1.Preparation of Monoclonal Antibody Against "a" Determinant With Mutation on Site 145 and Rapid Diagnosis Assay for HBV Mutant Strain
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(02):-
Hepatitis B virus surface antigen with mutation on site 145 may cause omission in detection of hepatitis B virus with HBsAg diagnostic reagent. Monoclonal antibody against this mutation was obtained through hybridoma technique. The sub-class of the monoclonal antibody was determined to be IgG1(? type, the titer is 1∶9?104), and the monoclonal antibody has no cross-reaction to other hepatitis virus. The method of AC-ELISA which was established with monoclonal antibody and polyclonal antibody showed high analysing susceptibility for HBV mutant samples.

AIM: To determine the mycoplasma infection and the drug resistance in outpatients with NGU. METHODS: Mycoplasma culture, identification and drug sensitivity assay were carried out with samples of 472 NGU patients by using one complex mycoplasma kit. RESULTS: 153 in 472 cases showed mycoplasma positive. The total positive rate was 32.4%. The positive cases of Uu, Mh and mixed both infection were 112( 23.7%), 11( 2.3%), and 30( 6.4%), respectively. The female positive rate was found significantly higher than that of male (? 2= 4.157,P

Chinese Journal of Radiology 1994;0(06):-
Objective To observe bone marrow MR imaging of adult acute leukemia patients in first diagnosis and to reveal the rule of bone marrow infiltration and the role of MRI in diagnosing and predicting the prognosis of untreated acute leukemia adult patients. Methods Fifty-four adult acute leukemia patients received MRI after diagnosis relying on FAB subtype and immunophenotyping including 28 cases with AML and 26 cases with ALL. MR imaging was obtained by the short time inversion recovery and T 1W spin echo technique of pelvis and femur at one time. The examining results of morphology and blood routine were collected at the same time. 15 age-matched volunteers were selected as controls. Results MRI showed that bone marrow of all patients were infiltrated by leukemia cells. The MRI appearance was classified into five patterns based on scope of focus. MRI patters from grade 1 to grade 3 were observed in most of patients with AML and in none with ALL, however, all patients with ALL distributed in grade 4 to grade 5. The distribution of patterns had significant difference between AML and ALL (P

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical character of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)(infected) with deep fungal organisms and its prevention and treatment with fluconazole.METHODS Among 256(patients) with SAP,46 cases with SAP and deep fungal infection treated by fluconazole were selected as(fluconazole) treatment group,66 patients with suspicious deep fungal infection were randomized into 2 groups: fluconazole(prevention) group(42 cases) and control group(24 cases).RESULTS There were lower incidences of deep fungal(infection) in fluconazole prevention group than that in control one(P

The effects of magnolol (Mag) on hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia, hepatic oxidative stress and cytochrome P4502E1 (CYP2E1) activity of diabetic rats induced by high-fat diet (HFD) and streptozotocin (STZ) were studied. After oral administration of Mag (25, 50 and 100 mg x kg(-1) x d(-1)) for continuous 10 weeks, the blood glucose and lipids (TC, TG and LDL-C) levels, as well as the hepatic CYP2E1 activity and MDA content of diabetic rats, decreased significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), whereas the oral glucose tolerance and hepatic antioxidant enzymatic activities (CAT and GSH-Px) of diabetic rats, increased significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The results indicated that Mag was effective against the hepatic oxidative damage, hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia of diabetic rats induced by HFD and STZ, and the inhibition of Mag on hepatic CYP2E1 activity could be an important mechanism of Mag against hepatic insulin resistance and oxidative damage.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the presence of a crown (CR) or a proximal restoration (PR) and furcation involvement (FI) on molars. Methods: Data were collected from 237 teeth in 44 patients who had restored and non-restored molars with or without FI.The clinical examinations were conducted on the molars including CR,PR,FI, mobility(MO), endodontic treatment(EN) and probe of periodontal attachment level(PAL). Results: Molars with CR or PR had a significantly highter percentage of FI (P0.05) when compared to molars without restorations. Conclusion: The molars with crowns or restorations involving the proximal tooth surfaces have a highter prevalence of FI and more periodontal attachment lose than molars without restorations.

Objective To develop a set of high-frequency ultrasound grayscale blood flow imaging system based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) to execute simultaneous imaging of superficial blood flow and tissues. Methods This system was mainly composed of an ultrasonic transducer,an ultrasonic transmission and receiving modules, imaging software in host computer and peripheral equipment.A PVDF transducer with the frequency between 20 and 50 MHz was used for the ultrasonic transducer. In transmission and receiving modules, the radio frequency echo signals were digitized by high-speed A/D.Then the digital signals were transmitted, added, filtered, demodulated, log amplified, double sampled, and lastly transferred to the host computer by USB interface for real-time display. Results A vascular 1 mm far form the surface of the hand skin was examined by this system.Four blood flow images were obtained in corresponding with four transmission frequencies. Conclusion Real-time superficial organ blood flow imaging is realized by this system. The solution has the architecture concise and clear, and lays an experimental foundationfor high-frequency ultrasound gray-scale blood flow imaging.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To evaluate the X-ray characterstics of benign and malignant neoplasms on mammography in order to improve their differeatial diagnostic level. Methods X-ray image changes of 67 malignant breast neoplasms were described by the mammography and in comparision with those of 31 benign masses .Results The accordance percentages between the X-ray and histological examinations for the malignant and benigin neoplasms were shown to be 89.6% and 84.0% respectively. Occurrence of masses with an enhanced density , irregular shape, calcification granules in clusters were found to be indication of a malignent lesion. Conclusion The mamography can provide effective imaging data for differential diagnosis betweren the benign and malignant breast neoplasms.
