The hospital development combines with reality of medical information to prefer culti- vation suggestion of the medical information personnel.
2.Research progress in inhibition of corneal neovascularization by anti-VEGF therapy

Corneal neovascularization is a significant and sight-threatening complication of many ocular surface disorders, and may cause corneal sear and rejection reaction after corneal grafting. Recent studies have revealed that vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays an important role in corneal neovascularization, and inhibition of VEGF has become a main strategy for treatment of corneal neovascularization. This article reviews the research progress in inhibition of corneal neovascularization by anti-VEGF therapy.
3.Effects of glutamine pretreatment on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion inju-ry in rats

AIM:To determine the effects of glutamine ( Gln) pretreatment on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in the rats.METHODS: Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=10): sham group, I/R group and Gln pretreatment group .The rats in Gln pretreatment group were pretreated with 1 g· kg -1 · d-1 Gln by orogastric route for 7 d, the rats in the other 2 groups were pretreated with normal saline .Intestinal I/R was induced by 30-min occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery followed by 24 h of reperfusion .After the operation , the plasma endo-toxin, serum D-lactic acid, superoxide dismutase ( SOD) and malondialdehyde ( MDA) levels were measured .The intesti-nal mucosal injury was observed with HE staining and evaluated using Chiu 's scoring.RESULTS: Serum D-lactic acid, endotoxin level , MDA level and Chiu's score in I/R group were significantly higher than those in sham group and Gln group (all P<0.05).Serum SOD activity was significantly lower than that in sham group and Gln group (P<0.05).CON-CLUSION:Glutamine has a protective effect on the intestines during ischemia-reperfusion injury .The mechanism may be related to oxidative stress response .
4.Effect of health education relying on social groups on the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To discuss the effects of relying on social groups,membership and health education on the quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 110 patients with type 2 diabetes as social group members were randomly selected as the intervention group,meanwhile,113 cases of nonsocial group members were set as the control group.Quality of Life Scale(SF-36) was adopted to assess the survival quality.All patients were given follow-up after six months to score again.Results There was no significant difference in each dimension score between the two groups before the intervention.After six months follow-up,the control group in each dimension score showed no obvious difference compared with half a year ago.While in the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant in dimension of general health,vitality,emotional functions,mental health and social function compared with half a year ago.Conclusions The quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes can be improved by the establishment of social organizations and health education.
5.Effect of Pulmonary Surfactant on Respiratory Function of Newborn Infants with Respiratory Distress Syndrome in the Advanced Stage

Objective To observe the effect of pulmonary surfactant(PS) on lung function and ventilator parameters of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS) in the advanced stage.Methods Twenty-eight infants with NRDS were given PS in one dose by endotracheal intubation on the left side,right side,feet high with head low,and level decub respectively.The dose of PS was 100-150 mg/kg each time,each posture slow note of the drug were required 1/4,out of the straw,hand-controlled ventilation,to reduce fluid loss,with the exception of a clear airway obstruction,within 6 hours after the administration not to shoot back suction,to give mechanical ventilation after the injection.Lung function parameters were also measured:pressure of oxygen in artery[p_a(O_2)],carbon dioxide partial pressure[p_a(CO_2)],the ratio of pressure of oxygen in artery and alveolar oxygen partial pressure[a/Ap(O_2)] and oxygenation index(OI) were determined.Ventilator parameters were determined:oxygen concentration(FiO_2),oxygen peak(PIP),end-expiratory positive pressure(PEEP) and mean airway pressure(MAP) were determined.These numerical data were analyzed and compared before and after treatment with PS.Clinical manifestations,thoracic X-ray changes,survival rate and incidence rate of complications were also analyzed and compared before and after PS therapy.Results p_a(O_2),a/Ap(O_2) showed significant upgrade and OI had a decrease after PS administration in comparison with those before PS therapy.The ventilator parameters(except for PEEP) acquired were also lower after drug administration than those in before drug therapy.There were significant differences in both stages(P_a90%,respiratory sound in 24 cases enhanced,the observation of chest film after 24 h indicated that,lesions in 21 cases improved significantly,5 cases took a favorable turn.The survival rate was 85.7%.The incidence rate of complication was as follows:pneumonia was 25%,patent ductus arteriosus was 10.7%,pneumorrhagia was 7.1% and intraventricular hemorrhage was 3.6%,respectively.Conclusion Respiratory function of NRDS is significantly improved by using PS in the advanced stage,and therapeutic effect is apparent.
6.Efifcacy of OTSC closure to the acute iatrogenic gastrointestinal perforation

