1.Analysis on the treatment of depressive symptoms of schizophrenia patients with the combination of aripiprazole tablets and venlafaxine sustained-release tablets

Objective To analyze and research on the joint effect of depressive symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Aripiprazole Tablets and Vin Rafa Sin sustained-release tablets.Methods Selected from January 2013 to December 2013 inherent in our hospital and accepted treatment with depression symptom of schizophrenia patients with a total of 82 cases,according to the different treatment would be all of the patients were divided into study group and control group,which group of a total of 44 cases of patients,combined with aripiprazole tablets and the symplectic method sustained-release tablets;control group total 38 cases of patients with aripiprazole tablets.The two groups of patients with treatment time for 10 weeks,in the course of treatment and after treatment of the two groups of patients with curative effect comparison.Results After treatment for 6 weeks,the HAMD scores in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05).The cured rate and the total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0.05).Tess score in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05).After the treatment of 6 weeks,PANSS scores of the treatment group was significantly less than that of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Aripiprazole tablets and venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with depressive symptoms of schizophrenia patients and quick can effectively improve the quality of life in patients,and relatively few adverse reactions,good curative effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
2.Effect of three bonding adhesives on the orthodontic bracket loss rate in treating moderate and severe dental fluorosis

BACKGROUND: Because of the special structure of enamel fluorosis, the traditional bonding adhesives often lower the bonding strength and increase bracket loss rate, which affected the therapeutic effects seriously.OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical bracket loss rate differences among the 3 different bonding adhesives in treating moderate and severe dental fluorosis.METHODS: A total of 15 cases (total 288 teeth) with dental fluorosis were selected, including 6 males and 9 females, aged 13-26 years. All cases were randomly divided into 3 groups, and treated by using Beijing-Tianjin enamel adhesive bonding brackets,photo-curing-flowable Resin + Single Bond 2 adhesive bonding brackets and a small amount of dental fluorosis of enamel surfaces were ground and bonding bracket, the loss rate of brackets were observed.RESULT AND CONCLUSION: The total loss rates of the Beijing-Tianjin-enamel adhesive bonding bracket group, photo-curing flowable resin + Single Bond 2 adhesive bonding bracket group, and a small amount of dental fluoresis of enamel surfaces were ground and bonding bracket group were 65.6%, 20.5%, and 2.5%, respectively. There was significant difference in bracket loss rate among bonding adhesives (P< 0.01). It suggested that a small amount of surface enamel were ground and bonding bracket got the best effect, followed by photo-curing fiowable resin + Single Bond 2 adhesive bracket bonding group, both of them were significantly better than the Beijing-Tianjin-enamel adhesive bracket bonding group. Because veneering directly requires to grind part of the tooth structure which is difficult to accept for some patients, therefore, under the premise of not destroying the tooth structure, using photo-curing fiowable resin + Single Bond 2 adhesive bonding of brackets instead of the traditional Beijing-Tianjin enamel adhesive bonding of brackets can effectively reduce the loss rate of brackets for moderate and severe dental fluorosis.

4.Advancement in researches of the effects of perioperative analgesia on immune function of cancer patients

Perioperative immunosuppression exists in cancer patients are as a result of their own disease,and postoperative pain inhibit immunological function.The effective postoperative analgesia can relieve the suppression of cell-mediated immunity,as well as reducing tumor recurrence and metastasis.However,diverse range of analgesic agents and techniques have a different impact on immune function.This article reviews the influence of various analgesic agents and techniques on the perioperative immune function of cancer patients so as to provide more suitable analgesia techniques,which is beneficial for regulating of immune balance,lessening tumor recurrence and improving prognosis.
5.Investigation of Pharmaceutical Care for Pediatric Severe Infection Treatment by Clinical Pharmacists

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in pediatric severe infection treatment,and to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. METHODS:Based on related typical cases,the breakthrough points of clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care in pediatric severe infection treatment plan were introduced. RESULTS:Clinical pharmacists formu-lated multi-drug resistance pathogenic antibacterial plan according to the results of pathogenic microbiological examination,use pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics,excluded interference to pediatric anti-infection treatment from ADR,and guideline and eco-nomical factors of patients. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists adopt professional knowledge of pharmacy to provide pharmaceu-tical care in pediatric severe infection treatment and play professional assisted role so as to guarantee safe,effective and economical treatment.
6.Hospital Acquired Respiratory Infection in Cardiac ICU:Investigation and Control

