1.Influence of cardiopulmonary bypass on neurodevelopmental disorder in congenital heart disease children before and after operation
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(18):1368-1371
With the advances of medical management and surgical techniques during cardiopulmonary bypass, children with congenital heart disease are increasingly surviving to adulthood.Research into their neurodevelopmental outcomes in the past 20 years had revealed sobering realizations about the adverse impact on the quality of life of these surgical survivors.A multitude of factors contribute to the incidence and severity of neurodevelopmental abnormalities and can be separated into preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative events,in addition to genetic contributions and socioeconomic factors. This article highlight some of current understanding of these protean factors.Understanding should lead to modification of current techniques and management strategies, all with the ultimate goal of improving patients' quality of life.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
In general the valuation criterions of teaching quality in class are exactness, lifelikeness and profundity. The author's own understanding and some suggestions about the criterions will be put forward in this article.
4.Effects of integrins and integrin αvβ3 inhibitor on angiogenesis in cerebral ischemic stroke.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2014;34(3):299-305
Integrins such as αvβ3, α5β1 play a key role in angiogenesis regulation, invasion and metastasis, inflammation, wound healing, etc. The up-regulation of integrin αvβ3 after cerebral ischemic stroke can promote angiogenesis, which in turn improves functional recovery. In addition, the integrin αvβ3 inhibitor can block the blood-brain barrier (BBB) leakage induced by vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and also can reduce inflammatory reaction, decrease the deposition of fibrinogen. Other studies showed that integrin αvβ3 is not essential in revascularization. Therefore, the effect of integrin αvβ3 in the whole process of brain function recovery merits further study.
6.Construction of prokaryotic expression vector of Id3 and expression of fusion protein in E. coli
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Objective: To express and purify the inhibitor of differentiation(Id3) in E.coli.Methods: The DNA fragment in the coding region of the human Id3 gene was amplified by PCR and cloned into the pGEM-T Easy vector for sequencing. The Id3 cDNA fragment was then subcloned into the prokaryotic expression vector(pET-32a)(+) and transformed into E.coli BL 21(DE3).The expression of the histidine-tagged(His-Tag) fusion protein was induced with isopropy-?-D-thiogalactoside(IPTG),confirmed by Western blot and purified by the immobilized Ni2+ absorption chromatographic column. Results: The prokaryotic expression vector of Id3 was successfully constructed.Western blot confirmed the expression of the His-Tag fusion protein in E.coli BL 21(DE3) and that of the Id3 fusion protein with the relative molecular mass size of 33 000 after purified by the affinity chromatographic column. Conclusion: Recombinant Id3 can be expressed in E.coli BL 21(DE3) and the obtained fusion protein can be purified by the Ni-affinity chromatography column.

In plant genetic engineering, selectable marker is needed to distinguish transformant. As the commercialization of transgenic plants, people are more and more paying close attention to their safety, among which mainly refers to the safety of selectable marker. In order to increase the safety of transgenic plants, biologists began to search for biosafe selectable marker.Current research progress of taking key enzyme in metabolic pathways were overviewed, which include glycometabolism, amino acid metabolism, hormone metabolism ,nucleotide metabolism and protein metabolism et cetera, as selectable marker in transgenic plants.
10.Meta-analysis of prognosis of ovarian preserving in young patients with early endometrial cancer
Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2016;51(8):602-607
Objective To discuss the effect of preserving ovaries on the prognosis of young early endometrial cancer patients. Methods Searched English and Chinese databases by computors, including Cochrane library, Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI), data base of Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal(CSTJ), and also relevant journals and magazines by hand. Retrieval time from January 1996 to March 2016. In accordance with the inclusion criteria, two independent investigators screened the studies and extracted the relevant data respectively. Then evaluated the quality of included studies. Finally, conducted the meta-analysis with RevMan 5.3 software from cochrane collaboration network, in which heterogeneity test of enrolled studies firstly was completed and combined analysis with effect models according to the heterogeneity secondary. In the light of the result, effect of remaining ovaries on the prognosis (5-year recurrence rate and 5-year overall survival rate) of young early endometrial cancer patients was determined. Results Ten trials were included. All of them were cohort studies, a total of 5 299 patients, in which 916 patients′ ovaries were remained. Quality assessment of all 10 studies were based on Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) scale. All of the studies enrolled were of high quality with a score of ≥7. After quality assessment, all studies illustrated the higher the quality. Meta-analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference between who had ovarian preservation and without preservation in terms of 5-year overall survival rate [96.00%(863/899) vs 96.51%(3 736/3 871);RR=1.00,95%CI:0.99-1.02,P=0.792] and the 5-year recurrence rate [2.58%(7/271) vs 4.43%(51/1 150);RR=1.01, 95%CI:0.46-2.22, P=0.986]. Conclusion Ovarian preservation in young early stage patients of endometrial cancer could not effect the 5-year overall survival rateand the 5-year recurrence rate.
