ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of galvanoiontophoresis combined with ultrashort wave therapy on cervical vertebrae disease-derived arrhythmia.Methods112 patients with cervical vertebrae disease-derived arrhythmia were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 56 cases in each group. All patients of two groups were treated with antiarrhythmia drug, Sibelium and traditional Chinese medicine. While, the patients of the treatment group were added with galvanoiontophoresis combined with ultrashort wave therapy to eliminate the aseptic inflammation.ResultsThe cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 51.8% and 94.6%. Those of the control group were 16.1% and 76.8%. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group significantly ( P<0.01).ConclusionThe galvanoiontophoresis combined with ultrashort wave therapy has a better effect on cervical vertebrae disease-derived arrhythmia.

In order to study the spectral reflectance differences of Glycyrrhizae Radix under different growth conditions and lay the foundation for quantitative monitoring of Glycyrrhizae Radix remote sensing images, spectra of Glycyrrhiza species under different growth period and different varieties and different regions were measured by a portable spectrometer. The results showed that the reflectivity of annual G. uralensis was obviously higher than that of the two years plant in the visible light band own to the contents of crown layer chlorophyll. The reflectivity of two years G. pallidiflora was higher than that of G. uralensis in the near infrared band own to the leaf area index and the content of leaf water. The red edge spectrum of annual plant fluctuated largely than that of two years plant due to vegetation coverage and leaf area index. G. pallidiflora grew well than G. uralensis. Under different regions of the Glycyrrhiza species, spectral data analysis showed that within a certain range, the average annual precipitation and average annual evaporation were the major factors to affect the differences of Glycyrrhiza species spectral data under different regions owe to the leaf water content, the higher leaf water content, the lower spectral reflectance. The principal component analysis and continuum-removed method of the spectral data under different regions found that, within a certain range, the average annual precipitation and average annual evaporation were the major factors caused by the differences of Glycyrrhiza species spectral data under the different regions, Glycyrrhiza species spectral similarity related to the spatial distance.

Objective To study the inflammation and expression of myosin light chain kinase(MLCK) through establishing acute lung injury animal model of mice induced by lipopolysacchride(LPS), and approach the role of MLCK in the mechanism of acute lung injury.Methods Twenty female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into LPS group(n=10) and control group(n=10).The BALB/c mice of LPS and control groups were induced by 30 ?L 0.9% NaCl via intranasal instillation,while only LPS group was treated with LPS(20 ?g/each mice).The pathology,wet/dry lung weight ratio and the total cell quantitation in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were compared between these two groups.Furthermore,immunohistochemistry assays were used to determine the status of MLCK expression in the lung.And RT-PCR was adopted to determine the status of MLCKmRNA in the lung. Objective To study the effect of montelukast(MK)and dexamethasone(Dex)on inflammation of asthma.Methods Asthma model was established and treated with MK or Dex.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and histopathologic change were observed,IL-5mRNA of lung and bone marrow cells were detected by in situ hybridization,IL-5 immunoreactive cells by immunohistochemistry,and CD34+ and CD3+ of bone marrow cells by flow cytometry. ResultsCompared with asthma group,the number of total cells and eosinophils in BALF of MK group and Dex group were significantly decreased(P0.05). Conclusion MK and Dex can well inhibit airway inflammation and expression of IL-5mRNA in lung and bone marrow cells,though MK may be inferior to Dex in some aspects.The combined treatment of leukotriene receptor antagonist and glucocorticosteroid may be a new direction for asthma.

Objective To study the expression of phosphorylated myosin light chain kinase(P-MLCK) in human pulmonary arterial endothelial cell(HPAEC) induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Methods HPAECs were cultured in vitro and treated with LPS(2 ?g/mL) and normal saline for 1 h,respectively.Immunofluorescence method and western blotting were used to detect P-MLCK. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mild hypothermia on neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy, and the value of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) positron emission tomography (PET)/CT and amplitude integrated electroencephalogram (aEEG) for diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect. Methods From May, 2013 to December, 2014, 29 newborns with bilirubin encephalopathy were divided into conventional group (n=15) and mild hypothermia group (n=14). The conventional group received conventional therapy, and the other group received mild hypothermia in addition. The aEEG and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) were measured before and after treatment, as well as the glucose metabolism rate with 18F-FDG PET/CT after treatment. Results The NSE was lower after treatment in both groups (t>9.670, P<0.001), and was lower in the mild hypothermia group than in the conventional group (F=46.146, P<0.001). After treatment, sleep-wake cycle (SWC), epileptiform activity and the degree of abnormality were obviously improved (P<0.05), and were better in the mild hypothermia group than in the conventional group (P<0.05). The cerebral glucose metabolism rate was significantly better in the mild hypo-thermia group than in the conventional group (t>2.943, P<0.01). The cerebral glucose metabolism rate was negatively correlated with aEEG and NSE (r>0.640, P<0.05). Conclusion Mild hypothermia therapy could further promote the energy metabolism of brain cells in neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy. 18F-FDG PET/CT and aEEG can be used for early diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation.

