Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is one of the most commom cause of liver fibrosis. Accurate assessment of liver fibrosis is essential for the strategy of treatment and judgement of prognosis . Liver biopsy is the gold standard for staging fibrosis, but it is invasive with high cost, low reproducibility and poor acceptance by patients. Therefore,it is urgent to explore a noninvasive modality for the assessment of liver fibrosis. Recent evidence highlights that elastographic techniques, biochemical markers and the diagnostic model consisted of several serum markers have the potential for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. This article reviewed the progress in noninvasive assessment of liver fibrosis in patients with CHB.

Objective:To investigate the behavior of tobacco use among migrants in construction sites and explore the associated factors .Methods: A total of 652 migrants in 10 construction sites were selected in Xi’ an and Tongchuan .Chi-square and logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of tobacco use. Results:The average age of the migrants in the construction site was (38.23 ± 10.61), and males occupied 82.7%(535/647) of the total. The current smoking rate of the migrants was 55.8%(364/652), with 64.3%(344/535) in males and 14.3%(16/112) in females.82.5%(329/399) smokers wanted to quit smoke , however only 52.7%(210/399) had tried quitting smoking in action, and 8.8%(35/399) quitted smoking successfully .Multivariable regression indicated that the migrants who were at lower age , and sick within 2 weeks, had perceived not difficult to stop smoking and who disagree with the benefits of smoking were more likely to try to quit smoking .Conclusion:Migrants in construction sites show their characteristics of old age , low level of health literacy , male-domination , high smoking rate and high intention of quitting smoking .Tobacco control projects should be implemented in construction sites to promote the translation of smoking quitting intention into action .

Objective To observe the effect of using Ambroxol hydrochloride(AM)to wash respiratory way to treat neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS) in ventilator,to explore dynamic changes of respiratory mechanics after using AM to wash respiratory way. Methods Thirty premature infants were chosen according with diagnosis criterion, which were randomly divided into 2 groups: NS group(n=15);AM group(n=15).Both NS and AM groups were treated with Babylog 8 000 ventilator, and routine treating and nursing,NS group was given for washing respiratory way in NS group, whereas AM was done in AM group.Pulmonary compliance(C),time constant(Tc),respiratory resis-tance(R),C20/C and minute volume(MV)were observed in both groups.Blood gas was routinely checked after 1 h ventilation treatment, and X ray was shot after 24 h.Results Pulmonary C significantly increased in weaning than that of beginning ventilation(P0.05),MV significantly increased in group AM than NS,respectively[(0.56?0.12) L/min and(0.35?0.11) L/min(P0.05).But ventilator-treating-time was markedly shorter in group AM than NS,respectively(60.52?6.23) h and(98.21?5.82) h(P

ObjectiveTo investigate the immune tolerance function and significance of allogene bone marrow injection to the small intestines transplantation of rats.MethodsInbreeding line rat F344/N and Wistar/A were selected to perform heterotopic graft of the whole small intestine. 7 days before allogene transplantation, donator bone marrow cells (BMC) were injected into thymus of acceptor (the testing group). According to the isogene and allogene rat transplant model, it was comprehended whether injecting allogene donator marrow into acceptor thymus could decrease the acute rejection after transplantation.Results3, 5 or 7 days after allogeneic rat dystopia whole small intestine transplantation, typical reject reaction appeared, but there was no reject reaction in isogenome and testing group. 3 days after allotransplantation, serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) and tumor necrotic factor-α (TNF-α) levels were significantly higher than the other groups (P<0.01). The level of serum sIL-2R and TNF-α in the allogene marrow injecting group were only slight higher on the 3rd or 5th day, and getting downtrend, and there was no significant difference compared with isogenic transplantation group.ConclusionAllogenic donator bone marrow intrathymic injecting into acceptor 7 days before small intestina transplantation, can reduce the reject reaction after the grafting. The levels of serum sIL-2R and TNF-α can be selected as a sensitive early diagnosis index of acute rejection after small intestine transplantation.

Objective To quantitatively analyze the image quality of megavoltage cone-beam CT (MVCBCT) under different scanning conditions to provide reference in clinical applications. Methods Si-emens ONCOR linear accelerator with MVCBCT was used to scan the phantom under different conditions. The image quality was evaluated in terms of image noise, uniformity, spatial resolution, contrast resolution, the number of Monitor Units(MUs) used in imaging, and the size of the reconstruction matrix. The comparison of the image quality between MVCBCT and conventional simulator CT was also analyzed. Results The image noise was decreased with the increase of the number of MUs. The uniformity index showed that the system u-niformity was weakly dependent on MU numbers or the size of the reconstruction matrix. Except for the ima-ges with 5 MUs,all other images had the spatial resolution of 0.4 lp/mm with a reconstruction matrix of 256 ×256. Better low contrast resolution was achieved by using more MUs. For typical pelvis and head-and-neck patients, the imaging dose at the center was 0.8 cGy/MU and 0.7 cGy/MU, respectively, and the maxi-mum dose was about 1.2 cGy/MU. For typical abdomen patients, the image maximum dose and center dose was 1.3 cGy/MU and 0.7 cGy/MU,respectively. Conclusions The image quality of MVCBCT is inferior to the conventional kilo-voltage CT. However, with the optimization of the parameters in imaging,we can a-chieve sufficient image contrast in the bone, air and some soft-tissue structures with low imaging dose to pa-tients. Such images can be used for IGRT.