OBJECTIVE To study the lower respiratory tract Acinetobacter baumannii infection in cardiac ICU and its risk factors,in order to take effective control measures. METHODS The risk factors of 5 cases respiratory A. baumannii infection in cardiac ICU of our hospital were investigated. RESULTS Patients with A. baumannii infections were concentrated,accounting for 21.7% at the same period in external cardiac ICU. According to the exposure time among children,the regional distribution and the same kinds of pathogens,the nospital acquired infection was determined as a local outbreak epidemia. The pathogenic microorganism monitoring carried out on ventilator-pipes,hands of health care workers and cardiopulmonary bypass machines etc. A. baumannii was found in tube of warming devices. CONCLUSIONS The in-door distribution and pracedures in cardiac ICU do not meet hygiene requirements,the poor sterile concept among medical staff and bad compliance of hand-washing,and the longterm use of mechanical ventilation,broad-spectrum antibiotics and immunosuppressive agents. All these factors contribute the outbreak of hospital acquired infection.
7.Expressions of MMP2,COX-2,VEGF and MVD in papillary thyroid carcinoma and their clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expressions of cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2 ),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase (MMP2 )and micro-vessel density (MVD)in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC)and the relationship between their expressions and clinicopathological features,so as to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of PTC.Methods The expressions of COX-2,MMP2 and VEGF and MVD count in 32 cases of PTC and 18 cases of normal thyroid tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results ① The expression of COX-2,MMP2, VEGF and MVD in PTC was as follows:M(Q 3 -Q 1 )=5(1),M(Q 3 -Q 1 )=5.5(2),M(Q 3 -Q 1 )=5.5(1)and M (Q 3 -Q 1 )= 28 (5.75 ),respectively.It differed significantly from that in control group (P < 0.05 ).② The expression of COX-2 in PTC was related to the sex and age of patients,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05).The expression of VEGF in PTC was related to the sex and age of patients,tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05).The expression of MMP2 and MVD count in PTC were related to the age of patients,tumor size,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05 ).③ The expression of COX-2,MMP2, VEGF and MVD in PTC with invasion of thyroid capsules was as follows:M(Q 3 -Q 1 =6(2),M(Q 3 -Q 1 )=6.5 (2),M(Q 3 -Q 1 )=6(1.75)and M(Q 3 -Q 1 =30(7.75).The expression of these indexes in negative group was:M (Q 3 -Q 1 )=5(1.75),M(Q 3 -Q 1 )=5(1.75),M(Q 3 -Q 1 )=5 (1.75 )and M (Q 3 -Q 1 )=26.5 (4).There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05 ).④ There was a close positive correlation between the expressions of VEGF,COX-2,MMP2 and MVD in PTC (r >0.5).Conclusion The high expressions of COX-2, VEGF and MMP2 in thyroid tissues may result in the occurrence of PTC and lymph node metastasis,which is related to the regulation of tumor new vessels.Detecting these expressions are of value in evaluating the malignancy and prognosis of PTC.
8.Polymorphisms in The 5' flanking Region of IGF-Ⅰ Gene are Associated With Cashmere Fibre Traits in Liaoning Cashmere Goats

Insulin-like growth factorⅠ(IGF-Ⅰ) is essential for the growth and differentiation of hair follicles which is an important part of wool and cashmere.But there is no report on polymorphisms of the IGF-Ⅰ gene in cashmere goat,and also few candidate genes for cashmere production traits have been reported in cashmere goats.The objectives of this work were to detect the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) in the 5' flanking region of IGF-Ⅰ gene and to determine their association with fibre traits in Liaoning cashmere goats.The fibre traits data investigated in the experiment were combed cashmere weight,cashmere fibre length and cashmere fibre diameter.A few individuals of the Liaoning cashmere goats,selected according to phenotypic character,were used for SNPs detection in the 5'flanking region of IGF-Ⅰ gene,and four point mutation G→C(388 bp),A→G(668 bp),A→ C(719 bp),G→A(752 bp) were identified,which result in a CdxA bonding-site lack,and score increase of C/EBP site in the 5' flanking region compared with the wild type.Then different genotypes were detected in 520 Liaoning cashmere goats using create restriction site(CRS) and polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP),three genotypes,AA,AB and BB were observed coded for by two different alleles A and B for each SNP,and 13 diplotypes were identified in the groups of the four SNPs.The relationships between the genotypes and combed cashmere weight,cashmere fibre length and cashmere fibre diameter were analyzed.The statistical analysis showed that animals with the genotype AA of SNP2 in Liaoning cashmere goats had the thinnest cashmere fiber diameter compared with those with the AB and BB genotype(P
