Objective To study the relationship of TN-C,MMP-9 and TGF-β1 expression with aorta atherosclerotic plaue stability in mice on long-term high fat diet. Methods Fifty male apo E/ mice on high fat diet served as an experimental group and 50 male C57BL/6 mice on basic diet served as a control group. The morphology of plaques was observed with HE staining and the expression of TN-C,MMP-9 and TGF-β1 was detected with immunohistochemical staining. Results The serum TC and LDL-C levels were significantly higher in experimental group than in control group at weeks 16,24,32 and 40 (P<0.05).The serum TG level was significantly higher in experimental group than in control group at week 16 (P<0.05) and was significantly lower in experimental group than in control group at week 40 (P<0.05).With the lengthening of the feeding time, the plaque area, the ratio of plaque to lumen area, and the expression of TN-C and MMP-9 increased gradually, but the expression of TGF-β1 decreased gradually (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of TN-C,MMP-9 and TGF-β1 can show the stability of atherosclerotic plaques.

Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of individualized motion control training for the patients with physiological sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Methods 58 patients were diagnosed as sacroiliac joint dysfunction by standing and sitting stoop test and single leg test. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups. Rotation of the iliac bone was adjusted by muscle energy technique and impact technique in all the patients. The study group received additional exercise control training including local muscle drafting, flexibility and stability. The short-term efficacy was observed. Results VAS and ODI in the two groups were improved significantly after treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P < 0.01). Three weeks after treatment, the VAS score and ODI in the control group increased, while those in the study group did not change significantly. There was a significant difference in the continuous efficacy of treatment between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusions Motion control training based on manipulative exercise test evaluation has a better continuous efficacy for patients with no-specific low back pain and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. It is worth clinically popularizing.

Objective:
To compare the clinical efficacy of anterior column reconstruction using single or double titanium mesh cage (TMC) after total en bloc spondylectomy (TES) of thoracic and lumbar spinal tumors.
Methods:
A retrospective cohort study was performed involving 39 patients with thoracic or lumbar spinal tumors. All patients underwent TES, followed by anterior reconstruction and screw-rod instrumentation via a posterior-only procedure. Twenty-two patients in group A were treated with a single TMC to reconstruct the anterior column, whereas 17 patients in group B were reconstructed with double TMCs.
Results:
The overall follow-up is 20.5 ± 4.6 months. There is no significant difference between the 2 groups regarding age, sex, body mass index, tumor location, operative time, and intraoperative blood loss. The time for TMC placement was significantly shortened in the double TMCs group (5.2 ± 1.3 minutes vs. 15.6 ± 3.3 minutes, p = 0.004). Additionally, postoperative neural complications were significantly reduced with double TMCs (5/22 vs. 0/17, p = 0.046). The kyphotic Cobb angle and mean intervertebral height were significantly corrected in both groups (p ≤ 0.001), without obvious loss of correction at the last follow-up in either group. The bone fusion rates for single TMC and double TMCs were 77.3% and 76.5%, respectively.
Conclusion
Using 2 smaller TMCs instead of a single large one eases the placement of TMC by shortening the time and avoiding nerve impingement. Anterior column reconstruction with double TMC is a clinically feasible, and safe alternative following TES for thoracic and lumbar tumors.

Objective:This study is to understand the hot spots and trends in the recruitment of clinical trial subjects in China over the past 20 years, explore the existing problems and countermeasures, and provide scientific ideas for domestic clinical trial institutions to effectively solve the problem of subject recruitment. Methods:Bibliometric analysis was used to study the relevant literature from three major domestic databases from 2001 to 2021, analyzing key indicators such as annual publication volume, journal distribution, institutional distribution, regional distribution, and high-frequency keyword co-occurrence.Results:A total of 162 articles were selected. The results showed that the overall publication volume in this field showed an upward trend, and the research institutions were diversified, with a concentration of medical and pharmaceutical institutions and universities. The current research hotspots in this field focused on quality and efficiency improvement of subject recruitment, with themes of subject protection, ethical review, regulation development, standardized management, etc. Conclusions:The research in this field has made significant progress, but the overall research level is still relatively weak. Therefore, it is suggested that the country should play a role in macro-regulation, on the one hand, starting with top-level design, promoting the construction of a standardized management system for subject recruitment, continuously strengthening subject protection, and enhancing the effectiveness of scientific recruitment. On the other hand, releasing the potential of grassroots institutions and giving full play to the volume advantage by promoting the sinking of advantageous resources. Meanwhile, great importance should be attached to the development of Phase I clinical trials, giving full play to the strong internal energy of traditional medicine and promoting the development of Chinese traditional medicine. These multi-measures should provide a theoretical basis for exploring the transformation of ′clinical research hospitals′, and promote the high-quality development of new drug research and development in China.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2021;54(8):741-743
Tinea of vellus hair is caused by dermatophyte infection of vellus hairs, and commonly affects children. It usually occurs on the face, and clinically manifests as annular or semi-annular erythema gradually spreading to the surrounding area, with central clearing and a slightly elevating border covered with papules and papulovesicles. Intense inflammation, which may manifest as pustules, erosions, exudation, scales and crusts, can be observed in patients with severe tinea of vellus hair. Direct microscopy of fungi showed abundant hyphae and/or spores on vellus hairs. Topical antifungal therapy is usually ineffective, and systemic antifungal therapy should be considered. In order to reduce the high rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and to improve clinicians′ understanding of this disease, this review summarizes the incidence, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of tinea of vellus hair.

【Objective】 To establish a method for detecting human immunoglobulin Fc function based on surface plasmon resonance technology. 【Methods】 Based on the characteristic that FcγRI can be binded to the Fc segment of IgG, the affinity constant of the sample was detected by surface plasmon resonance, and its Fc function was the KD ratio of the sample to the standard. The method was validated for specificity/specificity, precision and robustness. The method and the pharmacopoeia method were used to detect the Fc function of 30 human immunoglobulins, and the correlation and consistency of the detection results were analyzed. 【Results】 The method validation results showed that this method has strong specificity/specificity (t values were 0.15, 0.22, both P>0.05), good precision (CV value 5.37%~10.69%) and good robustness (CV value 10.06%). The detection results of this method and the pharmacopoeia method have high correlation (r=0.96, P<0.05) and high consistency (Bias-2.060, 95% Limits of Agreement-5.628~1.508). 【Conclusion】 A method for detecting human immunoglobulin Fc function based on surface plasmon resonance has been successfully established.
