The author reviewed some researches on teacher's work related stress in China and abroad. The present researches mainly focus on the sources of stress in teachers' work life. Some practices of work related stress in USA and Chinese special education field were discussed in the article. In the end, the author took a perspective on future research of teacher's work related stress in Chinese special education field.

Microbiology is an important basic course of biological subject.Base on using different modern means,the teaching method was explored and attempted,such as quiz teaching,discussion teaching,inductive teaching and teaching check.It is possible for students to be- come main part for teaching course,and student enthusiasm for study was mobilized.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different doses of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol for drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) in the patients with snoring.Methods Sixty patients with snoring,aged 24-62 yr,with body mass index of 24-37 kg/m2,of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,scheduled for elective DISE,were randomly divided into either group Ⅰ or group Ⅱ,with 30 patients in each group.In Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups,dexmedetomidine was infused over 10 min in a loading dose of 0.4 and 0.8 μg/kg,respectively,followed by an infusion of 0.4 μg · kg-1 · h-1.At 15 min of dexmedetomidine infusion,propofol was given by target-controlled infusion with the initial target plasma concentration (Cp) of 1.0 μg/ml.At 2 min after the target effect-site and plasma concentrations were balanced,the Cp of propofol was increased/decreased by 0.2 μg/ml to maintain the Cp of propofol stable during DISE.Bispectral index (BIS) value was recorded before anesthesia (T1),at 10 and 15 min of dexmedetomidine infusion (T2,3),at 2 min after the target effect-site and plasma concentrations were balanced (T4),at the beginning of DISE (T5),when the fiberoptic laryngoscope was placed at the site of oropharynx (T6),at the end of DISE (T7),at emergence (T8),and while discharge from the examination room (T9).Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) scores were recorded at T1-4.Sleep was recorded within 15 min of dexmedetomidine infusion.The emergence time,discharge time,and anesthetics-related adverse events were recorded.Results All the patients completed DISE successfully.BIS values were maintained at 75-90,and RASS scores ≤ 4 during dexmedetomidine infusion.BIS values were maintained at 65-75 during DISE.Compared with group Ⅰ,BIS values were significantly decreased at T4,and RASS scores were significantly increased at T2-4,the sleep rate was significantly increased within 15 min of dexmedetomidine infusion,the Cp of propofol was significantly decreased during DISE,the emergence time was significantly prolonged (P＜0.05),and no significant change was found in the discharge time and anesthetics-related adverse events in group Ⅱ (P＞ 0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine infused at 0.4 μg · kg-1 · h-1 after infusion of a loading dose of 0.8 μg/kg combined with propofol provides better efficacy for DISE in the patients with snoring.

Objective To study CT features of thymoma,so that to improve the accuracy of CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods 31 cases of thymomas proved by surgery and pathology were examined with conventional CT scans.CT findings of thymoma were analyzed.Results The lesions in 27 cases(87.1%)were located in the anterior upper and middle mediastinum.There were benign lesion in 11,including mass-cardiovascular interface(MCI) with convex type(8 cases),flatness type(1 cases) and concave type(2 cases).20 cases were malignant lesion,including MCI with cast type(18 cases) and concave type(2 cases).Irregular invasion to adjacent organs was found in 11 cases,others included pericardiac effusion(n=6),pericardial and mediastinal invasion(n=2),pleural effusion(n=4),pneumonia(n=2),lung,bone,mediastinal lymphadens metastasis(n=2) and liver,pancreas metastasis(n=1).Conclusion CT scans is of significant value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thymoma.

Objective To investigate the biological activity of cytokine-induced killer(CIK)cells in vitro.Methods Lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood in leukemic children were induced with interferon-?(IFN-?),anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody(CD3McAb)and interleukin-2(IL-2)and co-cultured with dendritic cells(DC)to generate DC-CIK cells.The morphology and immunophenotype of these cells were determined by electron microscopy and flow cytometry,respectively.Cytotoxicity of DC-CIK cells against leukemia cell lines was measured by the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay.Interleukin-12(IL-12),tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)levels released by DC-CIK cells were quantified by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays.Results Induced DC-CIK cells were regular,round and transparent with variable cell volume and cellular aggregation.At the 0th-4th day,its amplification was very slow,and it increased quickly at the 5th-8th day,it reached its peak amplification at the 9th-10th day,at approximately 100-fold.The main effector cells in this population were CD3+CD8+ cells and CD3+CD56+ cells.DC-CIK cells were cytotoxic to B95 cells,K562 cells and HL-60 cells,with the highest cytotoxicity towards B95 cells.The expression levels of IL-12 and TNF-? in supernatant were very high.Conclusions DC-CIK cells induced with cytokines displayed powerful amplification and strongly killing activities in vitro.It suggested that DC-CIK cells induced with cytokines may play killing activities through Th1 pathway in vitro,as a result of high secretion of Th1 cytokines,such as IL-12 and TNF-?.

Objective · To explore the effects of brisk walking on blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), and autonomic nerve activity of male elderly with hypertension in community-based health centers in Shanghai. Methods · A total of 630 elderly men received brisk walking treatment (>10000 steps/d) voluntarily, who were selected from six community-based health centers in Pudong New Area of Shanghai. Among them, 210 people stick to training for 12 weeks. According to whether suffering from hypertension, the people were assigned to hypertension intervened group (intervention group, n=110) and normal intervened group (control group 1, n=100). Blood pressure, BMI, heart rate and autonomic nerve activity before and after the training were compared. Results · After 12 weeks of training, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and sympathetic nerve activity of intervention group were significantly lower than those before the training (P<0.05). SBP was also significantly lower than control group 2 (P<0.05). However, heart rate, BMI, parasympathetic nerve activity and baroreceptor reflex sensitivity did not change significantly after the training (P>0.05). Conclusion · Brisk walking treatment lasting for 12 weeks can decrease blood pressure and sympathetic nerve activity in elderly men with hypertension. It is worthy to be popularized in the community.

At present, most clinical thrombolytic drugs are plasminogen activators, which are highly dependent on the plasminogen level of the patient. Therefore, the efficacy of those drugs is restricted. Unlike the conventional thrombolytic plasminogen activator drugs, fibrinolytic drugs have direct fibrinolytic activity. Thus, fibrinolytic drugs can directly dissolve the thrombus, and its thromlysis efficacy is not restricted by the patients' plasminogen. This is a new type of thrombolytic drug with higher thrombolytic efficiency and safety, and has become one of the research hotspots at present. Although more and more agents that can be used as fibrinolytic drugs have been discovered, only a few of them can successfully be applied in clinical practice. The mainly underlying reason is the risk of bleeding. In this paper, based on the latest research progress of fibrinolytic drugs, the bleeding mechanisms and coping strategies of fibrinolytic drugs were systematically reviewed, five types of bleeding mechanisms of fibrinolytic drugs were summarized, and three types of coping strategies were proposed. We hope our work can provide theoretical basis for the development of safer and more efficient fibrinolytic drugs.
