Objective In order to explore the quantification of forensic medical determination to the tooth drop by boxing injury, we study the torensic clinical comparison between this kind of injury and periodontopathy, and study the characteristics of this kind of injury. Method Form the peri-odontopathy group by 65 cases of periodontopathy tooth drop by boxing injury and regular group by 65 cases of normal tooth drop by boxing injury, and analyze the data by statistical Chi-square test. Results Comparing to the regular group, the periodontopathy group has outstanding differences on age, the injury of buccal parenchyma, the type and number of tooth dropped, tooth broken and fracture of den to-alveolar. There is inverse ratio between the injury intensity and the determination of injury degree. Conclusion There is misunderstanding on determination of injury degree of periodontopathy tooth drop by boxing injury. It is necessary to use the injury degree of influence when we determine the above-mentioned injury.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of aqueous extract of ginger on vascular dementia(VD) in rats. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model contral group, huperzine A group and three ginger aqueous extract groups for high, middle and low dosage. The VD rat model was established by bilateral corotid ligation and repeated cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Spatial learning and memory abilities in both place navigation test and spatial prob test were evaluated with Morris water maze. The activitie of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in cortex and striatum tissue and SOD and MDA content in brain tissue was detected by spectrophotometry. Results Compared with sham-operation group, the rats in model control group exhibited serious learning and memory deficits in both place navigation test and spatial prob test and decreased significantly AChE activity in striatum tissue. Aqueous extract of ginger could not only improve the learning and memory abilities in both place navigation test and spatial prob test, but also increase AChE activity and the ratio of SOD/MDA and decrease MDA content in brain tissue. Conclusion Aqueous extract of ginger has obvious effects on improving learning and momery abilities of rats with VD. Increasing the function of cholinergic neuron and inhibiting AChE activity are likely to be the partial mechanism.

Objective:To study the relative risk factor of bleeding again of patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding (OGIB) of negative result in capsule endoscopy(CE). Methods: 92 patients with OGIB whose extermination results of CE were negative were enrolled in the retrospective analysis, and they were divided into observation group(46 cases, with bleeding again) and control group(46 cases, without bleeding again). The data of casehistory of these patients were compared, respectively, and then these data were analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis. Results: The ratio of 50 years old or older than 50 years old and the number of abnormal blood coagulation of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(x2=5.386,x2=14.331,P<0.05), respectively. And the number of taking Aspirin of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, while the number of received special treatment of observation group was lower than that of control group(x2=7.180, x2=23.545,P<0.01). As the results of Logistic regression analysis, 50 years old or older than 50 years old, abnormal blood coagulation, taking Aspirin and non-receiving special treatment were the independent risk factors, respectively, for patients with negative results of CE.Conclusion: In the examination of CE, although the results of patients with OGIB were negative, they may blood again, and all of these factors including 50 years old or older than 50 years old, abnormal blood coagulation, taking Aspirin and non-receiving special treatment are the risk factors which can affect blooding again. These factors should be paid more attention.
7.Effect of different drugs for ocular surface healing in patients with preoperative dry eye after phacoemulsification
International Eye Science 2017;17(9):1700-1704
AIM:To evaluate changes in tear film stability and meibomian gland function and the clinic efficacy of three different artificial tears in patients with preoperative dry eye after phacoemulsification.METHODS:All 90 cataract patients (90 eyes) with preoperative dry eye who underwent phacoemulsification randomly divided into three groups (Group A treated with protein-free calf blood extract ophthalmic gel;Group B treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops;Group C treated with Vitamin A palmitate eye gel).Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI), Schimer's I test(SⅠt), tear film break time (BUT), corneal fluorescein staining (FL) and meibography were performed for all patients preoperatively and 7, 30 and 90d postoperatively.RESULTS:No statistical differences existed among the three preoperative groups (P>0.05).Except meibomian gland score, there was no statistical significance among preoperatively and 7, 30, 90d postoperatively of the three groups (P>0.05).At 7d postoperatively, SⅠt and BUT of every group were lower than those before treatment, FL scores and OSDI scores were higher than those preoperative (P<0.05);there were no statistical differences among the three groups(P>0.05).At 30d postoperatively, SIt, BUT, OSDI scores in group A and C were better than in group B, which displayed statistical differences (P<0.05);FL scores in group A were significantly better than in group B and C (P<0.05).At 30, 90d postoperatively, SIt, BUT, FL scores, OSDI scores were better than preoperative results, which displayed statistical differences (P<0.05).There were no statistical differences among the three groups at 90d postoperatively (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Tear film stability and meibomian gland function were affected by phacoemulsification.Topical application of deproteinised calf blood extract eye gel, sodium hyaluronate eye drops and Vitamin A palmitate eye gel all hase a clearly beneficial effect on subjective symptoms.Deproteinised calf blood extract eye gel and Vitamin A Palmitate Eye Gel had more powerful effect on BUT than sodium hyaluronate, however deproteinised calf blood extract eye gel is more effective in superficial punctuate keratopathy.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) is an important form in integrated renal replace treatment.Malnutrition is still a problem to be resolved in CAPD. A number of investigations showed the effects of amino aicd peritoneal dialysate in malnutrition CAPD patients had benefit effects on improving nutrition status. The results of clinical progress of amino acid peritoneal dialysate used in peritoneal dialysis were reviewed.

Objective To investigate the effect of simulated microgravity on growth , morphology, protein expression and virulence gene expression of Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPN).Methods KPN was divided into simulated microgravity group and control group in the experiment .The former group was in the ambient of simulated microgravity in a clinostat .The bacterial growth curves , morphologyical changes in electron microscopy , and protein expression were detected by SELDI-TOF-MS, and the expression of 4 virulence genes(ureA,wabG,uge and fimH) by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-PCR) in both groups. Results Compared with the control group , the growth of KPN under simulated microgravity was accelerated , and the total bacterial count increased in microgravity group .The bacterial morphology in microgravity group was changed under scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thinner and longer bacteria were increased .The transmission electron microscopy ( TEM) analysis revealed increase in cytoplasmic granular substance in microgravity group .Proteome analysis showed that the expression of 18 proteins was changed , half of which up-regulated and the rest were down-regula-ted.Those 18 proteins were searched in the protein library .And 21 proteins of a similar molecular mass were retrieved ,13 of which, proteins with known functions ,were closely related to bacterial life activities .RT-PCR results showed that four virulence genes of KPN were down-regulated.Conclusion Upon exposure to simulated microgravity , the growth and repro-duction of KPN are accelerated and enhanced .The bacterial morphology is changed .The strain′s protein expression and four virulence genes expressionare also changed .Therefore, microgravity can change the characteristics of KPN .
