Objective: Extracting ephedrine and berberine from the water extract of Ephedra Herba and Rhizoma Coptidis. Methods: Modified PVA was used as separating membrane and separated alkaloids. Results: A colorless ephedrine aqueous solution was obtained when extraction time was less than 8 hours; while a three constitution solution was obtained when time of extraction is over 8 hours. So is Rhizoma Coptidis. The membrane is hardly fouled. Conclusion: Purity of alkaloids from Herba Ephedra and Rhizoma Coptidis by membrane separation is Superior to that by alcoholic sediment but amount of alkaloids is reverse.

The autophagy is a process of cell survival by lysosomal degradation of damaged organelles and macromo-leular materials. It plays an important role in stable environment. The autophagy of cells is persisted in the patho-physiology of angiogenesis. However,To explore the development of the angiogenesis based on autophagy,is the clinical treatment ideas of the vascular disease.

5.Role of hemin-induced heme oxygenuse-1 expression in rat central nervous system after brain trauma
Chinese Journal of Neuromedicine 2009;8(2):145-147
Objective To explore the role of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in the central nervous system after brain trauma. Methods Forty-eight adult SD rats were randomized into brain trauma+hemin group, brain trauma+normal saline group and sham-operated group, and in the former two groups, the rats were subjected to fluid percussion injury of the brain followed by intraperitoneal injections of 45 mg/100 mg hemin or saline accordingly. The rats in the sham-operated group received incision of the scalp and drilling on the skull only. The behavioral changes of the rats after the treatments were evaluated by testing the latency of head turning on a ramp. The permeability of the blood brain barrier (BBB) was assessed by measuring the brain tissue content of Evans blue injected into the tail vein, and the expression of HO-1 in the brain tissue was detected using immunohistochemistry with SP method. Results HO-1 expression in the brain tissue of heroin-treated rats (125.52±14.39) was significantly increased as compared with that of normal saline-treated rats (100.63±12.32) and sham-operated rats (79.37±12.89) (P<0.05). The latency of head turning on the ramp was significantly shorter in hemin-treated group (7.38±1.69 s) than in normal saline group (10.01±1.61 s,P<0.05). The permeability of the BBB was markedly decreased in heroin group. Conclusion HO-1 expression in the brain tissue may provide protection of central nervous system after brain trauma.

A novel gene, located between dnrX and drrB in the genome of daunorubicin-producing strain Streptomyces coeruleorubidus SIPI-1482,was cloned and named as dauW.The full sequence of dauW was submitted to GenBank(Accession No.EF523565).Blast result indicated that it showed high homology with dnrW in GenBank. The exact function of dauW is as yet unknown despite the possibility that it might belong to a family of FAD-dependent oxidoreductases on the basis of conserved domain analysis.dauW was cloned into expression plasmids pET-28a(+)and pET-32a(+),respectively,and was successfully expressed in E.coli DE3 after induction with IPTG.The preliminary results of the expression of dauW suggested that it might be involved in the self resistance in Streptomyces coeruleorubidus due to the increased resistance to daunorubicin in the E.coli host.

Abstract: Objective
To analyze the occupational hazards of enterprises in Pingshan district of Shenzhen in 2017.
Methods
Occupational hazards were analyzed in 200 enterprises in Pingshan district of Shenzhen City selected using stratified
Results
random sampling method. A total of 24 industries were involved in the 200 enterprises. The declaration rate of
,
occupational hazards was 91.5% and the exposure rate of occupational hazards among workers was 49.2%. The regular
monitoring rate of occupational hazard factors in workplaces of the enterprises was 79.5%. There were 129 kinds of occupational

exceeded the occupational exposure limit. The exposure rate 56.7% of occupational hazard factors in workers was the highest.
Conclusion , ,
The main occupational hazard factors were noise dust and chemical factor and the major occupational hazard
industry was metal manufacturing in Pingshan district of Shenzhen City.

Objective To evaluate the surgical approaches and therapeutic effect of lymphatic malformations located in head and neck in children. Methods Eleven cases of lymphatic malformations in the region of head and neck in children encountered between Jan. 1998 and Dec. 2008 in Peking University First Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Initial diagnosis was made based on the physical examination and then confirmed by MR and Enhanced CT imaging. Surgical therapy was used for patients with lymphatic malformation which exceeds 4 cm. The operative technique was as follows: mass resection and superficial parotidectomy (4 cases), mass resection and total parotidectomy (2 cases), mass resection with neck dissection (2 cases), mass resection with neck dissection and sternotomy (1 case), marginal mandibular branch of facial nerve dissection and mass resection (2 cases). Dissection outside the false capsule was applied during the operation and facial nerve was dissected from bole to terminal arborization. Results The mass was completely removed in all 11 cases without organ dysfunction and obvious dysfigurement. The cure rate was 100%. Three cases suffered from a branch of facial nerve paralysis because of tension and 1 case had a Homer's syndrome after operation. One ease needed a blood transfusion (150 ml ) during the operation. All cases have been followed up with excellent results from 6 to 121 months, 32 months of the median, no mass recurrence. Conclusions Dissection outside the false capsule of mass and dissection of facial nerve were applied in the surgical treatment of huge lymphatic malformations. These methods are effective in the preservation of function and avoidance of abnormality.
