Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(2):118-121
As a member of GTPase Rab family,Rab10 protein is not only involved in vesicle formation, transport, anchoring and fusion process, but also affects the occurrence and development of tumors.Research about the mechanisms of Rab10 in intracellular vesicle transport and tumor may provide a potential target and new idea for the anti-cancer therapy.
2.Research of Effective Network of Emotion Electroencephalogram Based on Sparse Bayesian Network.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(5):945-951
Exploring the functional network during the interaction between emotion and cognition is an important way to reveal the underlying neural connections in the brain. Sparse Bayesian network (SBN) has been used to analyze causal characteristics of brain regions and has gradually been applied to the research of brain network. In this study, we got theta band and alpha band from emotion electroencephalogram (EEG) of 22 subjects, constructed effective networks of different arousal, and analyzed measurements of complex network including degree, average clustering coefficient and characteristic path length. We found that: (1) compared with EEG signal of low arousal, left middle temporal extensively interacted with other regions in high arousal, while right superior frontal interacted less; (2) average clustering coefficient was higher in high arousal and characteristic path length was shorter in low arousal.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1987;0(03):-
The effects of the temperature, materials and quantities of blood on results of PGM_1 phenotyping inbloodstains in a latin square were studied using polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing. The detectabletime of the bloodstains kept at 0℃,4℃,18℃ and 30℃ were 6 months,2 months,1 months and3 weeks respectively. The quantity of blood staining also had an effect on the detectable time of PGM_1subtyping in bloodstains. However, there was not any significant difference of detectable time of PGM_1subtyping in bloodstains on different materials was observed. In addition,a method for permanent storageof zymogram was developed using polyester sheet.

Ginseng and its effective components are famous for their influence to enhance human immunity, regulate endocrine and antioxidant action. However, the different effects of different components are not clear. In this study, Wistar rats were used to study the effects of main components of ginseng, including total ginsenoside, panaxadiol saponins, panaxtrol saponin and ginseng polysaccharide. The results showed that the effects of panaxadiol saponins and ginseng polysaccharide on improving animal immune organ weight, plasma interleukin 2 (IL-2), interleukin 6 (IL-6), plasma gamma-interferon (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) were better than that of the other groups. Total ginsenoside and panaxtrol saponin can effectively increase the concentration of spleen NK cells (NKC) while panaxadiol saponins and ginseng polysaccharide can significantly increase the concentrations of rat plasma adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH), corticosterone (CORT) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). As for the effect of increasing organization nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA), total ginsenoside is better than that of other groups. In brief, different components in ginseng possess different effects on enhancing immunity, regulating endocrine and resisting oxidation. Panaxadiol saponins and ginseng polysaccharide are better in enhancing immune, and total ginsenoside shows advantages in resisting oxidation and stress.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;12(9):717-720
Epigenetics refers to steady phenotypic changes in gene expression without modifications in the genetic nucleotide sequence.Disorder of epigenetic mechanisms plays an important role in the occurrence and development of human malignant tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma.A large number of gene targets and pathways related to epigenetics were discovered. For instance,DNA methylation, histone modification and RNA regulator gene silencing were associated with the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.Exploring the abnormal epigenetics is of great significance for prevention and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.

International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(12):841-844
Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common cancer with a high incidence and mortality, representing a main type of primary liver cancer. However, the molecular and cellular mechanisms of hepatocellular carcinoma pathogenesis are still poorly understood.Traditionally, the development of hepatocellular carcinoma has been viewed as a process of transforming of normal cells into malignant driven by the genetic alterations in tumor-suppressor gene deactivation and pro-oncogene activation. In recent years, with the deeper understanding of tumor,it has been found that epigenetic alterations are closely related to the occurrence and the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.DNA methylation is one of the most common epigenetic events occurring in human genome,as well as the best studied of the epigenetic changes. This review focuses on the state-of-the-art advancements of DNA methylation in hepatocellular carcinoma.
