Objective Toinvestigate the effect ofPBLmethod in the pediatrics'nurse teaching.Methods PBL teaching was practiced in trial group,while LBL teaching was practiced in control group.The writers made an analysis of this teaching by way of questionnaire and exam.Results Many students by PBL teaching accept PBL teaching,and improve their self-study ability,understanding ability,analyzing ability and so on.Conclusion PBL teaching method can effectively promote both the teaching quality in pediatric nursing and the students'study interest.

Objective: To learn the characteristics of adolescent pregnancy in Wenzhou from 2015 to 2019, so as to provide basis for protecting adolescent physical and mental health. Methods: Data of demographic characteristics, pregnancy and delivery outcomes of the women aged under 19 years ( adolescent pregnant ) and 20 to 34 years ( right-age pregnant ) who delivered in Wenzhou from 2015 to 2019 were collected from Wenzhou Maternal and Child Health Information Management System. The incidence of pregnancy complication, comorbidity and adverse delivery outcomes of adolescent pregnant women was compared with that of right-age pregnant women. Results: Among 536 753 parturients reported in Wenzhou from 2015 to 2019, there were 22 419 ( 4.18% ) of adolescent pregnancy and 430 163 ( 80.14% ) of right-age pregnancy. The average age of adolescent pregnant women was (18.11±0.82) years ( range, 10-19 years ). The majority of adolescent pregnant women were migrant population (19 437 cases, 86.70%), had an education level of junior high school and below ( 18 594 cases, 82.94% ), and had no occupation (19 192 cases, 85.61%). The incidence rates of anemia, gestational diabetes, postpartum hemorrhage, perineal laceration and premature delivery in adolescent pregnant women increased from 2015 to 2019 ( all P<0.05 ). The incidence rates of gestational diabetes, anemia, gestational hypertension, placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage, perineal laceration, premature delivery, low birth weight, fetal death and stillbirth were 1.65%, 11.76%, 0.19%, 0.26%, 3.19%, 24.52%, 6.03%, 5.53%, 0.50% and 0.04% in adolescent pregnant women, which were significant different from 5.49%, 8.94%, 0.13%, 0.01%, 0.17%, 23.46%, 4.66%, 3.08%, 0.26% and 0.01% in the right-age pregnant women, respectively ( all P<0.05 ). Conclusions The adolescent pregnant population in Wenzhou are mainly migrant population with lower education level and no occupation. The incidence rates of pregnancy complication, comorbidity and adverse birth outcomes in adolescent pregnant population are higher than those in right-age pregnant population, and are increasing year by year.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of comprehensive therapy on forearm extensor myotenositis.Methods72 cases were divided into two groups: a control group of 36 cases who were given routine treatment,and an experiment group of 36 cases who were given thermotherapy,computerized medium-frequency electrotherapy,physiotherapy,and ADL instruction,etc.After two courses,a simple grading score(for forearms) was used to assess the effect.ResultsOf the control group,22 cases were cured,10 remarkably effective,4 effective;of the experiment,30 cured,4 remarkably effective,2 effective(u=2.04, P<0.05).The difference of average score for forearms before and after the treatment were(6.58±3.17) points for the control and(8.19±3.55) for the experiment(t=2.03,P<0.05).The average days of cure were(5.60±2.54) d for the experiment group,shorter than those for the control(7.00±2.27) d(t=2.05,P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive therapy is effective on forearm extensor myotenositis.

Glutathione S-transferase (GST) gene, PcgstA was cloned from the penicillin producing strain Penicillium chrysogenum,which is important for understanding the industrial fermentation process. PcgstA gene has an open-reading-frame of 840 bp in length,which is interrupted by two introns. The deduced amino acid sequence shows about 50% identity to several characterized filamentous fungi GSTs. The recombinant PcGSTA in Escherichia coli were overexpressed and purified. Enzymatic assays showed that the recombinant PcGSTA had a specific activity with 1-chloro-2, 4-dinitrobenzene of (0.159±0.031) μmol/(min· mg). It was found that the expression level of PcgstA in the penicillin producing medium supplemented with phenylacetic acid, the side chain precursor of penicillin G, was significant down regulated than that in medium without phenylacetic acid. This result suggested that PcGST may be related to phenylacetic acid metabolism in the penicillin producing strain.

