Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition level of vulnerable people in Inner Mongolia after adjustment of iodized salt standard and to provide theoretical bases for scientific iodine supplementation. Methods In 2013, 3 cities were selected from eastern, central and western parts of Inner Mongolia in accordance with the random number table, 3 or 4 counties were selected from each target city, 5 units according to their sub-area position of east, south, west, north and center were selected from each county, and then 1 township was selected from each unit, 5 groups of target population including school children aged 8- 10, women of childbearing age, pregnant and lactating women and infants each at least 10 people were investigated in each township. Edible salt samples from their homes and urine samples were collected. The direct titration method among the generic methods of iodide testing for salt production industry (GB/T 13025.7-2012) was used to determine the salt iodine level, and As3+-Ce4+catalytic spectrophotometry using ammonium per sulfate digestion (WS/T 107-2009) was used to test the urinary iodine level. Results Totally 3 300 samples of edible salt from local residents had been examined and median iodine was 26.20 mg/kg. The median of urinary iodine was 190.6μg/L of 1 289 school-age children;was 183.6μg/L of 621 women of childbearing age; was 178.2 μg/L o f 876 pregnant women; was 178.6 μg/L of 664 lactating women and was 167.7μg/L of 599 infants. Conclusion After adjustment of iodized salt standard, iodine nutrition level is suitable in all vulnerable people.

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Pipeline embolization device (PED) for the treatment of large and giant intracranial aneurysms. Methods Frorn November 2014 to May 2016,the clinical and radiological data of 33 patients with intracranial aneurysm confirmed by DSA or head CT angiography (CTA) or head magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) at the Department of Neurosurgery,Changhai Hospital, the Second Military Medical University were enrolled retrospectively. Its safety and effectiveness were evaluated. Results The Pipelines were successfully released in 33 patients with 35 aneurysms,10 aneurysms were implanted by using PED alone,25 were implanted by using PED combined with coil embolization (including 2 were implanted by using Pipeline bridging technology).During the perioperative period,1 thrombotic event(one aneurysm) occurred and had hemorrhagic transformation. One(one aneurysm) died of fatal aneurysm delayed bleeding.Thirty-one patients (33 aneurysms) were followed up clinically, the follow-up time was 4-18 months,no bleeding or thrombosis events occurred.Eighteen aneurysms received a short-term postoperative imaging follow-up (3-5 months, enhanced MRA or DSA),of which 10 had neck residue or aneurysm development, and 8 aneurysms did not have development at all,and 19 achieved postoperative mid-term imaging follow-up (6-16 months, enhanced MRA or DSA).Two of them had neck residue and 17 did not develop at all. Conclusion Pipeline for the treatment of intracranial large and giant aneurysms may be safe and effective. However, the complications of intracranial hemorrhage cannot be ignored after implantation of embolization device. Its related mechanism needs to be further studied.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the clinical significance of miRNA-146, OX-LDL and ROS in patients with primary ovarian insufficiency (POI).
METHODS:
100 patients with POI were prospectively collected and 100 women with normal ovarian function were randomly selected as control group. Serum miRNA-146 expression level was detected by qRT-PCR and serum OX-LDL and ROS expression levels were detected by ELISA. Ovarian granulosa cells of mouse were transfected with miRNA-146 mimics or inhibitors, and then treated with OX-LDL. Cell viability, colony forming ability, apoptosis rate and toll like receptor 4 (TLR4)/nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) of pathway proteins were evaluated respectively.
RESULTS:
Compared with control group, the expression level of miRNA-146 in POI group was significantly lower, the expression level of OX-LDL and ROS were significantly higher, and the ovarian volume and peak systolic blood flow velocity of ovarian artery were significantly decreased in POI group. Upregulation of miRNA-146 expression had a protective effect on OX-LDL injured ovarian granulosa cells, as evidenced by increased ovarian granulosa cell viability and colony number, reduced apoptosis, and downregulation of TLR4/NF-κB expression.
CONCLUSION
miRNA-146 can target downstream TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway affects oxidative stress and inflammatory response of POI induced by OX-LDL and ROS, and is expected to become a biomarker for early prediction of POI and a new target for treatment.

Objective To analyze the hotpots of foreign post-intensive care syndrome researches based on bibliometric. Methods Academic literatures of post-intensive care syndrome published in the national library of PubMed database were selected from January 2010 to December 2015. The literature co-occurrence analysis system Bicomb 2.0 was applied for statistical and research data of the literature. SPSS was used for statistical analysis to show the current research focus of foreign post-intensive care syndrome so as to reveal the research trends and status. Results The analysis showed that the developed countries were more active in the current post-intensive care syndrome researches while China was in a leading position in Asia. The study focused on the disease itself from ICU and explored the causes of post-intensive care syndromes which can be divided into following five aspects:acute coronary syndrome, respiratory distress syndrome, lung transplantation, severe complications and severe systemic reaction. Conclusions With increasing attention to the post-intensive care syndrome, the analysis of the hotpots of foreign researches provides the basis and help for the Chinese researchers.

The cisplatin-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) has been accepted as a standard treatment for most locally advanced cervical cancer. Compared with radiation therapy alone, CCRT can increase tumor control and survival rates, whereas it also can increase the incidence of acute hematological toxicity, which results in the treatment interruption or delay, and may even affect clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients. Therefore, how to reduce the incidence and severity of acute hematological toxicity induced by CCRT is a hot spot of clinical research. Previous studies have demonstrated that the occurrence of hematological toxicity is associated with the volume and dose of irradiated pelvic bone marrow. With the development of modern radiotherapy technology, precise radiotherapy technologies, such as intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), not only guaranteed the enough dose for tumor, but also realized the protection of normal tissues. This article will focus on the feasibility of bone marrow sparing during CCRT for cervical cancer, and summarize the research progress in recent years.
