Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is prevalent in Southeast Asia, especially in the area of southern China. It is acknowl-edged that NPC is absolutely related to EBV infection. Nevertheless, there are just a few researches about the relationship between the level of EBV antibodies and the tumor stages and it hasn't come to conclusion. This review makes a summary on present research progress and would be valuable for the better understanding of the contribution of EBV antibodies to the tumor stages in NPC.

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a biological factor associated with gastric carcinoma. The prognosis of EBV-associated gastric car-cinoma (EBVaGC) is good because of its distinct clinicopathological features. The pathogenesis mechanism of EBVaGC is extensively in-vestigated at present. The development of molecular techniques has stimulated the research on the expression of EBV genes in EB-VaGC, thereby providing a theoretical foundation on the diagnosis, therapy, and prevention of EBVaGC. This article reviewed present research advances in EBV genes in EBVaGC.

Objective To explore the possibility of three-dimensional orbit replications for clinic and teaching of orbital blowout fracture surgical operation.Methods The orbital CT DICOM format data from 10 patients with orbital floor fractures were selected between November 2016 and January 2017 from Wendeng Osteopath Hospital.Thresholding technique,region growing technique,edit mask technique and multiple slice edit technique were used in sequence by Mimics software.And 3D replications were printed by Object 500 3D printer.The sizes of the replications were measured.The model of orbital blowout fracture and surgical implant model were simulated by senior orbital surgeon.Results In the 10 cases,male was 5 cases,and female was 5 eyes.The 3 D replications of the orbits were successfully designed and printed.The sizes of the 3D replications were basically consistent with those of patients' orbits,and there was no statistical difference (all P ＞ O.05).Under operation room surgery simulation environment,the orbital fracture surgical repair operation was demonstrated to the resident by the senior surgeon,3D printing orbital blowout fracture model can be successfully used to simulate the operation and teaching demonstration.Conclusion 3D printing orbital blowout fracture model can restore the true orbital injury and orbital anatomic details,provides the design operation of stereoscopic model for the physician,which has positive significance to understand the scope and surgery teaching simulation of orbital blowout fracture.

Objective To establish an evaluation system to assess the effect of personnel training program for health professionals in the hospital,in order to achieve the goal that improve the overall competitiveness of the hospital.Methods Comparing and analyzing the differences in research project,research achievements,personnel capacity building before and after implementation of the training program.Paired T-test was used to exam the differences.Results There are statistically significant differences for proposed analyses (p ≤ 0.05).Conclusions The outcome of this study indicates that the personnel training program is extremely important to further development of the hospital.

OBJECTIVE:To study the optimal monitoring indexes of plasma concentration of cyclosporine A(CsA) in patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.METHODS:The lowest CsA concentration(C0) and the highest CsA concentration(C2) in 23 hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients were detected by FPIA.All the data were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Within 6 months after hematopoietic stem cell transplanttion,C0,C2,C0+C2 and C2/C0 in the recipients were(228.84?142.48) ?g?L-1,(741.50?294.42) ?g?L-1,(970.34?391.18) ?g?L-1 and(3.88?1.94) ?g?L-1,respectively.CONCLUSION:As reasonable monitoring indexes for the plasma concentration of CsA,C0+C2 and C2/C0 can comprehensively reflect the exposure of drug in body and monitor the toxicity of CsA in liver and kidney.

