OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS:The drug sales amount,DDDs, DDC and major pharmaceutical enterprises in 273 sample hospitals of Yangtze River basin in 2014 were statistically analyzed. RE-SULTS:The growth of consumption sum slowed down gradually. The anti-infective drugs, cardiovascular drugs and nervous sys-tem drugs occupied the medical mainstream market. Top 3 drugs in the list of consumption sum in consecutive 4 quarters were monosialotetrahexosylganglioside, thymic peptide and lansoprazole. Nearly half of top 15 drugs were auxiliary drugs;Chinese pat-ent medicines grew increasingly and appeared in the list. The sales enterprises were mainly domestic enterprises, which concentrat-ed in Sichuan,Chongqing,Jiangsu province, and other places. CONCLUSIONS:The structure of drug use in sample hospitals is basically consistent with the spectrum of disease in China. However, there is deviation between auxiliary drug use and international guide, and the rationality of clinical drug use needs to be improved.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(15):2253-2254
Objective To analyze the physical examination data of 557 faculty and staff working in one uni-versity,in order to provide a basis for control and prevent chronic disease in the same group people .Methods Five physical examination items including blood pressure ,blood sugar, cholesterin, triglyceride and blood uric acid were chosen and analyzed .Results The abnormal rate of high blood pressure was 20.83%,and that in males was obviously higher than the females(χ2 =26.82,P<0.05).The abnormal rate of high blood sugar was 9.69%,and that in males was obviously higher than females (χ2 =19.76,P<0.05).The abnormal rate of high blood uric acid was 16.52%, and that in males was apparently higher than the females (χ2 =10.89,P <0.05).The abnormal rate of high triglyceride was 28.55%,and that in males was obviously higher than females (χ2 =53.92,P<0.05).The abnormal rate of high cholesterin was 42.55%,there was no significant difference in gender (χ2 =0.00,P>0.05).Conclusion The health situation of faculties and staff is not optimistical .It is urgent to strengthen health education in these people .

OBJECTIVE: To determine the concentration of phenobarbital(PBB) in serum by RP-HPLC.METHODS: The analytical column was C18.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(44∶56) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 205 nm and the temperature of column was set at 35℃.RESULTS: A good linear relationship was obtained for PBB at a concentration range from 5.08 ?g?mL-1 to 63.50 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 9).The mean relative recovery was 99.75% and the mean extraction recovery was 96.34%.The intra-day RSD and the inter-day RSD were all less than 4%.CONCLUSION: This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for therapeutic drug monitoring.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(3):74-76
Objective To optimize the processing technology of sliced Myristicae Semen. Methods Roasting temperature, roasting time and the amount of bran were set as factors, and the content of total lignans, volatile oil, fatty oil were set as evaluation indicators. The processing technology of sliced Myristicae Semen was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test. Results The optimal processing technology was as following: 40 g bran plus 100 g sliced Myristicae Semen, roasting for 20 minutes at 110-120 ℃. Conclusion The process is reasonable and reliable, which can provide references for new processing technology of Myristicae Semen.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;14(10):50-53
Objective To explore the experience in nursing the patients with esophageal high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia lesions treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection. Method A retrospective analysis was carried out among the patients with esophageal high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia lesions to look into the nursing care to the patients. Results Thirty patients were successfully stripped, and no surgical complication occurred. After intensive care, they were cured and discharged. Conclusion Professional and meticulous care can effectively improve the success rate of endoscopic submucosal dissection and reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.

Asialogycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) is a specific receptor of mammalian hepatocytes, exclusively up-take the glycoprotein in the blood. The number of ASGPR correlates significantly with liver function, and the reduction of the number of ASGPR suggest liver dysfunction.Decreased ASGPR in patients with liver cirrhosis or portal hypertension or hepatocellar carcinoma, lead to varying degrees of liver dysfunction, which made it more susceptible to post operative complications.liver ASGPR scintigraphy with Technetium-99 m DTPA-galactosyl human serum albumin (99m Tc-GSA),combinating with single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) technology can assess the functional reserve of remnant liver and predict incidence of postoperative complications, then assist to evaluate the use fulness for clinically surgical decisions.Current situation and progress of 99mTc-GSA SPECT imaging in hepatic surgery were reviewed in the paper.

0.05). Significant difference in diffused carbon monoxide percentage and change of heart rates before and after stair climbing test was found in LPF group (P0.05).Conclusions Patients of lung cancer intolerable for lobectomy by static pulmonary function test can be screened by stair climbing test before surgical operation, which can make some of them regain opportunity of surgical operation.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(15):-
Objective To explore the cardiac differentiation of human embryonic stem cells(ESCs)in coculturing with human fetal cardiomyocytes. Methods Fetal cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts were obtained from the aborted fetus, and human ESCs were from the inner cell mass(ICM)of the surplus embryos for tube babies, with the treated fibroblast as feeder layer.Human ESCs of passage 2 to 5 were cocultured with fetal cardiomyocytes at the ratio of 1∶2,and the XY chromosome types of these two kinds of human cells were different to each other in order to be marked. At the same time, human ESCs without coculture were used as negative control. The cocultured cells were harvested 5 days later and were double-stained with human XY chromosome probe and cardiac specific antibody(desmin or cardiac troponin I,cTnI).Results On coculture day 5,40%-50% human ESCs expressed cardiac specific antigens, and human ESCs without coculture did not express those antigens. Conclusion Human ESCs could be induced into cardiac differentiation by the coculture with fetal cardiomyocytes, and hopefully they will be the candidate for cell transplantation of heart.
