1.The Key Points and Analyses of CT Performance Test

Objective To analyses the key specifications in test and evaluation regulations in accordance with the results of 68 cases CT quality tests.Methods Using CT performance phantom,dose phantom and X-ray dose survey meter to test all specifications of CT performance that were demanded by the state regulations.Results The application quality of CT scanner was promoted by tests.CT situation in Gansu province was good for 91.2% acceptance rate.Conclusion The way to promote CT performance is to strengthen quality control and to insist on acceptance test process.
2.Clinical Research of Tandospirone Combined with Jiuweizhenxin Granules in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

To explore the safety and efficacy of tandospirone combined with Jiuweizhenxin granules in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods:The patients with generalized anxiety diagnosis were divided into three groups according to the admission order, the combination group(Jiuweizhenxin granules plus tandospirone), Jiuweizhenxin granules group and tandospirone group respectively with 31, 32 and 33 ones. The period of treatment was 4 weeks. All the patients were assessed for efficacy using Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA). The adverse symptoms were observed before the treatment, in the 2nd, 4th and 6th week and after the treatment. The efficacy and adverse effects in the three groups were also observed. Results: After the 4-week treatment, HAMA score of the three groups was significantly lowered when compared with that before the treatment (P<0. 05). After the 6-week treat-ment, HAMA score of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups (P>0. 05). The clinical total ef-fective rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the three groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Tandospirone combined with Jiuweizhenxin granules in the treatment of generalized anxiety can effectively improve HAMA score with promising curative effect and adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
3.Progress in study on etiology of ovarian epithelial cancer

Epithelial ovarian cancer, which is one of the most lethal gynecological tumors, is also the biggest dififculty in the diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology. In addition to the lack of early clinical symptoms and effective diagnostic methods, the reason includes the lack of accurate and comprehensive understanding of the development of epithelial ovarian cancer. Thus a lot of research aimed at better grasp of its pathogenesis, which is expected in the future progress of its diagnosis and treatment. Currently, three pathogenesis of epithelial ovarian cancer widely accepted are high gonadotropin theory, “dualism” hypothesis and stem cell hypothesis. This study discussed the theory above.
4.Neural Plasticity and Motor Functional Recovery After Stroke

At present, the roles of neural plasticity and motor functional recovery in stroke have increasingly been paid attention to. The remodeling of cerebral cortex after stroke can complement the function of injured tissues, which has been confirmed by animal experiments. Functional neuroimaging technique has been gradually used in the evaluation of neural plasticity.
5.Analysis of a survey on status of iodine content in drinking water, edible salt and urine of children aged 8 -10 in Qingdao in 2008 - 2009

Objectives To identify the status of iodine content in drinking water,edible salt and urine of children aged 8- 10 after implementing every village project in Qingdao for providing basic reference for government's decision-making.Methods From March 2008 to July 2009,residents' living and drinking water samples were collected in 12 districts and counties of Qingdao,and iodide content was measured by cerous sulfate catalytic spectrophotometry.Urine samples of children aged from 8 to 10 were collected,in which the iodide content was quantitative tested by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry.Samples of household edible salt were collected to determine iodide content by direct titration.Results A total of 5067 water samples were measured,the median iodine content of water was 7.35 μg/L.A total of 1182 urine samples of children aged 8 - 10 were tested,and the urinary iodine content ranged from 4.6 μg/L to 5995.3 μg/L with a median of 200.6 μg/L.Besides,3504 household salt samples were tested,and the percentages of non-iodized salt,iodized salt and qualified iodized salt were 1.74%(61/3504),98.26%(3443/3504) and 96.32%(3375/3504),respectively.Conclusions Qingdao is situated in environmental iodine deficient area,and the iodine nutritional status of residents is appropriate owing to the implementation of universal salt iodization policy in Qingdao region.Comprehensive prevention and control measures to iodine deficiency disorders,including marketing iodized salt,should be implemented continually.
6.Paying attention to the differential diagnosis of central serous chorioretinopathy

Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC)is a common eye disease characterized by macular serous retinal detachment.However,sometimes there are some atypical features,such as diffuse retinal pigment epitheliopathy,choroidal neovascularization (CNV),acute bullous retinal detachment,subretinal fibrosis,etc.Atypical CSC often is misdiagnosed because of its similar manifestations to polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV),inflammatory diseases such as Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome (VKH),et al.Furthermore,there are some other ophthalmic and systematic diseases which can cause serous retinal detachment and other atypical features.Nevertheless,the therapeutic regimens of these diseases are in great variation.In view of this,oculist should pay more attention to the differential diagnosis of CSC by fully understanding its clinical findings and concerning the general history including gluococorticoid administration.In this way,a precise diagnosis and correct management can be done.
8.The relationship between KAI1 gene and neoplastic invasion, metastasis, prognosis

KAI1 gene is a metastasis suppressor gene discovered in 1995, the product of which is a member of the transmembrane-4 superfamily. The expression of KAI1 gene correlate with metastasis of almost all cancer. But some results of some study are different. This article reviewed the study of the genomic structure of KAI1 gene and the relationship between KAI1 gene and neoplastic invasion, metastasis, prognosis.
