Objective To investigate comparative analysis of PKP and conservative treatment for old osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures ,to provide a reference for clinical treatment .Methods From January 2011 to March 2014 48 cases of OVCF patients were selected ,they were divided into two groups according to treatment which were observation group (26 cases) and con‐trol group (22 patients) ,control group with the implementation of conservative treatment ,observation group was implemented with surgical treatment for patients with PKP .Two groups of patients before and after treatment quality of life scores (SF‐36) ,pain vis‐ual analogue scale (VAS) ,Oswestry Disability Index and radiographic findings were compared .Results The observation group and the control group before and after treatment VAS scores were significantly different (F= 84 .393 ,P= 0 .019 ;F= 61 .388 ,P=0 .028);VAS score in observation group after treatment 1d ,6 months were significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (t= -18 .843 ,P=0 .000;t= -17 .174 ,P=0 .000);SF‐36 scores in the observation group was 85 .18 ± 8 .01 ,significantly higher than 74 .29 ± 6 .93 ,the difference was statistically significant (t=8 .569 ,P=0 .006);in observation group after treatment Oswestry disability scores compared with the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (t=6 .217 , P=0 .010);in the observation group after 1 d ,6 months the middle of vertebral height was (19 .72 ± 2 .44) mm ,(19 .70 ± 2 .17) mm ,were higher than before treatment ,the difference was statistically significant (F=23 .221 ,P=0 .028) .Conclusion PKP can improve pain and quality of life for patients ,which is worthy of clinical application .

ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of the treatment for the distal humeral shaft fracture with double steel plate internal fixation. Methods A total of 60 individuals who were humeral shaft fractures were included from March 2009 to April 2014 in the second people's hospital of Yunnan province. 28 of them were treated using double plate fixation(group A)and 32 of them were treated using single-plate treatment (group B). Blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative drainage, healing time and Mayo elbow performance score were compared between the two groups. Results(1)Blood loss, hospital stay and postoperative drainage showed no differences between two groups. However, the healing time between these two groups showed difference(P < 0.05).(2)MEPS score results showed a significantly difference in the excellent rate of patients between groups A and B(96.4% and 75%, respectively,P < 0.05). Conclusion The double plate fixation and single plate fixation for treatment of humeral shaft fracture showed no differences in operation time,blood loss,postoperative drainage and hospital stay. However,the double plate fixation showed a shorter healing time and better efficacy. Thus,the double plate fixation of humeral shaft fracture can contribute to obtain the rigid internal fixation,early functional exercise and better clinical efficacy.

Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Method CT image of 15 cases of GIST confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Re-sults The tumors originated from the stomach(n = 8), duodenum (n = 1),jejunum and ileum (n = 3), colon(n = 1), mesentery(n = 2). The main display of CT were hemorrhage,necresis and cystic change within the tumor. The en-hancement of parenchyma was clear. The enhancement of venous phase was more clear than that of arterial phase. Conclusion MSCT is a valuable examination for GIST. MSCT can precisely display the location, shape, size and en-hancement of GIST. MSCT can be worth the locating,qualitative and staging diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the correlation between pathogens and spectrum of disease in infants with human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) active infection.Methods A total of 378 cases of HCMV infection diagnosed by the identification of HCMV IgM or PP65 antigen of HCMV.HCMV gB genotyping was carried out by nested PCR and restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) in 107 cases.The results of pathogen,spectrum of disease and clinic feature were analyzed.Results In all 378 infant patients with HCMV,27.78% were systemic infection and 72.22% involved just single organ.Hepatitis,HCMV inclusion disease,thrombocytopenic purpura,pneumonia were pre- dominant with 33.07%,27.78%,13.49%,6.35% respectively.The rate of HCMV inclusion dis ease in infants younger than 2 weeks was higher than in those aged from 3 12 weeks(P ~ 0.05) and children older than 12 weeks(P＜0.01).Infants with higher rate of PP65 antigen positive cells were apt to systemic infection than those with lower rate of PP65 positive cells(P＜0.01).Infants,who were positive by detections of all three methods,were apt to systemic infection than others(P＜0.01). Moreover,infants positive of IgM and PP65 antigen were apt to systemic infection than those just positive by one of the two methods(P＜0.01).The result of gB genotype analysis in 107 cases showed 53 cases of gBⅠ,20 of gBⅡ.18 of gBⅢ.7 of gBⅠ+gBⅡ,5 of gBⅠ+gBⅢand 4 of gBⅡ+gBⅢ,and gBⅣwas not found.Conclusion HCMV could infect multiple organs and have some different clinic features.Combination of different methods can increase the sensitivity to detect the pathogen.The gBⅠgenotype is most prevalent in these infants.

