Objective To study the effect of gastrin, motilin of chronic atrophic gastritis model in rats by acupuncturing at back-shu points. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, omeprazole group, back-shu points group, with 15 rats in each group, and to establish the model of chronic atrophic gastritis by irregular diet that given rats odd and even days. The blank control group, model control group were fed with normal saline, 2ml/time, 1 time/day. The omeprazole group was given oral gavage(Omeprazole 0.44 mg/kg, Clarithromycin 6.92 mg/kg, Metronidazole 7.6 mg/kg), 1 time/day. Back-shu points group received acupuncture at “Geshu”“Ganshu”“Pishu”“Weishu”“Shenshu”, retaining 15 min, 1 time/day. After 30 days, the content of ELSIA was used to detect the serum gastrin, motilin. Results ①GAS of model control group(54.25±5.70)pg/ml was significantly decreased compared with blank control group(66.63± 5.99)pg/ml, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the model control group, GAS content of omeprazole group(62.70±8.55)pg/ml and back-shu Points group(66.27±3.79)pg/ml were higher, showed significant differences(P<0.05). ②MOT of model control group(223.60±17.83)pg/ml was significantly increased compared with the blank control group(188.45 ± 8.90)pg/ml, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). MOT of omeprazole group(200.16 ± 4.38)pg/ml and back-shu Points group(190.11±10.04)pg/ml were lower than those in the model control group, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncturing at back-shu acupoints can increase the content of GAS, reduce content of MOT, regulate gastrointestinal hormone in rats of chronic atrophic gastritis model.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(18):2775-2776
Objective To investigate the significance of combined detection of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer, and to select the most sensitive serum tumor markers. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the serum tumor markers of 62 lung cancer patients and 62 healthy persons, who were neuron specific enolase enzyme (NES),carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA 125),cytokeratin 19 (CYFRA21-1) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA).Results The level of serum CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,and NES of the lung cancer group were all higher than those of the control group (all P < 0.05).Among the four kinds of tumor markers,CA125 had the highest sensitivity(59.7%),which was followed by CEA(53.2%).The sensitivity of the four kinds of joint detection was 87.1%,the highest sensitivity of three markers joint detection was CEA + CA125 + CYFRA21-1 (87.1%),while that of the two kinds of joint detection was CEA + CA125 (75.8%).Conclusion There are high clinical significance in the diagnosis of lung cancer with four kinds of serum tumor markers,CEA + CA125 + CYFRA21-1 can be used as the best markers for joint detection of lung cancer with high sensitivity.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(5):30-32
Five kinds of manipulations of plucking, circular rubbing, pecking, pinching and patting were performed on the channels of Governor Vessel and bilateral Bladder Meridian. According to syndrome differentiation, all the 32 cases were divided into 5 syndromes of the stagnated liver-qi causing fire syndrome, the phlegm-heat attacking upper parts syndrome, the hyperactivity of fire due to yindeficiency syndrome, the deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome and the timidity due to insufficiency of qi and deficiency of blood of the heart syndrome and were then treated by different manipulations. After 2 courses of treatment, 25 cases were cured, 7 cases got marked effectiveness,no case failed and the effective rate was 100%.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2017;38(1):131-135
ABSTRACT:Objective To observe the influence of Osthole on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and its acting mechanism. Methods We randomly divided 50 SD rats into sham (Sham)group,ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI)group and Osthole (25,50,and 100 mg/kg)(Osthole)groups (n=10).The neurological symptoms, extent of cerebral infarction and cerebral water content were evaluated by physical approach. The activities of ROS and ATP were examined by the kit;the mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP ) was measured by flow cytometry. The expressions of Bax,Bcl-2,Caspase3,clevage-Caspase3,Caspase9,clevage-Caspase9,cytoplasmic AIF and cytochrome C were measured by Western blotting. Results Compared with those in sham group, the extent of cerebral infarction and cerebral water content, changes of neurological symptoms, activities of ROS,and expressions of clevage-Caspase3 ,clevage-Caspase9 ,Bax,cytoplasmic AIF and cytochrome C in IRI group were significantly increased (P<0.05).However,the activities of ATP,expressions of Caspase3,Caspase9,Bcl-2 and MMP,and ATP activity were decreased (P<0.05).Compared with those in IRI group, the extent of cerebral infarction and cerebral water content, changes of neurological symptoms, activities of ROS,and expressions of clevage-Caspase3 ,clevage-Caspase9 ,Bax,cytoplasmic AIF and cytochrome C in Osthole group were significantly decreased (P<0.05).But the activities of ATP,expressions of Caspase3,Caspase9,Bcl-2 and MMP,and ATP activities were increased (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Osthole pretreatment can attenuate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, which is associated with suppressing mitochondria-mediated apoptosis.
7.Pathogenesis and new therapeutic targets of liver fibrosis
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(3):409-412
In recent years, the basic research on liver fibrosis has been progressed rapidly. This article briefly reviews the cellular and molecular mechanisms of liver fibrosis, including the origin of myofibroblasts, immune regulation, autophagy, and epigenetic regulation, and introduces several new therapeutic targets.More and more evidences show that successful removal of causes is the most important antifibrotic therapy. At present, although the antifibrotic drugs acting on different targets have been emerging, most of them are still in the early stage of research and development, and well-designed clinical trials are needed to confirm their clinical efficacy.
