Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(01):-
Objective In order to explore the quantification of forensic medical determination to the tooth drop by boxing injury, we study the torensic clinical comparison between this kind of injury and periodontopathy, and study the characteristics of this kind of injury. Method Form the peri-odontopathy group by 65 cases of periodontopathy tooth drop by boxing injury and regular group by 65 cases of normal tooth drop by boxing injury, and analyze the data by statistical Chi-square test. Results Comparing to the regular group, the periodontopathy group has outstanding differences on age, the injury of buccal parenchyma, the type and number of tooth dropped, tooth broken and fracture of den to-alveolar. There is inverse ratio between the injury intensity and the determination of injury degree. Conclusion There is misunderstanding on determination of injury degree of periodontopathy tooth drop by boxing injury. It is necessary to use the injury degree of influence when we determine the above-mentioned injury.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the method and superiority of laparoscopic management of children's varicocele. Methods High position ligation of varicocele under laparoscope was performed and internal spermatic arteries were reserved intraoperatively. Results 32 cases had smooth recovery after operation, and no complication occurred. The hospital stay was (1~3)days postoperatively. 29 cases had been followed up for 6 months~1 year and no relapse and testis atrophy occurred. Conclusions The method has the advantages of simpleness, minimal invasion and quicker recovery. Reservation of internal spermatic artery can prevent testis atrophy.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2011;30(1):42-45
Objective To evaluate the correlation between multiple cardiovascular risk factors and severity of coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients undergoing coronary angiography. Methods Seven hundred and twenty eight patients who underwent coronary angiography were selected from Qilu Hospital from October 2008 to December 2009. The clinical data about cardiovascular risk factors including age, gender, hypertension, smoking status, type 2 diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, high uric acid level, low total bilirubin level, and coronary angiography results were collected. The severity and extent of coronary stenosis was evaluated by ACC/AHA coronary scoring system and CHD was diagnosed by angiography. Analyses were achieved by multiple regression analysis. Results Multiple regression analysis showed that age, gender, hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus and low HDL-C were prominent predictors of severity and extent of coronary heart disease. DM was the primary controllable risk factor of CHD (OR=3. 1179, P=0. 005). Conclusions The age, gender, hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus and low HDL-C are correlated with angiographic severity and extent of CHD. Consequently, controlling these five risk factors is important in the intervention and prevention of CHD.

Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 117 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients in two groups were given routine drug treatment and care.On this basis, the patients in the observation group were interfered according to the treatment compliance, such as medication time, monitoring blood pressure, health education and so on.The evaluation was done 6 months after discharge. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group. The treatment compliance effect of the observation group showed much better than that of the control group with significant difference(P<0.01).In the blood pressure of admission, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The blood pressure of the observation group was significantly decreased than that of the control group after 6 months follow- up with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance and antihypertensive effect in elderly hypertensive patients.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(16):2203-2204
Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD were given specific nursing intervention when their conditions were stable after the routine care. Results After 12 months of nursing intervention, their symptoms were relieved or disappeared, such as cough, sputum and shortness of breath.Physical strength improved significantly, partial pressure of oxygen elevated, carbon dioxide partial pressure reduced with significant difference(P<0.01).Lung functions FEV1(%)and FEV1/FVC(%)were improved, and 6MWD(m)was significantly increased after intervention(P<0.01). Conclusion The nursing intervention can significantly improve lung function and quality of life in elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(5):472-473
Objective To observe the effect of hot spring hydrotherapy and routine rehabilitation on spasticity of patients with incomplete thoracic spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods 25 patients with incomplete thoracic SCI were divided into hydrotherapy group (n=15) and control group (n=10). The hydrotherapy group received both routine rehabilitation and hydrotherapy, and the control group only underwent routine rehabilitation. They were evaluated with Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) before and after treatment. Results There was a significant reduction on MAS in both the groups after treatment (P<0.01), and it was more in the hydrotherapy group (P<0.05). Conclusion The hot spring hydrotherapy can facilitate the release of spasticity after incomplete thoracic SCI.
