Objective To investigate the methods and the therapeutic effects of groin flap and stylus recurrent branch of radial artery flap for the repair of severely contracture of the first web space. Methods From March 2007 to six 2009,45 patients with severely contracture of the first web space received treatment of groin flaps and stylus recurrent branch of radial artery flaps, with 6 to 12 months clinical observation. Among then, 33 patients received treatment of groin flaps, 12 patients received treatment of stylus recurrent branch of radial artery flaps, and 28 patients received the first web space widening as well as functional reconstruction of thumb abduction. Results Most of the flaps healed by first intention but also with distal necrosis for 3 stylus recurrent branch of radial artery flaps and 1 groin flap. And the weth of the first web space of all patients were more than 90% of comparison. From clinical observation,function of opposition recovered well. While some groinflaps got a litte fat and clumsy .The color of most flaps was as similar as normal besides, some groin flaps occurrenced pigmentation. Conclusion Children and adults below 50 yesrs should choose the groin flap, and aged people and adults more than 50yesrs shuould choose the stylus recurrent branch of radial artery flap firstly.

Objective:Based on the survey of qualitative and quantitative on rural doctors in 6 provinces and cities in China , this paper aimed to compare the present situation of construction of rural doctors under the new health care reform and explore the impact of the new health care reform as well as to propose some suggestions . Methods:Based on the survey of questionnaire and in -depth interviews on rural doctors in 6 provinces and cities in China .Results:The problems existed for rural doctors in China such as insufficient number of personnel , ag-ing, lack of young rural doctors supplement , low level the requirements and situation of professionalism , etc.Con-clusion:It should accelerate the process of the cultivation of rural doctors , promote the education level of rural doc-tors, gradually ease the current situation of the rural doctor shortage .

OBJECTIVE To investigate the transcription level of gene hld of Staphylococcus epidermidis in the biofilm forming and detaching under MIC antibiotic and explore the relationship between biofilm-related drug resistance and persistant infection.METHODS The transcription level of gene hld of S.epidermidis under MIC concentration of 4 antibiotics was compared with those of the control group without antibiotics by SYBR real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR at the different time point of biofilm formation and detachment.RESULTS The transcription of gene hld decreased rapidly from initial adherence,and droped continuously for few hours.There was an increase from 24 hours to 72 hours in groups without antibiotics but not in antibiotics groups,the differenet was significant.CONCLUSIONS Antibiotics improve adherence at first and then prevent matrix decomposition water-conducting tube and detachment of cells by impact of transcription of gene hld,it can protect cells from killing by inhibiting the penetration of biotics and prevent them become planktonic cells after detachment from biofilm.

Pharmaceutical preparations, particularly as a "secret recipe" of traditional Chinese medicine in medical institutions, are the product of China's medical and health industry, and they are also an important means of competing of different medical institutions. Although pharmaceutical preparations have advantages and characteristics than institutes for drug and pharmaceutical companies, the quality standards of pharmaceutical preparations in medical institutions has not reached the desired level over the years. As we all know, the quality of pharmaceutical preparations is important to ensure the efficacy, especially under the environment of people pay more sttention on drug safety and effectiveness and contry increase emphasis on the stste of pharmaceutical preparations. In view of this, we will improve the grade, stability, and clinical efficacy of pharmaceutical preparations by the advanced equipment, testing instruments and the process dynamic quality control technology. The second plenary session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection proposed the"develop-ment of a five-year plan for information technology construction to establish a digital disciplinary inspection and supervision system that covers the entire process and all elements."This provides guidance and momentum for disciplinary inspection agencies at all levels to implement the strategic deployment of the Party's 20th National Congress regarding comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.In this context,utilizing information technology to enhance the efficiency of supervision,discipline enforcement,and accountability while ensuring the high-quality development of public hospitals has become a key task for their disciplinary inspec-tion departments.The Disciplinary Inspection Commission of a public hospital has explored the establishment of a disciplinary in-spection management platform to achieve modular management of inspection tasks.By utilizing functions such as task allocation,statistical analysis,data migration,and early warning reminders,the platform aims to improve the efficiency of disciplinary in-spection work.This approach helps address the challenges of heavy workloads and limited inspection resources in hospitals,enab-ling real-time supervision,early warning correction,and time-bound oversight,thereby providing strong support for the construc-tion of integrity in the hospital.

OBJECTIVETo assess the reaction of cytokines induced killer (CIK) cells treatment in hematopoietic injury at different levels on patients with benzene poisoning and seek a novel, safe and effective immunotherapy for benzene poisoning.

