Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(2):118-121
As a member of GTPase Rab family,Rab10 protein is not only involved in vesicle formation, transport, anchoring and fusion process, but also affects the occurrence and development of tumors.Research about the mechanisms of Rab10 in intracellular vesicle transport and tumor may provide a potential target and new idea for the anti-cancer therapy.

Objective]To study Xin'an physician Wu Cheng asthenic diseases related theory of ideas in Bujuji, in order to more comprehensively understand asthenic diseases,to broaden the thinking, enhance the clinical curative effect. [Method]From the academic source of asthenic diseases , syndrome differentiation and treatment, prescription medication, clinical academic value, make research on Wu's thought about asthenic diseases treatment. [Result]Wu Cheng combined with their own perception and experience of clinical evidence, first put forward“external damage caused by asthenic diseases”;Aiming at the asthenic diseases of the treatment,Wu Cheng creatively put forward“support solution method”, “supplementary care method”, “treatment of spleen yin”;Wu Cheng's life was exploring the asthenic diseases, the theory of asthenic diseases had good clinical academic value, not only for the development of the cause of disease theory, but also enriching the theory of health prevention.[Conclusion]Wu Cheng Bujuji rich in content and its syndrome differentiation of asthenic diseases, with much experience, as today, treatment based on the thought of clinical asthenic diseases treatment still has important guiding significance.
3.Research of Effective Network of Emotion Electroencephalogram Based on Sparse Bayesian Network.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(5):945-951
Exploring the functional network during the interaction between emotion and cognition is an important way to reveal the underlying neural connections in the brain. Sparse Bayesian network (SBN) has been used to analyze causal characteristics of brain regions and has gradually been applied to the research of brain network. In this study, we got theta band and alpha band from emotion electroencephalogram (EEG) of 22 subjects, constructed effective networks of different arousal, and analyzed measurements of complex network including degree, average clustering coefficient and characteristic path length. We found that: (1) compared with EEG signal of low arousal, left middle temporal extensively interacted with other regions in high arousal, while right superior frontal interacted less; (2) average clustering coefficient was higher in high arousal and characteristic path length was shorter in low arousal.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1987;0(03):-
The effects of the temperature, materials and quantities of blood on results of PGM_1 phenotyping inbloodstains in a latin square were studied using polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing. The detectabletime of the bloodstains kept at 0℃,4℃,18℃ and 30℃ were 6 months,2 months,1 months and3 weeks respectively. The quantity of blood staining also had an effect on the detectable time of PGM_1subtyping in bloodstains. However, there was not any significant difference of detectable time of PGM_1subtyping in bloodstains on different materials was observed. In addition,a method for permanent storageof zymogram was developed using polyester sheet.

Ginseng and its effective components are famous for their influence to enhance human immunity, regulate endocrine and antioxidant action. However, the different effects of different components are not clear. In this study, Wistar rats were used to study the effects of main components of ginseng, including total ginsenoside, panaxadiol saponins, panaxtrol saponin and ginseng polysaccharide. The results showed that the effects of panaxadiol saponins and ginseng polysaccharide on improving animal immune organ weight, plasma interleukin 2 (IL-2), interleukin 6 (IL-6), plasma gamma-interferon (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) were better than that of the other groups. Total ginsenoside and panaxtrol saponin can effectively increase the concentration of spleen NK cells (NKC) while panaxadiol saponins and ginseng polysaccharide can significantly increase the concentrations of rat plasma adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH), corticosterone (CORT) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). As for the effect of increasing organization nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA), total ginsenoside is better than that of other groups. In brief, different components in ginseng possess different effects on enhancing immunity, regulating endocrine and resisting oxidation. Panaxadiol saponins and ginseng polysaccharide are better in enhancing immune, and total ginsenoside shows advantages in resisting oxidation and stress.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2010;18(3):201-203
Objective To investigate if edema caused by rosiglitazone is associated with the change of aldosterone level. Methods Plasma aldosterone levels in different periods from patients treated with rosiglitazone combined with insulin were measured.Type 2 diabetes patients who have been treated with insulin alone were divided into two groups: patients treated with rosiglitazone(4mg/d) combined with insulin(RSG+insulin group), or treated with insulin alone (insulin group)(n=10). Aldosterone levels, incidence of edema and weight gain were monitored every two months during six months. Results The incidence of edema and weight gain were higher in RSG+insulin group than in insulin group. After two months, aldosterone levels were higher in RSG+insulin group than in insulin group[(77.8±25.9)vs(60.2±27.6)pg/ml,P>0.05],but it had no statistical difference; after four months, aldosterone levels were higher in RSG+insulin group than in insulin group[(87.2±27.1)vs (61.5±25.6) pg/ml,P<0.05]. After six months, aldosterone level recovered gradually,it had no statistical difference compared with that of control[(77.0±21.0)vs(69.6±21.7) pg/ml,P>0.05]. Conclusions The cause of early edema in type 2 diabetic patients treated with rosiglitazone combined with insulin was probably assosiated with elevated aldosterone level.

International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(12):823-826
Liver transplantation is one of the most effective treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. And rapamycin is a new class of immunosuppressors already in use after liver transplantation.Recently.more and more studies find that rapamyein not only can exert immunosuppressive effects but also has antitumor properties. Therefore, the research about rapamycin in hepatocellular carcinoma has become a focus.Herein,we review the progress of rapamycin in the treatment of hepatocelhlar carcinoma together with current results and future developments.

International Journal of Surgery 2012;39(10):681-683
Objective To evaluate the causes of postoperative complications in severe liver rupture and explore the prevention experienees. Methods The clinical data of 66 liver rupture patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2005 to July 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The commou complications after surgery and the treatment measures of the complications were sludied. Results There were 9 deaths of severe liver rupture after surgery and related complications were found in 22 cases, including bile leakage (5 cases),intrahepatic abscess (3 eases),subphrenic infection (3 cases),pleural effusion (8 cases),intra-abdominal hemorrhage (2 cases),stress ulcer bleeding (2 cases). Conclusions Using damage control theory could improve the cure rate.Precise liver transection and postoperative excellent management was able to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in severe liver rupture.
