1.Research on the Evaluation System of Doctor-patient Trust
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):580-582
Doctor-patient trust is the core and foundation of harmonious doctor-patient relationship, because our country is at the stage of social transformation and deepening medical reform, various problems make the doctor-patient relationship unoptimistic, and there appeared crisis of confidence between doctors and patients. This arti-cle analyzes the current situation of doctor -patient trust in our country, based on the clarification of doctor -patient trust. It also comb the researches focused on doctor-patient trust evaluation on the basis of domestic and foreign literature. It is expected to provide a reference to the future evaluation of doctor-patient trust, to improve the level of trust between doctors and patients, and to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.

Precision medicine is currently being paid much attention and greatly promotes the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, especially cancer.Surgery plays a pivotal role in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and precision hepatectomy stands as the most updated surgical idea.Application of the concept and techniques of precision medicine to further improve HCC surgery, consummate the skills and modalities of HCC surgical treatment, enrich the nature of precision hepatectomy,so as to make precise evaluation, early prediction, reduce postoperative recurrence and metastasis, find biomarkers of molecular targeted therapy and improve the prognosis is the prime task of HCC surgery.
3."Re-evaluation of ""Shanghai Criteria"": indication of liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma"
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2013;34(9):521-523
Objective To reevaluate Shanghai Criteria of liver transplantation (LT) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Method We evaluated the outcome of 433 consecutive patients with HCC who underwent LT from 2001 to 2013 at Zhong shan Hospital,Fudan University. The Kaplan Meier product-limit method with log rank test was used to evaluate survival rate according to different Criteria.Result The 5-year overall survival (OS) rate and relapse-free survival (RFS) rate were as follows:Milan Criteria (n =169; 72.5% and 79.0%),UCSF Criteria (n =223; 68.2% and 75.7%) ;Shanghai Criteria (n =255; 65.9% and 70.6%) ; Pittsburgh Criteria (n =419,55.6% and 61.2%).There was no significant difference in the 5 year OS and RFS between Shanghai Criteria group and Milan Criteria group (P>0.05).Conclusion Shanghai Criteria, which modestly expanded current criteria while still preserving similar long term survival, could be more fit for the situation of China.

0.05).Lymph node metas- tasis, macroscopic vascular invasion,TNM classification,Edmondson pathologic classification, tumor location and capsule, carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) might affect the outcome post-LT.Conclu- sion The overall survival of LT for CCC was dismal. We should select the recipients very carefully and strictly. Those CCC patients with large tumor,TNM class-Ⅲ,bi-lobe distribution or who can not be ruled out lymph node or vascular invasion, should be contraindicated for LT.

Manganese peroxidase (MnP), a crucial enzyme in lignin degradation, has wide potential applications in environmental protection. However, large-scale industrial application of this enzyme is limited due to several factors primarily related to cost and availability. Special attention has been paid to the production of MnP from inexpensive sources, such as lignocellulosic residues, using solid-state fermentation (SSF) systems. In the present study, a suitable SSF medium for the production of MnP by Schizophyllum sp. F17 from agro-industrial residues has been optimized. The mixed solid medium, comprising pine sawdust, rice straw, and soybean powder at a ratio of 0.52:0.15:0.33, conferred a maximum enzyme activity of 11.18 U/g on the sixth day of SSF. The results show that the use of wastes such as pine sawdust and rice straw makes the enzyme production more economical as well as helps solve environmental problems.

By sorting out 2005-2015's literature on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustuion treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, this article concludes that the studies focused mainly on six aspects: improvement in nail fold microcirculation, improvement in neural ultrastructure, regulation of bodily autoimmunity, improvement in hemorheological indicators, regulation of neuroelectrophysiology and regulation of chemical neuroinflamma- tory mediators. A summary is made from the six aspects.

BACKGROUND: siRNA transfection is a key step in RNA interference. The methods of cardiomyocytes transfection were most use of plasmids as vector to transfect long-chain shRNA. However, the processes were complex. It was a simple efficient and low-toxic method that liposomes-mediatad chernosynthesis siRNA transfection. It was useful for expanding RNA interference application.OBJECTIVE: To choice the optimal concentration of Iiposomes-mediated chemosynthesis siRNA transfection, and to discover a simple efficient RNA interference application.METHODS: CY3-Negative siRNA was mediated by lipid-besed agent siPORT~(TM) NeoFX~(TM) to transfect cardiomyocytes. A blank control group was set. After 24 hours, the transfection efficiency and apoptotic rate were evaluated by fluorescent microscope and flow cytometer to select an optimal concentration. Based the best concentration, siRNA PHB was transfected to cerdiomyocytes. 48 hours later, the expression of PHB was tested.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: With the increased concentration of CY3-Negative siRNA, the number of cells emitted red fluorescence grew under fluorescence microscope, and the transfection efficiency was also increased (P<0.05). The best concentration was 30 nmol/L (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in apoptotic rate between transfected groups and the control group (P > 0.05). The PHB expression of cardiomyocytes transfected siRNA PHB was dropped by 74.11% on average (P<0.05). The results indicated that lipid based agent siPORT~(TM) NeoFX~(TM) was suitable to transfect chemosynthesis siRNA to cardiomyocytes, and the best transfection concentration of siRNA was 30 nmol/L.
