Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(08):-
Objective: To seek the optimum technology of drying and to solve the problem of powder sticking clump. Methods : On the basis of major drying condition, such as duration of drying, temperature of drying, evaluating different drying technology; On the basis of the quantity of the powder sticking on the wall and the hygroscopicity of one, investigating different excipients how to affect the spray drying. Seeking the optimum kinds and quantity of excipients. Results : The best properties of the granules are from the spray drying process. ?-cyclodextrin and lactose have the effects on solving the powder sticking on the wall. Conclusion : The spray drying process is the optimum one. Adding 3~5 percent of ?-cyclodextrin has an effect on improving the phenomenon of powder sticking on the wall in process of the spray drying.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(1):55-56
Objective To study the effect of motor imagery on balance rehabilitation in hemiplegics after stroke. Methods 20 hemiplegic patients who were in chronic stage(above 6 months)were randomly divided into two groups.Normal rehabilitation was performed in the whole stage and motor imagery was added in group A in stage Ⅰ and group B in stage Ⅱ.All patients were assessed with Berg Balance Scale(BBS),blance subscale of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FM-B),max affected limb-loading per weight and Functional Independence Measure(FIM)at the beginning and the ending of the every stage, respectively. Results The deference scores of BBS and FIM,as well as max affected limb-loading per weight between in the stage with motor imagery was better than those in the stage without motor imagery(P<0.01),as well as that of FM-B score(P<0.05).Conclusion Motor imagery can improve balance rehabilitation and activity of daily living in chronic hemiplegics.

7.The sequence signature of an Ig-fold.
Protein & Cell 2013;4(8):569-572
Ig superfamily (IgSF) constitutes the largest superfamily in human genome. In particular, Ig-like domains are the most abundant structural module within cell surface receptors, functioning in nervous as well as immune system. Here I describe some key sequence signature of an I-set Ig-like domain from known structures of IgSF members. These signature residues define the I-set Ig-like domain, which should aid structural and functional studies of cell surface receptors.

8.Investigation on common sexual problems and sexual behavior of left-behind children during puberty
Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(5):676-679
Objective:
To investigate the status quo and causes of left behind children’s sexual problems and behaviors during puberty, and to provide relevant educational intervention strategies.
Methods:
A total of 2 305 left-behind students from 3 township middle schools in Jinhu County, Huai'an were selected to send out questionnaires to understand their common sexual problems, sexual behaviors, assess to sexual knowledge, and help.
Results:
About 30.02% of the respondents had menstruation/spermatorrhea trouble, 45.99% had acne trouble. 20.00% had early love confusion, 10.02% had masturbation confusion. The percentage of girls with early love confusion was higher than that of boys, and that of high school students was higher than that of junior high school students; the percentage of boys with masturbation confusion was higher than that of girls, and that of high school students was higher than that of junior high school students (P<0.05). 11.97% reported verbal harassment, 16.92% had been asked to fall in love, 10.02% had been kissed, 5.99% had been sexually touched, 1.00% had been forced to have sex, 17.01% had masturbation, 7.90% had same-sex sexual activities, 6.94% had sexual behaviors, and the proportion of girls who had been teased by speech, asked to fall in love, kissed and stroked was higher than that of boys, and the proportion of boys who had been stroked was higher than that of boys (P<0.05). The proportion of sexual intercourse, sexual activity and sexual behavior was higher than that of female (P<0.05). The proportion of high school students who had masturbation, homosexual activities and sexual behaviors was higher than that of middle school students (P<0.05). In terms of access to sexual knowledge, 43.99% through the school classroom, 35.01% through books, 23.99% through the Internet, 17.01% through parents and elders. Compared with boys, girls had higher proportion of acquiring sexual knowledge from books and parents’ elders, high school students have higher proportion of acquiring sexual knowledge from school classroom and books, junior high school students have higher proportion of acquiring sexual knowledge from parents’ elders (P<0.05). After the left behind children encountered sexual problems, 31.02% from the Internet/books, and 30.02% from their yellow videos/novels. Compared with boys, girls had higher proportion of seeking help from parents (P<0.05). Compared with high school students, junior high school students had higher proportion of seeking help from parents and teachers (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Adolescent left-behind children are generally confused about sexual physiology and their sexual behavior is relatively open. Schools and families need to strengthen sexual health education for left-behind children to help them form scientific and healthy sexual concepts and attitudes and resolve their sexual confusion.

The Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) graphene ( PEDOT-rGO) composite film was prepared by one step pulse potentiostatic method, based on the π-π* interaction and the polymerization reaction of hydrogen bond between the graphene ( rGO) and the aromatic ring of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene ( EDOT) monomer. Then the nickel nanoparticles ( NiNPs ) were electrodeposited on composite film to obtain a composite film-modified glassy carbon electrode ( NiNPs/PEDOT-rGO/GCE ) . The catalytic performance of NiNPs/PEDOT-rGO/GCE towards the oxidation of glucose was studied by electrochemical method. The experimental results showed that the NiNPs/PEDOT-rGO/GCE could be used as a nonenzyematic sensor for detection of glucose. This method had high stability, good selectivity, wide linear range ( 2 μmol/L-58 mmol/L) and low detection limit (0. 7 μmol/L), realizing the rapid and sensitive detection of glucose.
