Objective:It was a part of an overall study of the clinical research literature about ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated by various acupuncture techniques, namely "restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation technique","needling Baihui(DU20) through Qubin(GB7)","Jiao’s three-needle technique" and "temporal three-needle technique".The papers collection for analysis were designed on the random, control and blind methods. Methods: A data bank was set up with Access 2003.A statistical analysis was made for the method of employing ratio and constituent ratio about the research literature mamaged with the ramdom, control and blind methods. Results: The ratio of those that were designed randomly is as follows: the "restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation technique"(50%),"needling Baihui(DU20) through Qubin(GB7)"(100%)(Only two articles meet the request and futher exploration is needed),and the "temporal three-needle technique"(50%).And the "Jiao’s three-needle technique"(40%).The ratio of those that were designed with the control method is as follows: the "restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation technique"(60%),"needling Baihui(DU20) through Qubin(GB7)"(100%)(Only two articles meet the request and further exploration is needed, the "temporal three-needle technique"(75%),and "Jiao’s three-needle technique"(70%).The blind method was not used. Conclusion: It is suggested that the three methods should be stressed in the study of acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic cerebrocvascular disease.Only in this way,can there be a maximum comparability and the sampling error is decreased. The bias due to subjective factors of the researchers and subjects can be overcome.

AIM: To discuss the single application on iris localization technology in excimer laser for the treatment of astigmatism.
METHODS:Totally 203 cases (406 eyes) of laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK ) in the treatment of compound myopic astigmatism patients were operated from November 2011 to November 2012 in our hospital. They were divided into two groups. One was observation group using iris localization and the other was control group using routine operation. Patients in the observation group of 100 cases ( 200 eyes ) , aged 18-43 years old, spherical diopter was - 1. 25 to - 8. 75D, astigmatism was -1. 0 to -3. 25D. In control group, 103 patients ( 206 eyes ) , aged 19-44 years old, spherical diopter was -1. 75-9. 50D, astigmatism was -1. 0 to -3. 25D. The patients in the observation group before the application of WaveScan aberrometer check for iris image, spherical lens, cylindrical lens and astigmatism axis data operation, only single application of iris location, without using wavefront aberration guided technology, laser cutting patterns for conventional LASIK model, spherical, cylindrical mirror and astigmatism axis RESULTS: Postoperative residual astigmatism, the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Astigmatism axial measurement after operation, the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group. Postoperative visual acuity at 6mo, the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant.
data source to preoperative wavefront aberration results. The control group received routine LASIK. It was applicated comprehensive optometry optometry respectively to examine astigmatism and axial, based on the computer analysis during the preoperative, 1wk after the operation, and 6mo. Analysis of using SPSS 17 statistical software, it was independent-sample t test between the two groups of residual astigmatism and astigmatism axis.
CONCLUSION: For patients who cannot complete the wavefront aberration guided treatment of astigmatism, can separate the application of wavefront aberration analyzer automatic iris recognition technology to improve precision of astigmatism treatment, give full play to advanced technical performance of equipment, which has good application value.

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and prognosis value of abdominal CT scans in patients with acute pancreatitis complications. Methods 151 cases with acute pancreatitis were selected. The relationship between abdominal CT performances and the common complications and death in patients was analyzed. The prognosis of patients with different Balthazar CT severity index (CTSI) grade was compared. Results The complication rate of patients with CT signs of fatty liver, pleural effusion, liver gap effusion, adrenal gland involvement (AGI), penirenal space involvement (PSI) and gastric bare area involvement (GBAI) was significantly higher than that of patients with negative CT findings above (P<0.05).With CTSI grading increasing, the patient''s fasting time, heating time, hospital stay, recovery time of blood amylase were extended, and the incidence of pseudo cyst, transit surgery, organ failure and death was gradually increasing (P<0.05).Conclusion Severe fatty liver, AGI, GBAI, PSI and liver gap effusion are risk factors for acute complications and death in patients with pancreatitis.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI)for the differential diagnosis of the adenoid cystic carcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma of the head and neck. Methods Thirty-one pa-tients with histopathologically proved adenoid cystic carcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma were examined with DCE-MRI,in which 10 cases were benign and 21 cases were malignant. The data of the conventional 3.0T DCE-MRI were improved by the 3D fast spoiled gradient-echo sequence (FSPGR)method.Z-test was performed on the quantitative parameters for benign and malignant le-sions,including volume transfer constant (Ktrans ),rate constant (Kep )and extravascular extracellular space fraction (Ve ).The re-ceiver operating characteristic (ROC)curves were plotted to investigate the diagnosis. Results The mean Ktranss of the adenoid cystic carcinoma group and pleomorphic adenoma group were (0.266 ± 0.103 )min-1 and (0.1 55 ± 0.080)min-1 respectively, and the difference between them were statistically significant (Z =-2.699,P < 0.05).The difference between the keps of the aforementioned two groups was of statistical significance (Z =-2.263,P < 0.05),while that of the ves is without statistical significance (Z =-1.132, P >0.05).The areas under the ROC curves of the Ktrans and kep were 0.813 and 0.763 respectively.Choosing the optimal diagnostic cut-off points corresponding to the maximum Youden indexes 0.173 min-1 and 0.818 min-1 ,the sensitivities of Ktrans and kep for identifying the adenoid cystic carcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma were 90.9% and 81.8%,and the specificities were 77.8% and 66.7%.Ktrans was of the highest sensitivity and specificity for the identification of the adenoid cystic carcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma.Conclu-sion The dynamic contrast-enhanced parameter Ktrans plays a certain role in the differential diagnosis of the adenoid cystic carcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma of the head and neck.

The protoplasts of Micromonospora purpurea, the high yield strains of gentammicin producer were mutagenized by diethyl sulfate(DES)and ultraviolet radiation(UV)respectively, then fused, screened by gentamicin resistance and regenerated. The average fermentation unit 2200?U/ml could be achieved by shake flask for 10 batches. The average fermentation unit 1900?U/ml could be obtained by 5L fermentor for 7 batches. The quality of the end product conformed to CP2000,BP2000 and USP26 pharmacopoeia.