Objective Multimeric cyclic RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) peptides are capable of improving the integrin αvβ3-binding affinity due to the polyvalence effect.In this study,the authors prepare 99Tcm-la-bearing cyclic RGD tetramer E{E[c(RGDfK)]2}2,and evaluate its biodistribution and imaging in nude mice beating U87 MG human glioma xenografts with integrinαvβ3-positive.Methods 99Tcm-hydrazino-nictinamide (HYNIC)-E{E[c(RGDfK)]2}2 was prepared by two-step method,while HYNIC wag chosen as bifunctional chelator,and tricine and trisodium triphenylphosphine-3,3,3-trisuifonate (TPPTS) as coligands.The af-finity of c (RGDyK) monomer,HYNIC-E[c(RGDfK)]2 dimer and HYNIC-E{E[c(RGDfK)]2}2 tetramer to integrin αvβ3 was compared by in vitro competitive assay against binding of 125I-c(RGDyK)to integrin αvβ3.positive U87 MG human glioma cells.The biodistribution [the percentage of injection dose per gram of tissue(%ID/g)] and imaging were performed in nude mice bearing UB7MG human glioma xenografts.Re-suits The labeling yield of 99Tcm-HYNIC-E{E[c(RGDfK)2}2 was over 95%,and the radiochemical purity was more than 99%after purification with Sop-Pak C18 cartridge.The 50%inhibiting concentration (IC30) val-ues of c(RGDyk),HYNIC-E[c(RGDfK)]2 and HYNIC-E{E[c(RGDfK)]2}2 were 85.9,9.5 and 4.5 nmol/L, respectively.The result indicated that RGD tetramer possessed a significantly higher affinity to in-tegrinαvβ3.The biodistribution data showed that 99Tcm-HYNIC-E{E[c(RGDfK)]2}2 was excreted mainly through kidneys.The tumor uptake of 99Tcm-HYNIC-E{E[c(RGDfK)]2}2 was two times higher than 99Tcm- HYNIC-E[c(RGDfK)]2,at 1h postinjection,with the uptake of(10.32±0.07)%ID/g and(5.15±0.52)%ID/g,respectively,which was consistent with the in vitro competitive binding data.The tumor up-tale of 99Tcm-HYNIC.E{E[c(RGDfK)]2}2 was still as higher as(9.35±1.35)%ID/g at 4 h postinjec-tion, which demonstrated that the retention time of radiotracer in tumor was long enough.The imaging showed that tumor was clearly visualized at 1h postinjection,and the image at 4 h postinjection Was better.Conclusion The higher tumor uptake and longer retention time in tumor make 99Tem-HYNIC-E{E[c(RG-DfK)J 2}2 a promising radiotracer for integrinαvβ3-positive tumors imaging,furthermore,suggest that radi-onuelides(such as 90Y).1abeled RGD tetramer is more suitable for the therapy of integrin αvβ3-positive tumors.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation of multifidus muscle atrophy on MRI findings with clinical findings in low back pain patients. METHOD: Medical records of 80 patients presenting with low back pain were retrospectively reviewed. Their MR images were visually analysed to know lumbar multifidus muscle atrophy, disc herniation, disc degeneration, spinal stenosis and nerve root compression. RESULTS: Multifidus muscle atrophy increased from the upper lumbar level to the most caudal intervertebral level. It was bilateral in the majority of the cases. Multifidus muscle atrophy was well correlated with patient's age, referred leg pain, and disc degeneration. However, duration of low back pain, disc herniation, spinal stenosis, nerve root compression, sex, weight, height and BMI had no correlation with multifidus muscle atrophy. CONCLUSION: Examination of multifidus muscle atrophy should be considered when assessing MR images of lumbar spine. It may help for further evaluation and planning the treatment modalities of low back pain.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the association between social capital and depression in adults in their 20s. Methods: The study used data from the Community Health Survey 2019 (CHS 2019). The CHS 2019 covered a representative sample of 229099 adults from 17 census tracts in the Republic of Korea, of which 19589 adults in their 20s were taken as subjects for this study. The subjects completed a survey with questions regarding demographic characteristics, built environment and social capital. The symptoms of depression were evaluated through the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ)-9. Multiple logistic regression was used to examine whether social capital was associated with depression. Results: The multiple logistic regression results indicated that social capital was associated with depression in adults in their 20s. When demographic characteristics and built environment were included in the analysis, trust, contact with relatives, contact with friends, and social activities were associated with depression in adults in their 20s. Conclusion A lack of social capital was associated with depression in Korean adults in their 20s. Our study suggests a need to look beyond individual factors to intervene in national and community social capital and prevent depression in adults in their 20s.

Resistance mechanisms include bacterial biochemistry structure, genetics pathway and enzymology pathway. There is relationship in disinfectant resistance and drug resistance. We should strengthen study and monitoring, enact unified standard and application specification to reduce bacterial disinfectant resistance.