Objective To explore the clinical phenotype, treatment and prognosis of immune dysregulation, polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked (IPEX) syndrome, and to improve pediatricians' knowledge of this disease. Methods Clinical data of a case of IPEX with congenital ichthyosiform skin lesions were retrospectively analyzed, and related literatures China were reviewed. Results The 2-month-11-day old boy came to our hospital due to ichthyosiform skin lesions accompanied by blood oozing in the head and feet exudatation, with severe sepsis and gastrointestinal perforation. He was died of multiple organ failure. DNA sequencing of whole-genome exon group showed a hemizygous mutation of c.1150G> A, p.A384> T in FOXP3 gene. His mother was a heterozygous mutation carrier, while his father was normal. Conclusions In addition to typical symptoms including early-onset refractory diarrhea, multiple endocrine disease and growth retardation, IPEX should be considered also in infants with ichthyosiform rash and severe infection. Gene sequencing will help diagnose the disease.

Objective:To study the effects and safety of metformin combined with vildagliptin on the glycemic control for patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated from February 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The observation group was treated with vildagliptin based on the control group.The blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,two-hour postprandial blood glucose and serum as well as urinal amylase were measured before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups and the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor and C-reactive protein were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 90％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.7％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor,C-reactive protein and fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and postprandial blood glucose levels were significantly lower than those of the control group[(7.63± 1.12)dvs(8.68± 1.30)d;(7.23± 0.95)d vs(7.89± 1.20)d;(11.14± 1.56)d vs(12.12± 1.89)d];[(12.12± 1.89)d vs(ll.20± 1.34)d;(6.89± 0.96)d vs(8.23± 1.10)d;(1.65± 0.23)d vs(3.65± 0.48)d] (P＜0.05).After treatment,the INS level of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05) and the GLP-1 level was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with vildagliptin could effectively control the blood glucose of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and enhance the safety.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical effect and safety of chiropractic in treating cervicogenic sudden hearing loss.

METHODSFrom January 2011 to October 2013, 90 patients with cervicogenic sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table produced by SPSS 19.0 software. In the treatment group, there were 17 males and 28 females, aged from 31 to 62 years old with an average of (47.57±9.43) years; course of disease was from 1 to 3 days with an average of (1.43±0.68) days; pure-tone audiometry score was from 46.5 to 77.8 dB with the mean of (61.20±9.83) dB; Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire (NPQ) score was from 17 to 31 scores with an average of (23.46±7.18) scores. In the control group, there were 15 males and 30 females, aged from 28 to 64 years old with an average of (45.77±6.99) years; course of disease was from 1 to 3 days with an average of (1.50±0.73) days; pure-tone audiometry score was from 48.1 to 75.0 dB with the mean of (63.91±8.05) dB; Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire (NPQ) score was from 20 to 29 scores with an average of (25.61±10.43) scores. The patients of control group were treated with dexamethasone intravenous drip of 10 mg, 3 days later, decreased to 5 mg, 3 days again. And with the methycobal intravenous drip of 500 μg, treatment continued for 10 days. The patients of treatment group were treated with chiropractic additionally except for the therapeutic methods of control group. Chiropractic included local muscle loosening, attacking point, bilateral pulling atlanto-axial joint, and continuous treatment for 10 days. The pure-tone audiometry score and NPQ score were compared between two groups after treatment.

RESULTSAfter the treatment, pure-tone audiometry score and NPQ score in treatment group improved to (40.23± 8.14) dB and (12.70±8.29) scores respectively, which were obviously better than that of control group's (37.70±10.61) dB and (21.24±11.13) scores (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONCompared with routine method for cervicogenic sudden hearing loss, additional chiropractic can improve hearing and relieve neck pain effectively.