Objective To investigate the level and value of serum IgE, anti-IgE, FcεRⅠα, anti-FcεRⅠin autoimmune liver disease ( AILD) .Methods In this case-control study, the serum samples and clinical data of 77 patients with hepatosis were collected between May and November 2014 from the department of gastroenterology of Shanghai First People′s Hospital.These patients had positive results about the liver-related autoimmune antibodies, including 33 cases of AILD, 44 cases of other chronic liver disease. 64 healthy persons were collected as control group.Serum mast cell-associated anti-IgE, FcεRⅠα, anti-FcεRⅠwere detected by Enzyme-linked Immuno sorbent Assay ( ELISA) .Serum IgE, IgM and IgG were detected by rate scatter nephelometry.Differences among AILD, other chronic liver disease and healthy control were assessed.Results were compared using Mann-Whitney U test.Results Mast cell-associated anti-IgE, FcεRⅠα, anti-FcεRⅠin liver-related autoimmune antibodies positive patients were significantly higher than healthy control [1.74(1.16 -2.88)mg/L, 14.86(4.39 -26.23)mg/L, 47.22(36.89 -55.29)mg/L and 1.23(0.95-1.58)mg/L, 1.87(1.52-2.33)mg/L, 35.40(24.74-44.89)mg/L, respectively;U=1614,556.5,1319.5, P<0.01].FcεRⅠαwas significantly higher in other chronic liver disease patients than AILD patients [18.40(7.35-30.64)mg/L and 6.25(2.49-22.29), respectively;U=445, P<0.01] .Conclusion Mast cell-associated anti-IgE, FcεRⅠα, anti-FcεRⅠwere increased in liver-related autoimmune antibodies positive hepatosis patients.However, FcεRⅠαwas lower in AILD than other chronic liver disease.Mast cell-associated anti-IgE、FcεRⅠαand anti-FcεRⅠ molecules involved in the inflammatory lesion of liver disease.

Robust and efficient control of therapeutic gene expression is needed for timing and dosing of gene therapy drugs in clinical applications. Ribozyme riboswitch provides a promising building block for ligand-controlled gene-regulatory system, based on its property that exhibits tunable gene regulation, design modularity, and target specificity. Ribozyme riboswitch can be used in various gene delivery vectors. In recent years, there have been breakthroughs in extending ribozyme riboswitch's application from gene-expression control to cellular function and fate control. High throughput screening platforms were established, that allow not only rapid optimization of ribozyme riboswitch in a microbial host, but also straightforward transfer of selected devices exhibiting desired activities to mammalian cell lines in a predictable manner. Mathematical models were employed successfully to explore the performance of ribozyme riboswitch quantitively and its rational design predictably. However, to progress toward gene therapy relevant applications, both precision rational design of regulatory circuits and the biocompatibility of regulatory ligand are still of crucial importance.

Objective:To detect the change of composition of immune cells in the spleen of miR-126 knockdown(miR-126KD) mice and preliminarily explore its significance .Methods: The expression level of miR-126 in spleens of miR-126KD mice was deter-mined by Realtime PCR.And the total number of splenocytes was calculated.The pathologic morphology change of the spleen was observed by HE staining.And the changes on proportion of DCs ,macrophages cells ,γδ T cells and NK T cells,CD3+T cells and its subgroup ,as well as CD19+B cells in spleens of miR-126KD mice were analyzed by Flow cytometry and calculated respectively.The level of phosphorylated AKt and NF-κB was analyzed by Western blot assay.Results:Compared with those of WT mice ,the expression level of miR-126 decreased obviously ( P<0.05 ) and the total number of cells increased obviously in spleen of miR-126 KD mice ( P<0.05).Moreover,the pathologic morphology of miR-126KD mice was significantly changed.The proportion and number of NK T cells in the inherent cells were significantly increased ( P<0.05 ) , but the proportion of Mφcells were significantly decreased ( P<0.05 ) . Meanwhile,the proportion and number of CD3+T cells and CD4+T cells in the adaptive immune cells were significantly increased (P<0.05),while the total number of CD19+B cells were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Last,the level of phosphorylation Akt and NF-κB increased obviously in spleen of miRNA-126 knockdown mice.Conclusion: Change obviously on the composition of immune cells subsets in the spleen of miRNA-126 knockdown mice ,which it may be related to the altered level of phosphorylated AKt and NF-κB and provides a preliminary experimental basis for the further exploring the roles of miR -126 in immune response.