ObjectiveTo compare the characteristics of urinary function in the patients with spinal cord injury or stroke. MethodsThe urinary diaries of 40 patients with spinal cord injury and 43 patients with stroke during a week were analyzed. ResultsIn the group of spinal cord injury, the average frequency of incontinence was 11 times a day, the average incontinence volume was (180.6±21.4) ml, and the average residual urine volume was (257±86.5) ml, while in the group of stroke, it was 16 times a day（P>0.05）, (298.8±34.6) ml （P<0.01）, and (28.5±18.5) ml （P<0.01）, respectively. Ultrasonic inspection discovered that 12% patients appeared ureterectasia and hydronephrosis in group of spinal cord injury, but none in group of stroke. ConclusionThere is significant difference of urinary dysfunction between patients with spinal cord injury and stroke, which need different management to protect their upper urinary tract.

ObjectiveTo investigate the immune tolerance function and significance of allogene bone marrow injection to the small intestines transplantation of rats.MethodsInbreeding line rat F344/N and Wistar/A were selected to perform heterotopic graft of the whole small intestine. 7 days before allogene transplantation, donator bone marrow cells (BMC) were injected into thymus of acceptor (the testing group). According to the isogene and allogene rat transplant model, it was comprehended whether injecting allogene donator marrow into acceptor thymus could decrease the acute rejection after transplantation.Results3, 5 or 7 days after allogeneic rat dystopia whole small intestine transplantation, typical reject reaction appeared, but there was no reject reaction in isogenome and testing group. 3 days after allotransplantation, serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) and tumor necrotic factor-α (TNF-α) levels were significantly higher than the other groups (P<0.01). The level of serum sIL-2R and TNF-α in the allogene marrow injecting group were only slight higher on the 3rd or 5th day, and getting downtrend, and there was no significant difference compared with isogenic transplantation group.ConclusionAllogenic donator bone marrow intrathymic injecting into acceptor 7 days before small intestina transplantation, can reduce the reject reaction after the grafting. The levels of serum sIL-2R and TNF-α can be selected as a sensitive early diagnosis index of acute rejection after small intestine transplantation.

Objective To find noninvasive estimation of partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery (PaCO2) by measuring the end-tidal CO2 partial pressure (PETCO2) in elderly patients with respiratory failure with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods All the 30 acutely exacerbated COPD subjects received routine clinical treatment including bronchodilators,mucolytics, glucocorticosteroid, antibiotics and oxygen therapy for 5-7 days, and part of them received noninvasive positive-pressure ventilation (NIPPV) treatment concurrently. They were both tested by eupnea method and prolonged expiratory method before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, PET CO2 (Q) (end-tidal CO2 pressure with eupnea, (50.72±8.93) mm Hg wassignificantly lower than PaCO2 (F=38.73, P＜0.01 ). Yet, PETCO2(P) (end-tidal CO2 pressure with prolong expiration) was (70.35±8.91) mm Hg and PaCO2 was (71.25±9.08) mm Hg. There was no significant difference between PETCO2 (P) and PaCO2 (P＞0.05). The similar results were found after treatment. By linear regression analysis, PetCO2(P) was remarkably positive correlated with PaCO2 before and after treatment (r=0.96 and 0.97, respectively, P＜0.01). According to TABG,PCO2(C) which was calculated by the average expiratory time of fitting curve was (71.78±9.04)mm Hg. And there was no significant difference between PCO2 (C) and PaCO2 (P＞0.05);Thesimilar results were founcl after treatment. By linear regression analysis, PCO2 (C) was remarkably positively correlated with PaCO2 (r=0.97 and 0.98, respectively, P＜0.01) before and after treatment. Conclusions In COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure, conventional PETCO2 (Q) is significantly lower than PaCO2. Yet, PETCO2 (P) could exactly estimate PaCO2 and is appropriate to its dynamic monitoring. And PCO2 (C) which is calculated by mode Boltzmann on eupnea curve also obtain similar results.
