?six NSCLC patients with more than five metastases from 2008 to 2013 were enrolled, and image?guided radiotherapy with conventionally fractionated or hypofractionated doses were performed for these patients. Platinum?based doublets chemotherapy was applied for both concurrent chemoradiotherapy and consolidation chemotherapy. Short?term outcome, adverse reactions, and survival rate were assessed for the patients after treatment. Results Sixty?four patients completed the treatment. The median biologically equivalent dose for planning target volume of thoracic primary tumor lesions was 72 Gy, with a median number of chemotherapy cycles of 4. The objective response rate for thoracic lesions was 70%. The follow?up rate was 97%. The 1?, 2?, and 3?year overall survival ( OS) rates were 72%, 53%, and 31%, respectively, with a median OS time of 25 months;the 1?, 2?, and 3?year progression?free survival ( PFS) rates were 56%, 26%, and 7%, respectively, with a median PFS time of 14 months. The incidence of grade 2?3 acute radiation pneumonitis and radiation esophagitis was 1% and 17%, respectively, and the incidence of grade 3?4 decreases in leukocytes, hemoglobin, and platelet count was 39%, 11%, and 16%, respectively. Conclusions Radical radiotherapy combined with concurrent and consolidation chemotherapy for oligometastatic NSCLC can achieve good short?term outcome and long?term survival, with tolerable adverse effects.
