Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic transcystic duct exploration for cholecystolithiasis complicated with stones in the non-dilated common bile duct.Methods Before the resection of the cyst,the cystic duct was cut under a laparoscope,and then a C tube was inserted for cholangiography.Stones in the common bile duct were removed under the guidance of C-arm X-ray.Then,C-tube drainage was carried out after removal of the calculi.Results The stones were completely removed in all of the 36 cases with a mean operation time of 125.4 minutes(90-150 minutes).The C-tube was withdrawn in 3 or 4 days after the operation.The mean postoperative time of this series was 4 to 7 days.The patients were followed up for 3 months,during which no patients had biliary leakage,residual stones,or stenosis or dilation of the common bile duct.Conclusions Laparoscopic transcystic duct exploration is minimally invasive,safe,and effective for cholecystolithiasis complicated with stones in the non-dilated common bile duct.

Objective To establish a method for determination of 2-chloroacetamide in cosmetics. Methods The gas chromatography method had been developed for determination of 2-chloroacetamide in cosmetics. Samples were solved with ethanol treated with ultrasonic homogenization centrifuge separated by HP-INNWax column determined by FID. Results The 2-chloroacetamide concentration had a better linear range in the range of 0.0-10.0 mg/ml. The minimum detection limit was below 0.01 ?g. The relative standard deviation was less than 5.6% and the recovery rates were 90%-100% respectively. Conclusion This method is simple fast and sensitive.

Objective To improve the quality standard of Qixue Shuangbu Oral Liquid;To provide guarantee for the quality of oral liquids.Methods HPLC was used to simultaneously determine the contents of paeoniflorin and icariin in the oral liquid. The determination was performed on a Agiltnt TC-C18 (2) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.1% H3PO4 gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the column temperature was set at 25℃; the detection wavelength was 232 nm.Results The linear ranges of paeoniflorin and icariin were obtained between 0.542-8.677μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.185-2.963μg (r=0.999 9), with the average recoveries (n=6) of 99.29% (RSD=1.06%) and 98.91% (RSD=1.97%), respectively.Conclusion This method is accurate and feasible, which can be used conveniently in quality control ofQixue Shuangbu Oral Liquid.

Aim To study the effect of Baoxinbao film on endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) secretion in patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP).Methods 76 patients with SAP were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in the baoxinbao group plastered with baoxinbao film and 36 cases in the isosorbide dinitrate group receiving isosorbide dinitrate. The levels of plasma ET and NO before and after treatment were observed. OBJECTIVETo explore clinical results of open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) for posterior Pilon fracture through posterolateral approach.

METHODSSeventeen patients with posterior Pilon fracture were treated through posterolateral approach from February 2010 to April 2013. Among them,including 11 males and 6 females aged from 29 to 59 with an average of 43.4 years old. All fractures were associated with more than 20% of articular surface of distal tibial. The causes of injury included falling down (11 cases), traffic accident (4 cases) and sports injury(6 cases). Fracture classification was based on posterior pilon fracture by YU Guang-rong, including type I (6 cases), type II (2 cases) and type III (6 cases). Fracture healing time, fracture reduction and postoperative complications were observed, AOFAS score were applied to evaluate clinical efficacy.

RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 13 to 24 months with an average of 20.5 months. All incisions were healed at stage I, and fractures obtained healing,the time of fracture healing ranged from 12 to 21 weeks with an average of 15.2 weeks. No incision infection, neurovascular injury, bone ununion and fracture deformity were found after operation. Postoperative AOFAS score was 92.0 ± 10.2, and 14 cases got excellent results, 2 good and 1 moderate.

CONCLUSIONPosterior pilon fracture through posterolateral approach could obtain effective reduction, stable fixation. It is a safe, simple and effective operation for treating posterior Pilon fracture, and it is worth popularizing.