Objective To evaluate the efifcacy of endoscopic Over-The-Scope-Clip system (OTSC) system for the acute iatrogenic digestive tract perforation. Methods To collect 11 cases with digestive tract perforation closed with the OTSC system, including 7cases of gastric perforation, 1 case of duodenal perforation,3 cases of colorectal perforation. Results 11 cases were successfully closed with OTSC system in time, the average time needed for the endoscopic closure is 6~15 min. And the perforation diameter is 0.6~3.7 cm, average diameter is (1.89 ± 0.27) cm. No intraoperative bleeding and delayed hemorrhages, no deaths occurred. Conclusion Endoscopic OTSC system is a successful method for the digestive tract perforation and is worth to popularize.
7.Comparation of multiple imaging in detection of arthropathies in patients with haemophilia

ObjectiveTo compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),computed tomography (CT) and radiography in the early detection of arthropathies of haemophilia.Methods Prospective studies of 21 joints in 11 patients were studied with X-ray,CT and MR examination. The 21 joints with haemophilia arthropathies were divided into three groups according to Pettersson scoring system.0 point were the first group,<4 points were the second group,≥4 points were the third group.Abnormal imaging findings of osteoporosis,enlarge epiphysis,erosion of cartilage,irregular subchondral surface,narrowing of joints space,joint deformity,subchondral cyst formation,effusion/haemarthrosis of joint,synovial hypertrophy with haemosiderin,deformity of joints were used for all imaging comparison.The results were analysis with Chi-square test.To compare the first group,irregular subchondral surface and the number of subchondral cyst formation of all symptomatic joints were detected by CT and MR,the results were analysis with pair-sample t test.ResultsModerate and severe hemophilic joints were found in 80.95% (17/21)of twenty-one symptomatic joints,and mild hemophilic joints were found in 19.05% (4/21).The detected results were the same in enlarge epiphysis,narrowing of joints space,joint deformity in all joints by radiography,CT and MR.Significant difference in detection of irregular subchondral surface,subchondral cyst formation,effusion/haemarthrosis of joint,were found between radiography with either CT (x2 value 19.06,16.70,4.84,P <0.05 ) or MRI (x2 value 19.06,16.70,7.76,P <0.05),Significant difference in detection of the first group joint irregular subchondral surface and the subchondral cyst formation total number were found between CT and MR ( x2 =3.29,P < 0.05 ). Conclusions MR and CT were superior in detection of the early abnormal changes in evaluating hemophilic arthropathies,however CT could detect more smaller irregular subchondral surface and subchondral cyst formation than MR.
8.Change and Significance of Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 in Cerebro spinal Fluid of Bacterial Meningitis Induced by Escherichia Coli in Rabbits

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of concentration of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of bacterial meningitis(BM) in rabbits. Methods A total of 36 rabbits were randomly divided into m eningitis group, meningitis cefotaxime-treated group and control group. BM indu ced by escherichia coli(Ec) via cerebellomedullary cistern inoculated. Normal sa line was injected in control group. CSF was sampled in different time. The conce ntration of CSF sICAM-1 was detected by ELISA.Results 1.There was a low concentration of sICAM-1 in CSF in 85 percent of normal rabbi ts.2.In meningitis group, there was a sharp rise in the concentration of CSF sIC AM-1 at 6 hours after Ec was inoculated, reached a peak level at 12 hours, and t here was higher concentration of CSF sICAM-1 between 6 and 24 hour than that at 0 hour.3.In meningitis cefotaxime-treated group, the concentration of CSF sICAM -1 at 6 hour and 12 hours was similar to meningitis group, the time that get pe ak level was at 24 hours that at 12 hours after making use of antimicrobial agen t.The peak level was higher than meningitis group. The concentration of CSF sICA M-1 decreased markedly at 48 hours that made use of antimicrobial agent 36 hour s later,but the concentration was still higher than the peak level of meningitis group.Afterwards, with the time of making use of antimicrobial agent lengthened ,the concentration of CSF sICAM-1 decreased gradually.4.Experimental results in dicated by correlating analysis to these data that there was positive correlatio n in the concentration of CSF sICAM-1 with the brain water content.Conclusions sICAM-1 participates in the pathological process of BM, and contributes to the damage of blood brain barrier and the formation of brain edema.There is importan t significance that drugs which can resist the discharge of sICAM-1 will be impl ied. 10.The influencing factors of falls efficacy among older patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of falls efficacy among older patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) .Methods A total of 218 older patients with T2DM were investigated by the modified falls efficacy scale(MFES) and Morse Fall Scale (MFS) ,questionnaire and observation were both used .Results The average score of falls efficacy was 8 .15 ± 2 .91 .The scores were lowest in the items of walking up and down stairs and going to bed and getting out of bed ,and highest were in the items of dressing and sitting down and standing up from a chair .The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that dura‐tion of diabetes ,diabetic complications and fall history were the main factors influencing their falls efficacy .Conclusion Falls in eld‐erly T2DM patients were in the medium level ,and it′s closely related with duration of diabetes ,its complications and fall history .
