Objective:To develop an HPLC-DAD method for the simultaneous determination of seven alkaloid constitutents, so-phoranholN-oxide, oxymatrine, sophoridine, oxysophocarpine, sophoranol, matrine and sophocarpine in Sophora flavescens Ait. Meth-ods:The chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent Zorbax C18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) with 10 mmol·L-1 NH4Ac(0.1% ammonia, pH=9.0)(A)-acetonitrile-methanol(1 ∶22) containing 20 mmol·L-1NH4Ac(B) as the mobile phase with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Results: SophoranholN-oxide, oxymatrine, sophoridine, oxysoph-ocarpine, sophoranol, matrine and sopho-carpine was linear within the range of 0.093-1.860 μg(r =0.999 6) , 0.530-10.600 μg (r =0.999 7), 0.062-1.240 μg (r =0. 999 8), 0. 281-5. 620 μg (r=0. 999 9), 0. 026-0. 520 μg (r=0. 999 8) ,0. 036-0. 720 μg (r=0. 999 7) and 0. 032-0. 640 μg (r=0. 999 6), respectively. The average recovery was 97. 5%, 98. 2%, 99. 0%, 99. 4%, 99. 2%, 98. 2% and 98. 7%, and RSD was 1. 18%, 0. 92%, 1. 43%, 1. 04%, 0. 81%, 0. 43% and 0. 88%(n =6), respectively. Conclusion:The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible in the quality control of multicomponents in Sophora flavescens Ait.

Aim To study relative bioavailablity of cefaclor effervescent tablets in healthy volunteers. Methods According to the crossover design, A volunteers were each orally given a single does of the 0.75 g cefaclor effervescent tablets and cefaclor capsules with an interval of 5 days between the two formulations.The plasma concentrations of the drug were determined by RP-HPLC.Pharmacokinetic parameters were obtained by ATPK programe,and calculated on the basis of open single compartment model.Results After a single oral dose, the peak levels in plasma averaged Cmax(31.27?5.81)?g?ml-1 and(30.56?5.25) ?g?ml-1 at (0.58?0.12)h and(0.73?0.17)h and AUC0～4(35.48?4.65) ?g?h?ml-1 and (35.89?2.90) ?g?h?ml-1 for tablet and capsule,respectively. The complex field cure instrument is a new medical instrument with which an experiment was carried out. Rats were continuously irradiated by the complex field for 90 days, with a day's total dose of 285.9 M.T.G. while other rats weren't irradiated for control group. The animals were respectively killed at 7d, 14d, 30d, 60d and 90d, and their blood samples were taken for cell and humoral immune analysis. The results show that values of lymphocyte transform rate, soluble receptor (SIL-2R), total hemolytic complement levels (CH50) and immunoglobulin (A.G.) after irradiation are more than those of the control group having proved that the instrument may improve immune function of rats.

Objective To explore the imaging features and dynamic CT findings of primary adrenocortical carcinoma and evaluating its clinical value.Methods All 11 cases patients with primary adrenocortical carcinoma confirmed by surgical pathology underwent spiral CT plain scanning and two phases dynamic enhancement scanning before operation.Contrast injection was done by using nonionic Omnipaque at a flow rate of 3 ml/s with a power injector.The CT images were reviewed and analysed retrospectively in comparison with surgical and pathological results.Results Five of 11 lesions were located in the right adrenal gland,6 in the left.The diameter of the tumors was 4.1—16.0cm with 2 cases10.0cm.The attenuation of the plain scans,two phases contrast scans was 21.9—46.7 HU(with a mean value of 35.3 HU),30.5—65.8 HU(mean value 47.1 HU),and 52.6— 97.0 HU(mean value 74.2 HU),respectively.Four were in the shape of capsule,6 reticular,1 slightly inhomogeneous masses.The irregular tumor vessels of 6 reticular masses were seen in the artery phase. Conclusion The dynamic CT features of primary adrenocortical carcinoma were obvious,dynamic SCT scans could suggest the diagnose.