METHODSCIK cells were in vitro activated by interleukin-2 (IL-2) and granulocyte-macrophage-colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Thirty-two patients with benzene poisoning were treated with CIK cells. Nineteen patients with mild or moderate benzene poisoning in the control group were treated with VitB4, batilol, leucogen, inosine and stanozolol. The results for treatment of 12 patients with aplastic anemia induced by severe benzene poisoning (the efficacy rate and the case fatality rate) were analyzed. The change of T-lymphocyte subset analyzed by flow cytometry was also observed before and after treatment.

RESULTSFor mild or moderate benzene poisoning, the increase of WBC and RLT in CIK group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The CD(4)/CD(8) levels were significantly increased after CIK treatment. And for severe benzene poisoning, the effective rate of the CIK group was 91.7% and the mortality rate was 0%.

CONCLUSIONCIK treatment is safe and effective for hematopoietic injury caused by benzene poisoning. The mechanism may be related with the immune modulation of CIK treatment on immunodeficiency of patients with benzene poisoning.

ObjectiveTo study the relationship of the parental rearing behaviors between the psychological status and post-traumatic stress disorder in the injured deliberately.Methods 161 injured people were treated in five hospitals of the Urumqi and evaluated the self-reporting questionnaire-20 (SRQ20),7-items screening scale for PTSD( PTSD7 ),impact of event scale (IES) and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) in the third and the fourth week injured,including 113 injured people aged at 14 ～50 years old completed the Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran (EMBU).Two months after the injury,113 injured people were interviewed,including 106 injured people diagnosed by Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-Ⅳ-TR Axis Ⅰ Disorders/Patients (SCID-I/P) and 7 injured people were lost.ResultsFather's preferences correlated with the total score of IES ( r =- 0.234,P ＜ 0.05 ) and avoid factor( r=-0.309,P＜ 0.01 ) positively,Mother's emotional warmth and understand correlated with the flashback factor of IES ( r =0.194,P ＜ 0.05 ) negatively.The injured people were divided into three groups by diagnosis:the illness-free group,the PTSD group,and other group.Parental preferences correlated with Mental symptoms negatively.Father's punish severely,interference too much,refuse or deny and Mother's interference too much,over protection and punish severely correlated mental symptoms positively.The six subscales of father's rearing behaviors and the five subscales of mother's rearing behaviors had no significant difference.ConclusionsParental preferences in childhood can internalizes inside support to protect the psychological trauma in future.Father's punish severely,interference too much,refuse or deny and mother's interference too much,over protection and punish severely can damage mental health and aggravate symptoms after traumatic event.But the influence of parental rearing behaviors is limited to decide whether the injured people suffering from PTSD or other mental disorders.

Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus (BmNPV) bm47 gene is found in all sequenced lepidopteran nucleopolyhedroviruses (NPVs). It is one of the core genes of NPVs. However, the role of bm47 in the biological cycle of NPV remains unknown. In this study, the Red recombination system was used to knock out bm47 from BmNPV to construct bm47-ko-Bacmid in E. coli BW25113 system. Then bm47 gene was introduced back to the viral genome using the Bac-to-Bac system to create the repair virus bm47-re-Bacmid. TCID50 assay and real-time PCR (qPCR) were used to evaluate the effects of bm47 deletion on viral DNA replication, gene transcription, and protein expression. qPCR results showed that bm47 knock-out had no significant effect on viral DNA replication. However, the qPCR results showed that bm47-ko-Bacmid significantly decreased the transcription levels of early gene lef-3, late gene vp39, and very late gene p10 at 48 h and 72 h after viral transfection of BmN cells (P < 0.05). This work will provide a foundation for further studies on the biological function of BmNPV bm47 in viral replication and transcription.

Objective To observe the effects of Shuangdan Mingmu Capsules on the expressions of HIF-1α and NF-κB; To explore its possible mechanism of treatment. Methods SD rats were injected with STZ (50 mg/kg) into the tail vein to induce diabetes mellitus. After the DR model was confirmed by fundus fluorescein angiography, the rats were randomly divided into model group, Shuangdan Mingmu Capsules group and positive medicine group, and normal rats were set as control group. After the last administration, the blood glucose level and retinopathy in rats were measured. The protein and gene expression of HIF-1α and NF-κB in the retina were detected by Western blot and RT-PCR respectively. Results Compared with control group, the blood glucose in the model group was significantly increased; the retinal capillaries increased; the leakage of fluorescein was obvious; the protein and gene expressions of HIF-1α,NF-κB were significantly increased.After administration of Shuangdan Mingmu Capsules,the model rats decreased blood glucose; retinal microvascular volume decreased; fluorescein leakage area was significantly reduced; protein and gene expressions of HIF-1α and NF-κB were decreased. Conclusion Shuangdan Mingmu Capsules can effectively inhibit the neovascularization of DR rats and protect the retina, which may be related to the down-regulation of the expressions of HIF-1α and NF-κB.
